Sankcije SAD-a i Europske unije protiv Rusije zbog napada na Ukrajinu još se uvijek provode, uz pokušaje različitih zaobilaženja. U tako velikom zahvatu postoje i slaba i sporna mjesta koaj se povremeno otkrivaju.
U vrijeme kada se njemačka vladajuća koalicija muči pronaći novac zbog svoje još uvijek tinjajuće proračunske krize, možda će dobiti neočekivanu dobit - veliki dio zamrznutog ruskog novca.
Glavni njemački federalni tužitelj jučer je objavio zahtjev za zapljenu oko 720 milijuna eura koje ruska financijska institucija drži na bankovnom računu u Frankfurtu.
"Nećemo dopustiti da se ruska sredstva koja se koriste za financiranje ilegalnog agresorskog rata protiv Ukrajine nesporno drže na njemačkom računu", naveo je ministar pravosuđa Marco Buschmann, piše Klix.ba.

Prijedlog inače znači eskalaciju napora Njemačke da sankcionira Rusiju, pa ako tužitelji budu uspješni, zamrznuta ruska sredstva slila bi se u njemačku saveznu blagajnu, čime bi vlada ostvarila financijsku korist.
Naime, predmetnih 720 milijuna eura koje, prema riječima dužnosnika, drži podružnica Moskovske burze, zamrznuto je nakon što je Europska unija odlučila u lipnju 2022. godine uključiti tu instituciju u sankcije uvedene zbog invazije Moskve na Ukrajinu.
Sada je na Višem regionalnom sudu u Frankfurtu da odluči može li Njemačka zaplijeniti novac.
Moguće popunjavanje rupa u njemačkome proračunu
Tužiteljstvo je priopćilo da je uspjelo pokrenuti kazneni postupak za oduzimanje novca jer su "nepoznate osobe odgovorne za rusku financijsku instituciju" pokušale povući 720 milijuna eura nakon što je zamrznut, što bi značilo kršenje njemačkog zakona.
Najava je stigla upravo kada se jučer sastala njemačka vlada kako bi krenula naprijed s novim proračunom za 2024. godinu koji nalaže "bolne rezove" u različitim oblastima. Smanjenje potrošnje postalo je neophodno nakon rupe od 60 milijardi eura u proračunu.
Zahtev je prvobitno podnesen 7. srpnja, ali je javno objavljen tek u srijedu zbog kašnjenja u pronalaženju branitelja za rusku instituciju, prema dužnosniku koji poznaje slučaj, piše Politico, prenosi Klix.ba.
Glasnogovornik njemačke vlade rekao je u srijedu da vlada nema planove šta napraviti s 720 milijuna eura ako zahtjev tužitelja bude uspješan.
Naravno i za tako velike ekonomije kao što je njemačka, financijska injekcija od 720 milijuna eura dobro bi došla.

Sankcije SAD-a i Europske unije protiv Rusije zbog napada na Ukrajinu još se uvijek provode, uz pokušaje različitih zaobilaženja. U tako velikom zahvatu postoje i slaba i sporna mjesta koaj se povremeno otkrivaju.
U vrijeme kada se njemačka vladajuća koalicija muči pronaći novac zbog svoje još uvijek tinjajuće proračunske krize, možda će dobiti neočekivanu dobit - veliki dio zamrznutog ruskog novca.
Glavni njemački federalni tužitelj jučer je objavio zahtjev za zapljenu oko 720 milijuna eura koje ruska financijska institucija drži na bankovnom računu u Frankfurtu.
"Nećemo dopustiti da se ruska sredstva koja se koriste za financiranje ilegalnog agresorskog rata protiv Ukrajine nesporno drže na njemačkom računu", naveo je ministar pravosuđa Marco Buschmann, piše Klix.ba.

Prijedlog inače znači eskalaciju napora Njemačke da sankcionira Rusiju, pa ako tužitelji budu uspješni, zamrznuta ruska sredstva slila bi se u njemačku saveznu blagajnu, čime bi vlada ostvarila financijsku korist.
Naime, predmetnih 720 milijuna eura koje, prema riječima dužnosnika, drži podružnica Moskovske burze, zamrznuto je nakon što je Europska unija odlučila u lipnju 2022. godine uključiti tu instituciju u sankcije uvedene zbog invazije Moskve na Ukrajinu.
Sada je na Višem regionalnom sudu u Frankfurtu da odluči može li Njemačka zaplijeniti novac.
Moguće popunjavanje rupa u njemačkome proračunu
Tužiteljstvo je priopćilo da je uspjelo pokrenuti kazneni postupak za oduzimanje novca jer su "nepoznate osobe odgovorne za rusku financijsku instituciju" pokušale povući 720 milijuna eura nakon što je zamrznut, što bi značilo kršenje njemačkog zakona.
Najava je stigla upravo kada se jučer sastala njemačka vlada kako bi krenula naprijed s novim proračunom za 2024. godinu koji nalaže "bolne rezove" u različitim oblastima. Smanjenje potrošnje postalo je neophodno nakon rupe od 60 milijardi eura u proračunu.
Zahtev je prvobitno podnesen 7. srpnja, ali je javno objavljen tek u srijedu zbog kašnjenja u pronalaženju branitelja za rusku instituciju, prema dužnosniku koji poznaje slučaj, piše Politico, prenosi Klix.ba.
Glasnogovornik njemačke vlade rekao je u srijedu da vlada nema planove šta napraviti s 720 milijuna eura ako zahtjev tužitelja bude uspješan.
Naravno i za tako velike ekonomije kao što je njemačka, financijska injekcija od 720 milijuna eura dobro bi došla.
