U ruskom raketnom napadu u subotu ujutro pogođena je ključna infrastruktura u Kijevu, a napadnuti su i Harkiv i Zaporižja, priopćili su dužnosnici. Prije nego što je označena zračna uzbuna, u Kijevu je odjeknulo više eksplozija, a vlasti su pozvale stanovnike da odu u skloništa, piše Jutarnji.hr.

"Raketni napad na objekte ključne infrastrukture. Detalji se provjeravaju", objavio je zamjenik šefa kabineta predsjednika Ukrajine Kirilo Timošenko, a prenose agencije.

Riječ je o prvom velikom napadu na glavni ukrajinski grad od Nove godine, ali ovaj put nije riječ o napadu iz odmazde, prije o podmuklom udaru kojim ruski agresor poručuje da je ostvario uspjeh na bojištu.

Rusko vojno vodstvo i ozloglašena ruska plaćenička jedinica Wagner raspoređena u Soledaru objavili su u petak da su zauzeli grad poznat po rudnicima soli. Ekipa CNN-a koja je bila na tom području, svjedočila je organiziranom povlačenju ukrajinskih snaga. Službeni Kijev i dalje ne potvrđuje da su agresori osvojili grad.

Rusko ministarstvo obrane hvali se da taj uspjeh omogućava presijecanje ukrajinskih opskrbnih ruta prema većem gradu Bahmutu na jugozapadu i okruživanje preostalih ukrajinskih snaga u tom gradu. Američki dužnosnici rekli su da bi ruska pobjeda u Soledaru, pa čak i u Bahmutu, deset puta većem gradu, imala malo važnosti za ukupno stanje u ratu.

Iz ruke u ruku

"Čak ako i Bahmut i Soledar padnu u ruke Rusa, to neće imati strateški utjecaj na sam rat", rekao je glasnogovornik američkog Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost John Kirby novinarima u Bijeloj kući. "To sigurno neće zaustaviti Ukrajince niti će ih usporiti", rekao je, dodajući da "ako pogledate što se događalo u posljednjih 10 i pol mjeseci, posebno u Donbasu, gradovi i sela su prilično često prelazili iz ruke u ruku".

U ovom trenutku više je nego očito da ruske agresorske snage kontroliraju veći dio Soledara. Riječ je o gradu koji nema osobitu stratešku važnost za ukupnu "specijalnu vojnu operaciju", kako je i dalje nazivaju u Kremlju. I mogući pad Bahmuta, koji bi bio znatan stvarni uspjeh, ne potvrđuje da ruske vojne snage imaju sposobnost ofenzivnog djelovanja. Teško je u sadašnjem rasporedu snaga i ravnoteži moći vidjeti mogućnost ruske vojske da krene u ofenzivni napad prema uspjesima koji bi mogli utjecati na daljnji tijek rata - to bi bilo osvajanje Kramatorska ili Slovjanska.

Kad se pogleda u kolikoj je mjeri došlo do nadmetanja u preuzimanju zasluga za osvajanje Soledara između službene ruske vojske i plaćenika skupine Wagner, postaje razvidnije zašto je došlo do tako snažnog inzistiranja na padu tog grada: Jevgenij Prigožin, vođa Wagnera, time je želio potvrditi svoju tezu da je vojska nesposobna, a Wagner elitna postrojba; ruski vojni vrh to je nastojao opovrgnuti. Zbog toga su izginule stotine ruskih vojnika, ali oni su i za vojni vrh i za Prigožina "potrošna roba". Tako su bili za ruske careve, za Staljina, tako i sada za ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina.

Trebat će neko vrijeme da se razjasni kako je ukrajinski vojni vrh iskoristio ovu bitku koja je i s njihove strane odnijela brojne žrtve. Nadati se valja da je grčevita obrana bila taktički potez koji će omogućiti strateški manevar s ciljem daljnjeg slabljenja ruske okupacije. Nešto nalik tome bilo se dogodilo nakon pada Lisičanska prošlog ljeta.

