Ovih dana je prezime Gadafi ponovo u naslovima svjetskih medija. Sadi Gadafi (48), treći sin nekadašnjeg libijskog vladara Moamera Gadafija, prije tjedan dana pušten je iz zatvora. Navodno je odmah otišao u Tursku.

Mlađi Gadafi je proveo sedam godina iza rešetaka, osuđen zbog zločina nad demonstrantima tokom pobune protiv režima 2011., kao i zbog ubojstva popularnog nogometaša Bašira al-Rayanija 2005. godine. Al-Rayani je otvoreno kritizirao Gadafijev režim.

Sadi Gadafi je također bio nogometaš i stigao je na čudnovat način čak i do dresa nekih talijanskih prvoligaša.

U dogovoru da se Sadi Gadafi pusti iz zatvora sudjelovale su važni plemenski vođe, trenutni premijer, ali i Fati Bašaga, bivši ministar policije kojem se daju dobre šanse da postane premijer nakon izbora u prosincu, piše Cathrin Schaer za Deutsche Welle.

Poznavatelji prilika upravo tu vide problem – obitelj Gadafi mogla bi biti bitan faktor na tim izborima.

Nema vojsku ni slobodu kretanja

Moamer Gadafi je četiri desetljeća gospodario zemljom, prije nego što je svrgnut s vlasti i ubijen u pobuni 2011. koju su podržale zapadne sile. Od sedmorice njegovih sinova, trojica su ubijena. Dva sina, kći i supruga pokojnog diktatora dobili su azil u Omanu.

Ali, najzanimljiviji je slučaj Gadafijevog sina Seifa al-Islama (49), jedinog člana obitelji za kojeg se čuje da ima političke ambicije. Seifa su prije deset godina zarobile plemenske paravojske na sjeverozapadu Libije. Pušten je prije četiri godine i vjeruje se da živi među svojim bivšim otmičarima.

U srpnju je u jednom od rijetkih intervjua, objavljenom u New York Timesu, rekao da ima političke ambicije i želi postati predsjednik ove godine.

Analitičari kažu da uopće nije bez šansi u zemlji koju su, od pada Moamera Gadafija, obilježili krvavi sukobi i podjele. "Nema aktera ili grupe koji bi jasno dominirali političkom scenom", kaže Tim Eaton, istraživač Chatham Housea koji se bavi stanjem u ovoj mediteranskoj zemlji.

"Sve je postalo veoma komplicirano. Kao partija trodimenzionalnog šaha, u kojoj razni lideri i mreže pokušavaju sklopiti saveze, ili ponegdje surađuju, ali uvijek ograničeno", kaže nam Eaton.

Drugi analitičari kažu da je puštanje Sadija Gadafija iz zatvora način da se njegov stariji brat Seif privoli na određene političke saveze. "Ima ljudi u Libiji koji bi, s obzirom na događaje prethodnih godina, potpisali da im je bilo bolje pod vrašću obitelji Gadafi", kaže Eaton.

Neki se čak pitaju bi li Seif Gadafi mogao postati novi predsjednik nakon izbora 24. prosinca. Jedan od konkurenata mogao bi mu biti moćni gospodar rata, general Khalifa Haftar koji kontrolira dobar dio zemlje.

Sugovornici DW-a uvjereni su da Seif Gadafi ima odlične šanse u narodu, a to govore i neke ankete koje valja uzeti s rezervom. Tim Eaton je ipak pomalo suzdržan: "Teško mu je vratiti staru popularnost. Ne može se slobodno kretati zemljom, a nema ni oružane snage koje su mu lojalne.", piše Deutsche Welle

Ovih dana je prezime Gadafi ponovo u naslovima svjetskih medija. Sadi Gadafi (48), treći sin nekadašnjeg libijskog vladara Moamera Gadafija, prije tjedan dana pušten je iz zatvora. Navodno je odmah otišao u Tursku.

Mlađi Gadafi je proveo sedam godina iza rešetaka, osuđen zbog zločina nad demonstrantima tokom pobune protiv režima 2011., kao i zbog ubojstva popularnog nogometaša Bašira al-Rayanija 2005. godine. Al-Rayani je otvoreno kritizirao Gadafijev režim.

Sadi Gadafi je također bio nogometaš i stigao je na čudnovat način čak i do dresa nekih talijanskih prvoligaša.

U dogovoru da se Sadi Gadafi pusti iz zatvora sudjelovale su važni plemenski vođe, trenutni premijer, ali i Fati Bašaga, bivši ministar policije kojem se daju dobre šanse da postane premijer nakon izbora u prosincu, piše Cathrin Schaer za Deutsche Welle.

Poznavatelji prilika upravo tu vide problem – obitelj Gadafi mogla bi biti bitan faktor na tim izborima.

Nema vojsku ni slobodu kretanja

Moamer Gadafi je četiri desetljeća gospodario zemljom, prije nego što je svrgnut s vlasti i ubijen u pobuni 2011. koju su podržale zapadne sile. Od sedmorice njegovih sinova, trojica su ubijena. Dva sina, kći i supruga pokojnog diktatora dobili su azil u Omanu.

Ali, najzanimljiviji je slučaj Gadafijevog sina Seifa al-Islama (49), jedinog člana obitelji za kojeg se čuje da ima političke ambicije. Seifa su prije deset godina zarobile plemenske paravojske na sjeverozapadu Libije. Pušten je prije četiri godine i vjeruje se da živi među svojim bivšim otmičarima.

U srpnju je u jednom od rijetkih intervjua, objavljenom u New York Timesu, rekao da ima političke ambicije i želi postati predsjednik ove godine.

Analitičari kažu da uopće nije bez šansi u zemlji koju su, od pada Moamera Gadafija, obilježili krvavi sukobi i podjele. "Nema aktera ili grupe koji bi jasno dominirali političkom scenom", kaže Tim Eaton, istraživač Chatham Housea koji se bavi stanjem u ovoj mediteranskoj zemlji.

"Sve je postalo veoma komplicirano. Kao partija trodimenzionalnog šaha, u kojoj razni lideri i mreže pokušavaju sklopiti saveze, ili ponegdje surađuju, ali uvijek ograničeno", kaže nam Eaton.

Drugi analitičari kažu da je puštanje Sadija Gadafija iz zatvora način da se njegov stariji brat Seif privoli na određene političke saveze. "Ima ljudi u Libiji koji bi, s obzirom na događaje prethodnih godina, potpisali da im je bilo bolje pod vrašću obitelji Gadafi", kaže Eaton.

Neki se čak pitaju bi li Seif Gadafi mogao postati novi predsjednik nakon izbora 24. prosinca. Jedan od konkurenata mogao bi mu biti moćni gospodar rata, general Khalifa Haftar koji kontrolira dobar dio zemlje.

Sugovornici DW-a uvjereni su da Seif Gadafi ima odlične šanse u narodu, a to govore i neke ankete koje valja uzeti s rezervom. Tim Eaton je ipak pomalo suzdržan: "Teško mu je vratiti staru popularnost. Ne može se slobodno kretati zemljom, a nema ni oružane snage koje su mu lojalne.", piše Deutsche Welle
