Reakcija vlasti na izbijanje covida-19 na poznatom austrijskom skijalištu Ischglu obilježena je zakašnjelim zatvaranjem objekta, dezinformacijama i loše izvedenom masovnom evakuacijom, objavilo je stručno povjerenstvo u ponedjeljak u Innsbrucku. 

Poznato skijalište naglo je zatvoreno sredinom ožujka. Ubrzo se otkrilo da je Ischgl bio glavno žarište koronavirusa u Europi nakon povratka zaraženih turista u svoje matične zemlje.

Iako je Island obavijestio austrijske vlasti o nekoliko zaraženih povratnika još 5. ožujka, trebalo je više od tjedan dana da se Ischgl i tirolska dolina stave u karantenu, navodi se u izvješću.

Kada je austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz naredio 'lockdown' 13. ožujka, nije ispitao stanje na terenu pa su turisti pobjegli iz Ischgla u panici i nisu čekali da se organizira njihova evakuacija. 

Osim toga, lokalni turistički ured je priopćio da su islandski turisti vjerojatno zaraženi koronavirusom za vrijeme leta, a ne dok su boravili u barovima u Ischglu.

"To je bila neistinita i loša informacija", rekao je predsjednik povjerenstva Ronald Rohrer, bivši sudac austrijskog Vrhovnog suda. 

Povjerenstvo je također otkrilo da je gradonačelnik Ischgla odgodio zatvaranje skijaških staza.

Osim istrage koju je provelo stručno povjerenstvo, pokrenuti su odvojeni postupci protiv austrijskih političara i dužnosnika u ovom slučaju.

Reakcija vlasti na izbijanje covida-19 na poznatom austrijskom skijalištu Ischglu obilježena je zakašnjelim zatvaranjem objekta, dezinformacijama i loše izvedenom masovnom evakuacijom, objavilo je stručno povjerenstvo u ponedjeljak u Innsbrucku. 

Poznato skijalište naglo je zatvoreno sredinom ožujka. Ubrzo se otkrilo da je Ischgl bio glavno žarište koronavirusa u Europi nakon povratka zaraženih turista u svoje matične zemlje.

Iako je Island obavijestio austrijske vlasti o nekoliko zaraženih povratnika još 5. ožujka, trebalo je više od tjedan dana da se Ischgl i tirolska dolina stave u karantenu, navodi se u izvješću.

Kada je austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz naredio 'lockdown' 13. ožujka, nije ispitao stanje na terenu pa su turisti pobjegli iz Ischgla u panici i nisu čekali da se organizira njihova evakuacija. 

Osim toga, lokalni turistički ured je priopćio da su islandski turisti vjerojatno zaraženi koronavirusom za vrijeme leta, a ne dok su boravili u barovima u Ischglu.

"To je bila neistinita i loša informacija", rekao je predsjednik povjerenstva Ronald Rohrer, bivši sudac austrijskog Vrhovnog suda. 

Povjerenstvo je također otkrilo da je gradonačelnik Ischgla odgodio zatvaranje skijaških staza.

Osim istrage koju je provelo stručno povjerenstvo, pokrenuti su odvojeni postupci protiv austrijskih političara i dužnosnika u ovom slučaju.

Istraga otkrila nepravilnosti u postupanju s covidom-19 na austrijskom skijalištu Ischglu

Reakcija vlasti na izbijanje covida-19 na poznatom austrijskom skijalištu Ischglu obilježena je zakašnjelim zatvaranjem objekta, dezinformacijama i loše izvedenom masovnom evakuacijom, objavilo je stručno povjerenstvo u ponedjeljak u Innsbrucku. 

Poznato skijalište naglo je zatvoreno sredinom ožujka. Ubrzo se otkrilo da je Ischgl bio glavno žarište koronavirusa u Europi nakon povratka zaraženih turista u svoje matične zemlje.

Iako je Island obavijestio austrijske vlasti o nekoliko zaraženih povratnika još 5. ožujka, trebalo je više od tjedan dana da se Ischgl i tirolska dolina stave u karantenu, navodi se u izvješću.

Kada je austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz naredio 'lockdown' 13. ožujka, nije ispitao stanje na terenu pa su turisti pobjegli iz Ischgla u panici i nisu ...