"Ne bismo trebali podcijeniti Rusiju. Mobiliziraju više trupa, naporno rade kako bi pribavili što više opreme i streljiva i pokazali su spremnost da nastave rat. Nema naznaka da je predsjednik Putin promijenio opći cilj svog brutalnog rata protiv Ukrajine. Stoga moramo biti spremni na duge staze", rekao je Jens Stoltenberg, glavni tajnik NATO-a. Vijeće sigurnosti UN-a ponovno se sastalo u petak kako bi raspravljalo o situaciji u Ukrajini.

Tijek rata

"Ukrajina, Rusija i svijet ne mogu si dopustiti nastavak ovog rata", inzistirala je podtajnica UN-a za politička pitanja Rosemary DiCarlo. Ali "vojna je logika ta koja dominira, s vrlo malo prostora za dijalog u ovom trenutku, ako ga uopće ima", dodala je, napominjući da ne vidi "nikakvih znakova kraja borbi".

Loše vijesti prije svega za Europu koja će ovu zimu uspjeti proći bez udara, ali sljedeću?

Ove dvije izjave sjajno dijagnosticiraju rusku agresiju. Bitke će trajati, neće biti presudne jer nijedna strana nema dovoljno snage da ostvari uspjeh koji bi promijenio tijek rata. Događat će se Soledari kako su se događale i bitke za Lisičansk, iscrpljujuće, Rusiji važne da kod kuće zadrži naraciju vojnih uspjeha. Moskva je naučila lekciju od rujna prošle godine kad je Ukrajina munjevitom ofenzivom oslobodila velike prostore Harkivske oblasti.

Na svim su linijama ratišta uspostavljene utvrđene obrambene linije u više ešalona koje, realno, ukrajinske snage ne mogu probiti. Ruska vojska, potvrđeno, nema snage za ofenzivne operacije, ali je mobilizacijom očvrsnula obranu. Politički cilj i dalje ostaje rušenje režima u Kijevu i kontrola Ukrajine, ali pozicija trajnog destabiliziranja te za rusku politiku važne zemlje može biti dostatni uspjeh u ovoj fazi, piše Jutarnji.hr. Treba imati na umu da je BDP Ukrajine prošle godine pao 30 posto.

U ruskom raketnom napadu u subotu ujutro pogođena je ključna infrastruktura u Kijevu, a napadnuti su i Harkiv i Zaporižja, priopćili su dužnosnici. Prije nego što je označena zračna uzbuna, u Kijevu je odjeknulo više eksplozija, a vlasti su pozvale stanovnike da odu u skloništa, piše Jutarnji.hr.

"Raketni napad na objekte ključne infrastrukture. Detalji se provjeravaju", objavio je zamjenik šefa kabineta predsjednika Ukrajine Kirilo Timošenko, a prenose agencije.

Riječ je o prvom velikom napadu na glavni ukrajinski grad od Nove godine, ali ovaj put nije riječ o napadu iz odmazde, prije o podmuklom udaru kojim ruski agresor poručuje da je ostvario uspjeh na bojištu.

Rusko vojno vodstvo i ozloglašena ruska plaćenička jedinica Wagner raspoređena u Soledaru objavili su u petak da su zauzeli grad poznat po rudnicima soli. Ekipa CNN-a koja je bila na tom području, svjedočila je organiziranom povlačenju ukrajinskih snaga. Službeni Kijev i dalje ne potvrđuje da su agresori osvojili grad.

Rusko ministarstvo obrane hvali se da taj uspjeh omogućava presijecanje ukrajinskih opskrbnih ruta prema većem gradu Bahmutu na jugozapadu i okruživanje preostalih ukrajinskih snaga u tom gradu. Američki dužnosnici rekli su da bi ruska pobjeda u Soledaru, pa čak i u Bahmutu, deset puta većem gradu, imala malo važnosti za ukupno stanje u ratu.

Iz ruke u ruku

"Čak ako i Bahmut i Soledar padnu u ruke Rusa, to neće imati strateški utjecaj na sam rat", rekao je glasnogovornik američkog Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost John Kirby novinarima u Bijeloj kući. "To sigurno neće zaustaviti Ukrajince niti će ih usporiti", rekao je, dodajući da "ako pogledate što se događalo u posljednjih 10 i pol mjeseci, posebno u Donbasu, gradovi i sela su prilično često prelazili iz ruke u ruku".

