Gdje je Ante K.(57), žitelj Bjelovara rodom iz BiH, zagrebački sud je pokušavao doznati, ali bezuspješno. Sudsku poštu koja mu je stizala na bjelovarsku adresu na kojoj neprijavljeno boravi, a kako bi se očitovao na optužbe bjelovarske policije zbog posijanog straha kad je nožem mahao lanjskog svibnja u zgradi gradskog Poglavarstva u Bjelovaru, podizao nije. Na kraju je svejedno, ipak, osuđen, piše Jutarnji list.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu, on je 27. svibnja 2022. u službenom uredu Ksenije P. K. iz futrole na remenu izvadio nož s oštricom. Pokazao ga je prestravljenoj ženi uz slavodobitnu digresiju: ‘Kakvi su vam to zaštitari kada sam uspio ući s nožem?‘. S obzirom na to da je oružje C kategorije držao na javnom mjestu i pritom uznemiravao građane, za policiju, a potom i za sud, ogriješio se o članak 29. st.5 Zakona o oružju.

Nakon četiri dana pauze, Ante K. opet nije imao mira. Ponovno je došetao do iste zgrade na Trgu Eugena Kvaternika. Ali je na samom ulazu već doživio hladan tuš pa se okomio na zaštitara na kojeg je počeo vikati uz psovke: ‘Napuši mi se ku*ca smrade, ja idem gdje ja hoću!‘. Na kraju je intervenirala policija pa je toga puta zaradio prijavu zbog prekršaja iz članka 13. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Na kraju je sud izvagao sve prikupljene dokaze i osudio Antu K. na 450 eura novčane kazne i na plaćanje 30 eura sudskih troškova.

Kod odmjeravanja visine kazne, sud nije pronašao olakotnih okolnosti dok mu je otegotna njegova prekršajna evidencija iz koje se može iščitati da je do sada tri puta prekršajno kažnjavan, od čega dva puta za kršenje Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, a jednom zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira.

Gdje je Ante K.(57), žitelj Bjelovara rodom iz BiH, zagrebački sud je pokušavao doznati, ali bezuspješno. Sudsku poštu koja mu je stizala na bjelovarsku adresu na kojoj neprijavljeno boravi, a kako bi se očitovao na optužbe bjelovarske policije zbog posijanog straha kad je nožem mahao lanjskog svibnja u zgradi gradskog Poglavarstva u Bjelovaru, podizao nije. Na kraju je svejedno, ipak, osuđen, piše Jutarnji list.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu, on je 27. svibnja 2022. u službenom uredu Ksenije P. K. iz futrole na remenu izvadio nož s oštricom. Pokazao ga je prestravljenoj ženi uz slavodobitnu digresiju: ‘Kakvi su vam to zaštitari kada sam uspio ući s nožem?‘. S obzirom na to da je oružje C kategorije držao na javnom mjestu i pritom uznemiravao građane, za policiju, a potom i za sud, ogriješio se o članak 29. st.5 Zakona o oružju.

Nakon četiri dana pauze, Ante K. opet nije imao mira. Ponovno je došetao do iste zgrade na Trgu Eugena Kvaternika. Ali je na samom ulazu već doživio hladan tuš pa se okomio na zaštitara na kojeg je počeo vikati uz psovke: ‘Napuši mi se ku*ca smrade, ja idem gdje ja hoću!‘. Na kraju je intervenirala policija pa je toga puta zaradio prijavu zbog prekršaja iz članka 13. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Na kraju je sud izvagao sve prikupljene dokaze i osudio Antu K. na 450 eura novčane kazne i na plaćanje 30 eura sudskih troškova.

Kod odmjeravanja visine kazne, sud nije pronašao olakotnih okolnosti dok mu je otegotna njegova prekršajna evidencija iz koje se može iščitati da je do sada tri puta prekršajno kažnjavan, od čega dva puta za kršenje Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, a jednom zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira.

Gdje je Ante K.(57), žitelj Bjelovara rodom iz BiH, zagrebački sud je pokušavao doznati, ali bezuspješno. Sudsku poštu koja mu je stizala na bjelovarsku adresu na kojoj neprijavljeno boravi, a kako bi se očitovao na optužbe bjelovarske policije zbog posijanog straha kad je nožem mahao lanjskog svibnja u zgradi gradskog Poglavarstva u Bjelovaru, podizao nije. Na kraju je svejedno, ipak, osuđen, piše Jutarnji list.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu, on je 27. svibnja 2022. u službenom uredu Ksenije P. K. iz futrole na remenu izvadio nož s oštricom. Pokazao ga je prestravljenoj ženi uz slavodobitnu digresiju: ‘Kakvi su vam to zaštitari kada sam uspio ući s nožem?‘. S obzirom na to da je oružje C kategorije držao na javnom mjestu i pritom uznemiravao građane, za policiju, a potom i za sud, ogriješio se o članak 29. st.5 Zakona o oružju.

Nakon četiri dana pauze, Ante K. opet nije imao mira. Ponovno je došetao do iste zgrade na Trgu Eugena Kvaternika. Ali je na samom ulazu već doživio hladan tuš pa se okomio na zaštitara na kojeg je počeo vikati uz psovke: ‘Napuši mi se ku*ca smrade, ja idem gdje ja hoću!‘. Na kraju je intervenirala policija pa je toga puta zaradio prijavu zbog prekršaja iz članka 13. Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Na kraju je sud izvagao sve prikupljene dokaze i osudio Antu K. na 450 eura novčane kazne i na plaćanje 30 eura sudskih troškova.

Kod odmjeravanja visine kazne, sud nije pronašao olakotnih okolnosti dok mu je otegotna njegova prekršajna evidencija iz koje se može iščitati da je do sada tri puta prekršajno kažnjavan, od čega dva puta za kršenje Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, a jednom zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira.
