Dron leti iznad batrljaka drveća, apokaliptičnog sivog pejzaža s konturama nekadašnjih zgrada i preostalih konstrukcija od kojih mnoge još tinjaju. Scena kakve se rijetko vide i na filmu, snimljena dronom i objavljena ovih dana na Sky Newsu, poprište je najnovije ukrajinske drame. Nakon Soledara, ruske snage predvođene plaćenicima iz Wagnera napreduju i u Marinki, predgrađu Donjecka. Ukrajinski branitelji još uvijek se drže, ali je centar grada čvrsto u ruskim rukama i stanje je prilično kritično.

Marinka nije jedino žarište na bojnom polju istočne Ukrajine. Bahmut također ostaje vreli kotao. Obavještajne depeše govore o zabrinutosti da bi ruske snage koje su osvojile Soledar uskoro mogle opkoliti Bahmut, koji je oko 12 kilometara jugozapadno. Marinka je 80-ak kilometara jugozapadno od Bahmuta i jedan je od šest gradova u Donjeckoj oblasti koji su prije dva dana simultano zasuti ruskom vatrom, objavilo je jučer ukrajinsko ministarstvo obrane. Slavni proruski bloger Rybar objavio je kako su ‘ruski vojnici probili ukrajinsku obranu u Marinki i potisnuli Oružane snage Ukrajine na zapadnu periferiju‘. V.d. šefa tzv. Donjecke narodne republike Denis Pušilin također je priopćio da su gotovo sve visoke zgrade koje su neprijatelju služile kao utvrđene pozicije pod ruskom kontrolom. Ostao je samo mali dio Marinke gdje je neprijatelj zadržao svoje položaje, javio je Pušilin.

Kad se iz zadnjih snimaka dronom razabere na što sliči prostor koji je nekad bio grad s više od 10 tisuća stanovnika, promatrač ne može izbjeći izravne asocijacije na slične prizore otprije stotinu godina, na Somi ili kod Verduna.

A bitka još uvijek bjesni. Valja znati da je Marinka bojno polje s najduljim stažem u Ukrajini, tamo se ratuje već gotovo puno desetljeće, još od ljeta 2014.

Prvi veći topnički napad na Marinku desio se u srpnju 2014., par sati nakon što se tadašnji ukrajinski predsjednik Petro Porošenko zakleo na osvetu za smrt 19 ukrajinskih vojnika u pobunjeničkom raketnom napadu u blizini ruske granice. Godinu dana kasnije proruski pobunjenici zakratko su zavladali Marinkom, no ukrajinske snage su ubrzo povratile kontrolu. Borba između separatista i vladinih trupa koštala je još tad više od 400 mrtvih glava. Tisuće su napustile svoje domove, u mnogim slučajevima prelazeći granicu s Rusijom. Marinka je bila grad podijeljene lojalnosti, dio stanovništva tendirao je Moskvi, a dio politici službenog Kijeva. Ratu su prethodili brojni eksplozivni ‘mitinzi istine‘, nalik na Miloševićevu antibirokratsku revoluciju i separatističke skupove srpskih ekstremista devedesetih u Jugoslaviji.

Danas se krvoprolića, razaranja i žrtve u Marinki teško mogu i prebrojati: devet godina ratovanja pretvorilo je grad u pakao koji se stalno dimi. Svi su oslobođeni od svega što su nekad imali, najčešće i od golih života, samo kako bi despot iz Kremlja nominalno proširio ruski Lebensraum.

Dron leti iznad batrljaka drveća, apokaliptičnog sivog pejzaža s konturama nekadašnjih zgrada i preostalih konstrukcija od kojih mnoge još tinjaju. Scena kakve se rijetko vide i na filmu, snimljena dronom i objavljena ovih dana na Sky Newsu, poprište je najnovije ukrajinske drame. Nakon Soledara, ruske snage predvođene plaćenicima iz Wagnera napreduju i u Marinki, predgrađu Donjecka. Ukrajinski branitelji još uvijek se drže, ali je centar grada čvrsto u ruskim rukama i stanje je prilično kritično.

Marinka nije jedino žarište na bojnom polju istočne Ukrajine. Bahmut također ostaje vreli kotao. Obavještajne depeše govore o zabrinutosti da bi ruske snage koje su osvojile Soledar uskoro mogle opkoliti Bahmut, koji je oko 12 kilometara jugozapadno. Marinka je 80-ak kilometara jugozapadno od Bahmuta i jedan je od šest gradova u Donjeckoj oblasti koji su prije dva dana simultano zasuti ruskom vatrom, objavilo je jučer ukrajinsko ministarstvo obrane. Slavni proruski bloger Rybar objavio je kako su ‘ruski vojnici probili ukrajinsku obranu u Marinki i potisnuli Oružane snage Ukrajine na zapadnu periferiju‘. V.d. šefa tzv. Donjecke narodne republike Denis Pušilin također je priopćio da su gotovo sve visoke zgrade koje su neprijatelju služile kao utvrđene pozicije pod ruskom kontrolom. Ostao je samo mali dio Marinke gdje je neprijatelj zadržao svoje položaje, javio je Pušilin.

Kad se iz zadnjih snimaka dronom razabere na što sliči prostor koji je nekad bio grad s više od 10 tisuća stanovnika, promatrač ne može izbjeći izravne asocijacije na slične prizore otprije stotinu godina, na Somi ili kod Verduna.

A bitka još uvijek bjesni. Valja znati da je Marinka bojno polje s najduljim stažem u Ukrajini, tamo se ratuje već gotovo puno desetljeće, još od ljeta 2014.

Prvi veći topnički napad na Marinku desio se u srpnju 2014., par sati nakon što se tadašnji ukrajinski predsjednik Petro Porošenko zakleo na osvetu za smrt 19 ukrajinskih vojnika u pobunjeničkom raketnom napadu u blizini ruske granice. Godinu dana kasnije proruski pobunjenici zakratko su zavladali Marinkom, no ukrajinske snage su ubrzo povratile kontrolu. Borba između separatista i vladinih trupa koštala je još tad više od 400 mrtvih glava. Tisuće su napustile svoje domove, u mnogim slučajevima prelazeći granicu s Rusijom. Marinka je bila grad podijeljene lojalnosti, dio stanovništva tendirao je Moskvi, a dio politici službenog Kijeva. Ratu su prethodili brojni eksplozivni ‘mitinzi istine‘, nalik na Miloševićevu antibirokratsku revoluciju i separatističke skupove srpskih ekstremista devedesetih u Jugoslaviji.

Danas se krvoprolića, razaranja i žrtve u Marinki teško mogu i prebrojati: devet godina ratovanja pretvorilo je grad u pakao koji se stalno dimi. Svi su oslobođeni od svega što su nekad imali, najčešće i od golih života, samo kako bi despot iz Kremlja nominalno proširio ruski Lebensraum.