U ovom trenutku više je nego očito da ruske agresorske snage kontroliraju veći dio Soledara. Riječ je o gradu koji nema osobitu stratešku važnost za ukupnu "specijalnu vojnu operaciju", kako je i dalje nazivaju u Kremlju. I mogući pad Bahmuta, koji bi bio znatan stvarni uspjeh, ne potvrđuje da ruske vojne snage imaju sposobnost ofenzivnog djelovanja. Teško je u sadašnjem rasporedu snaga i ravnoteži moći vidjeti mogućnost ruske vojske da krene u ofenzivni napad prema uspjesima koji bi mogli utjecati na daljnji tijek rata - to bi bilo osvajanje Kramatorska ili Slovjanska.

Kad se pogleda u kolikoj je mjeri došlo do nadmetanja u preuzimanju zasluga za osvajanje Soledara između službene ruske vojske i plaćenika skupine Wagner, postaje razvidnije zašto je došlo do tako snažnog inzistiranja na padu tog grada: Jevgenij Prigožin, vođa Wagnera, time je želio potvrditi svoju tezu da je vojska nesposobna, a Wagner elitna postrojba; ruski vojni vrh to je nastojao opovrgnuti. Zbog toga su izginule stotine ruskih vojnika, ali oni su i za vojni vrh i za Prigožina "potrošna roba". Tako su bili za ruske careve, za Staljina, tako i sada za ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina.

Trebat će neko vrijeme da se razjasni kako je ukrajinski vojni vrh iskoristio ovu bitku koja je i s njihove strane odnijela brojne žrtve. Nadati se valja da je grčevita obrana bila taktički potez koji će omogućiti strateški manevar s ciljem daljnjeg slabljenja ruske okupacije. Nešto nalik tome bilo se dogodilo nakon pada Lisičanska prošlog ljeta.

"Ne bismo trebali podcijeniti Rusiju. Mobiliziraju više trupa, naporno rade kako bi pribavili što više opreme i streljiva i pokazali su spremnost da nastave rat. Nema naznaka da je predsjednik Putin promijenio opći cilj svog brutalnog rata protiv Ukrajine. Stoga moramo biti spremni na duge staze", rekao je Jens Stoltenberg, glavni tajnik NATO-a. Vijeće sigurnosti UN-a ponovno se sastalo u petak kako bi raspravljalo o situaciji u Ukrajini.

Tijek rata

"Ukrajina, Rusija i svijet ne mogu si dopustiti nastavak ovog rata", inzistirala je podtajnica UN-a za politička pitanja Rosemary DiCarlo. Ali "vojna je logika ta koja dominira, s vrlo malo prostora za dijalog u ovom trenutku, ako ga uopće ima", dodala je, napominjući da ne vidi "nikakvih znakova kraja borbi".

Loše vijesti prije svega za Europu koja će ovu zimu uspjeti proći bez udara, ali sljedeću?

Ove dvije izjave sjajno dijagnosticiraju rusku agresiju. Bitke će trajati, neće biti presudne jer nijedna strana nema dovoljno snage da ostvari uspjeh koji bi promijenio tijek rata. Događat će se Soledari kako su se događale i bitke za Lisičansk, iscrpljujuće, Rusiji važne da kod kuće zadrži naraciju vojnih uspjeha. Moskva je naučila lekciju od rujna prošle godine kad je Ukrajina munjevitom ofenzivom oslobodila velike prostore Harkivske oblasti.

Na svim su linijama ratišta uspostavljene utvrđene obrambene linije u više ešalona koje, realno, ukrajinske snage ne mogu probiti. Ruska vojska, potvrđeno, nema snage za ofenzivne operacije, ali je mobilizacijom očvrsnula obranu. Politički cilj i dalje ostaje rušenje režima u Kijevu i kontrola Ukrajine, ali pozicija trajnog destabiliziranja te za rusku politiku važne zemlje može biti dostatni uspjeh u ovoj fazi, piše Jutarnji.hr. Treba imati na umu da je BDP Ukrajine prošle godine pao 30 posto.
