Ministri financija zemalja članica skupine G7, okupljeni na sastanku u Washingtonu, indirektno su priopćili kako je moguće da je najteža faza recesije u globalnoj ekonomiji završena, unatoč tomu što se još uvijek ne može govoriti o sigurnom oporavku, te su se obvezali da će nastojati zajamčiti ‘zdravo stanje’ velikih financijskih tvrtki.

Nakon sastanka u Washingtonu ministri su izvijestili kako bi se gospodarska aktivnost trebala početi oporavljati kasnije tijekom godine. Unatoč tomu, istaknuli su kako prije toga postoji opasnost da se globalna ekonomska situacija još pogorša.

“Mogu reći da imamo razloga biti pomalo ohrabreni, no bili bismo u krivu kad bismo zaključili da smo blizu izlasku iz mraka koji je prošle jeseni obavio globalnu ekonomiju”, rekao je američki ministar financija Timothy Geithner.

Izvješće je manje tmurno od onoga što su ga ministri financija članica G7 objavili u veljači, kad su upozorili da će se situacija do kraja 2009. pogoršavati, ne spominjući nikakve obećavajuće znakove moguće stabilizacije.

“Prema posljednjim podacima kojima raspolažemo, trend pada naših ekonomija usporen je, a pojavljuju se i neki znakovi stabilizacije”, stoji u završnome priopćenju ministara financija skupine sedam najrazvijenijih zemalja svijeta (SAD, Kanada, Japan, Francuska, Italija, Britanija, Njemačka).

“Nastavit ćemo i dalje djelovati na način da ćemo davati pozajmice, podupirati likvidnost, ubrizgavati kapital u financijske institucije te omogućiti zaštitu depozita. Ponovno ističemo kako ćemo i dalje poduzimati sve potrebne aktivnosti da bismo zajamčili zdravo stanje važnih institucija”, stoji u priopćenju.

Japanski ministar financija Kaouru Yosano podsjetio je da su “znaci stabilizacije samo izraz s upitnikom”. “No jasno nam je da priopćenje članica G7 neizravno izražava stajalište prema kojemu bi najteže razdoblje za svjetsku ekonomiju možda moglo biti za nama”, kazao je.

Ministri financija zemalja članica skupine G7, okupljeni na sastanku u Washingtonu, indirektno su priopćili kako je moguće da je najteža faza recesije u globalnoj ekonomiji završena, unatoč tomu što se još uvijek ne može govoriti o sigurnom oporavku, te su se obvezali da će nastojati zajamčiti ‘zdravo stanje’ velikih financijskih tvrtki.

Nakon sastanka u Washingtonu ministri su izvijestili kako bi se gospodarska aktivnost trebala početi oporavljati kasnije tijekom godine. Unatoč tomu, istaknuli su kako prije toga postoji opasnost da se globalna ekonomska situacija još pogorša.

“Mogu reći da imamo razloga biti pomalo ohrabreni, no bili bismo u krivu kad bismo zaključili da smo blizu izlasku iz mraka koji je prošle jeseni obavio globalnu ekonomiju”, rekao je američki ministar financija Timothy Geithner.

Izvješće je manje tmurno od onoga što su ga ministri financija članica G7 objavili u veljači, kad su upozorili da će se situacija do kraja 2009. pogoršavati, ne spominjući nikakve obećavajuće znakove moguće stabilizacije.

“Prema posljednjim podacima kojima raspolažemo, trend pada naših ekonomija usporen je, a pojavljuju se i neki znakovi stabilizacije”, stoji u završnome priopćenju ministara financija skupine sedam najrazvijenijih zemalja svijeta (SAD, Kanada, Japan, Francuska, Italija, Britanija, Njemačka).

“Nastavit ćemo i dalje djelovati na način da ćemo davati pozajmice, podupirati likvidnost, ubrizgavati kapital u financijske institucije te omogućiti zaštitu depozita. Ponovno ističemo kako ćemo i dalje poduzimati sve potrebne aktivnosti da bismo zajamčili zdravo stanje važnih institucija”, stoji u priopćenju.

Japanski ministar financija Kaouru Yosano podsjetio je da su “znaci stabilizacije samo izraz s upitnikom”. “No jasno nam je da priopćenje članica G7 neizravno izražava stajalište prema kojemu bi najteže razdoblje za svjetsku ekonomiju možda moglo biti za nama”, kazao je.
