U intervjuu sa CNN-ovom novinarkom Christiane Amanpour glasnogovornik Kremlja Dmitrij Peskov u više je navrata odbio isključiti mogućnost da će Rusija razmotriti korištenje nuklearnog oružja.

Na pitanje pod kojim bi uvjetima Putin iskoristio rusku nuklearnu sposobnost, Peskov je odgovorio: "Ako bude postojala egzistencijalna prijetnja za našu zemlju."

Ruska sigurnosna politika predviđa korištenje nuklearnog oružja jedino u slučaju ugroženosti samog postojanja Rusije, rekao je Peskov u intervjuu na engleskom jeziku na pitanje je li uvjeren da predsjednik Vladimir Putin neće koristiti nuklearno oružje.

"Imamo koncept domaće sigurnosti i on je javan, možete pročitati sve razloge za korištenje nuklearnog oružja. Dakle, ako je to egzistencijalna prijetnja za našu zemlju, onda se (nuklearni arsenal) može koristiti u skladu s našim konceptom", rekao je. "Nema drugih razloga koji su spomenuti u tom tekstu", rekao je u daljnjem osvrtu na koncept sigurnosti zemlje.

Nakon Peskovljeve izjave koju, kao Putinov glasnogovornik, drugačije i nije mogao formulirati gostujući na vodećoj američkoj informativnoj televizijskoj postaji, nije zgorega podsjetiti na rusku nuklearnu doktrinu sažetu u dokumentu od 2. lipnja 2020. godine pod nazivom "Načela državne politike Ruske Federacije u sferi nuklearnog odvraćanja".

U tom dokumentu na šest stranica naveden je raspon prijetnji koje Rusija, država s više od 6000 bojevih glava, smatra da bi zahtijevale odvraćanje nuklearnim oružjem. U trećem poglavlju tog dokumenta govori se o "uvjetima pod kojima Ruska Federacija prelazi na uporabu nuklearnog oružja", a u klauzuli 19. navode se četiri uvjeta koja mogu dovesti do toga, podsjeća Net.hr.

Prvi uvjet je posjedovanje pouzdanih informacija da su lansirani balistički projektili na teritorij Rusije i/ili njenih saveznica. Ta opcija poznata kao "lansiranje na upozorenje" otvara mogućnost Moskvi da lansira rusko nuklearno oružje odmah nakon upozorenja da su prema njoj lansirani nuklearni projektili umjesto da akciju odmazde odgađa dok se ne potvrdi da su ciljevi uništeni ili alternativno lansirani dok je napad u tijeku. Drugi uvjet da Rusija upotrijebi nuklearno oružje jest da se nuklearno ili neko drugo oružje za masovno uništenje upotrijebi protiv ruskog teritorija i/ili njegovih saveznika. Treći uvjet odnosi se na akcije koje protivnik poduzima protiv ruskih ključnih vladinih ili vojnih kapaciteta koje bi imale učinak narušavanja sposobnosti Rusije za nuklearnu odmazdu.

Na koncu, četvrti uvjet pod kojim bi Rusija mogla upotrijebiti nuklearno oružje jest agresija na Rusiju korištenjem konvencionalnog oružja koje ugrožava samu egzistenciju države.

To je onaj uvjet o kojemu je jučer na CNN-u govorio Putinov glasnogovornik Peskov, a ujedno je i najproblematičniji jer se može najšire tumačiti. "Ugrožavanjem samog postojanja države" može se, u krajnjem slučaju, smatrati i pokušaj atentata na ruskog predsjednika, a nije nemoguće da se iz kremaljske perspektive i ekonomske sankcije smatraju "konvencionalnim oružjem" koje dovodi u pitanje opstanak države, prenosi Net.hr.

U intervjuu sa CNN-ovom novinarkom Christiane Amanpour glasnogovornik Kremlja Dmitrij Peskov u više je navrata odbio isključiti mogućnost da će Rusija razmotriti korištenje nuklearnog oružja.

Na pitanje pod kojim bi uvjetima Putin iskoristio rusku nuklearnu sposobnost, Peskov je odgovorio: "Ako bude postojala egzistencijalna prijetnja za našu zemlju."

Ruska sigurnosna politika predviđa korištenje nuklearnog oružja jedino u slučaju ugroženosti samog postojanja Rusije, rekao je Peskov u intervjuu na engleskom jeziku na pitanje je li uvjeren da predsjednik Vladimir Putin neće koristiti nuklearno oružje.

"Imamo koncept domaće sigurnosti i on je javan, možete pročitati sve razloge za korištenje nuklearnog oružja. Dakle, ako je to egzistencijalna prijetnja za našu zemlju, onda se (nuklearni arsenal) može koristiti u skladu s našim konceptom", rekao je. "Nema drugih razloga koji su spomenuti u tom tekstu", rekao je u daljnjem osvrtu na koncept sigurnosti zemlje.

Nakon Peskovljeve izjave koju, kao Putinov glasnogovornik, drugačije i nije mogao formulirati gostujući na vodećoj američkoj informativnoj televizijskoj postaji, nije zgorega podsjetiti na rusku nuklearnu doktrinu sažetu u dokumentu od 2. lipnja 2020. godine pod nazivom "Načela državne politike Ruske Federacije u sferi nuklearnog odvraćanja".

U tom dokumentu na šest stranica naveden je raspon prijetnji koje Rusija, država s više od 6000 bojevih glava, smatra da bi zahtijevale odvraćanje nuklearnim oružjem. U trećem poglavlju tog dokumenta govori se o "uvjetima pod kojima Ruska Federacija prelazi na uporabu nuklearnog oružja", a u klauzuli 19. navode se četiri uvjeta koja mogu dovesti do toga, podsjeća Net.hr.

Prvi uvjet je posjedovanje pouzdanih informacija da su lansirani balistički projektili na teritorij Rusije i/ili njenih saveznica. Ta opcija poznata kao "lansiranje na upozorenje" otvara mogućnost Moskvi da lansira rusko nuklearno oružje odmah nakon upozorenja da su prema njoj lansirani nuklearni projektili umjesto da akciju odmazde odgađa dok se ne potvrdi da su ciljevi uništeni ili alternativno lansirani dok je napad u tijeku. Drugi uvjet da Rusija upotrijebi nuklearno oružje jest da se nuklearno ili neko drugo oružje za masovno uništenje upotrijebi protiv ruskog teritorija i/ili njegovih saveznika. Treći uvjet odnosi se na akcije koje protivnik poduzima protiv ruskih ključnih vladinih ili vojnih kapaciteta koje bi imale učinak narušavanja sposobnosti Rusije za nuklearnu odmazdu.

Na koncu, četvrti uvjet pod kojim bi Rusija mogla upotrijebiti nuklearno oružje jest agresija na Rusiju korištenjem konvencionalnog oružja koje ugrožava samu egzistenciju države.

To je onaj uvjet o kojemu je jučer na CNN-u govorio Putinov glasnogovornik Peskov, a ujedno je i najproblematičniji jer se može najšire tumačiti. "Ugrožavanjem samog postojanja države" može se, u krajnjem slučaju, smatrati i pokušaj atentata na ruskog predsjednika, a nije nemoguće da se iz kremaljske perspektive i ekonomske sankcije smatraju "konvencionalnim oružjem" koje dovodi u pitanje opstanak države, prenosi Net.hr.
