Toplinski val zahvatio je dijelove južne Europe i sjeverozapadne Afrike, s mogućim rekordnim temperaturama idućih dana, piše u četvrtak BBC.

Očekuje se da će temperature premašiti 40 stupnjeva Celzijevih u dijelovima Španjolske, Francuske, Grčke, Hrvatske i Turske.

U Italiji bi temperature mogle doseći i 48,8 stupnjeva. Crveno upozorenje izdano je za 10 gradova, uključujući Firencu i Rim.

U utorak je muškarac u četrdesetim godinama preminuo nakon što je kolabirao u sjevernoj Italiji.

Talijanski mediji izvijestili su da je 44-godišnji radnik bojao zebre u gradu Lodi, u blizini Milana, prije nego što je kolabirao od vrućine. Odveden je u bolnicu gdje je kasnije preminuo, prenosi Jutarnji list.

"Suočavamo se s nepodnošljivim toplinskim valom", tvitao je talijanski političar Nicola Fratoianni.

"U najtoplijim satima treba poduzeti sve korisne mjere opreza kako bi se izbjegle tragedije poput ove koja se danas dogodila u Lodiju."

Nekoliko turista u zemlji već je kolabiralo zbog toplinskog udara, uključujući Britanca ispred Koloseuma u Rimu.

Očekuje se da će toplinski val Kerber - kojeg je Talijansko meteorološko društvo nazvalo po čudovištu s tri glave koje se pojavljuje u Danteovom paklu - donijeti ekstremne uvjete u sljedećih nekoliko dana.

Met Office kaže da će temperature biti vrhunske u petak, a BBC Weather kaže da bi veliki dijelovi južne Europe mogli zabilježiti temperature preko 40 stupnjeva, a možda i više.

Vrućina će se vjerojatno nastaviti i tijekom vikenda. U Pragu, glavnom gradu Češke, temperature bi u subotu mogle doseći čak 36 stupnjeva prema BBC Weatheru, što je znatno više od prosjeka od 24 stupnja u srpnju.

Najviša temperatura u Europi od 48,8 stupnjeva Celzijevih zabilježena je u blizini Sirakuze na talijanskom otoku Siciliji u kolovozu 2021.

Više od 60.000 ljudi umrlo je u Europi prošle godine od posljedica vrućine. Strahuje se da bi ovaj toplinski val mogao odnijeti mnogo više života ovog ljeta.

Toplinski val je razdoblje vrućeg vremena gdje su temperature više od očekivanih za to doba godine.

Stručnjaci kažu da su razdoblja iznimno vrućeg vremena sve češća, a klimatske promjene sve učestalije donose rekordne temperature.

Europski centar za srednjoročne vremenske prognoze objavio je da je ovogodišnji lipanj u svijetu bio najtopliji ikad zabilježen, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Toplinski val zahvatio je dijelove južne Europe i sjeverozapadne Afrike, s mogućim rekordnim temperaturama idućih dana, piše u četvrtak BBC.

Očekuje se da će temperature premašiti 40 stupnjeva Celzijevih u dijelovima Španjolske, Francuske, Grčke, Hrvatske i Turske.

U Italiji bi temperature mogle doseći i 48,8 stupnjeva. Crveno upozorenje izdano je za 10 gradova, uključujući Firencu i Rim.

Talijanski mediji izvijestili su da je 44-godišnji radnik bojao zebre u gradu Lodi, u blizini Milana, prije nego što je kolabirao od vrućine. Odveden je u bolnicu gdje je kasnije preminuo, prenosi Jutarnji list.

"Suočavamo se s nepodnošljivim toplinskim valom", tvitao je talijanski političar Nicola Fratoianni.

"U najtoplijim satima treba poduzeti sve korisne mjere opreza kako bi se izbjegle tragedije poput ove koja se danas dogodila u Lodiju."

Nekoliko turista u zemlji već je kolabiralo zbog toplinskog udara, uključujući Britanca ispred Koloseuma u Rimu.

Očekuje se da će toplinski val Kerber - kojeg je Talijansko meteorološko društvo nazvalo po čudovištu s tri glave koje se pojavljuje u Danteovom paklu - donijeti ekstremne uvjete u sljedećih nekoliko dana.

Met Office kaže da će temperature biti vrhunske u petak, a BBC Weather kaže da bi veliki dijelovi južne Europe mogli zabilježiti temperature preko 40 stupnjeva, a možda i više.

Vrućina će se vjerojatno nastaviti i tijekom vikenda. U Pragu, glavnom gradu Češke, temperature bi u subotu mogle doseći čak 36 stupnjeva prema BBC Weatheru, što je znatno više od prosjeka od 24 stupnja u srpnju.

Najviša temperatura u Europi od 48,8 stupnjeva Celzijevih zabilježena je u blizini Sirakuze na talijanskom otoku Siciliji u kolovozu 2021.

Više od 60.000 ljudi umrlo je u Europi prošle godine od posljedica vrućine. Strahuje se da bi ovaj toplinski val mogao odnijeti mnogo više života ovog ljeta.

Toplinski val zahvatio je dijelove južne Europe i sjeverozapadne Afrike, s mogućim rekordnim temperaturama idućih dana, piše u četvrtak BBC.
