Izrael je objavio da je postigao nekoliko milijardi dolara vrijedan sporazumom o naoružanju sa SAD-om koji uključuje nabavu Boeingovih zrakoplova za točenje goriva u zraku – geopolitika.news.
Izrael je s američkom vladom dogovorio kupnju dvanaest Lockheed Martinovih helikoptera CH-53K i dva Boeingova transportna zrakoplova za točenje goriva u zraku KC-46, prenosi agencija dpa.
Nadopuna goriva tijekom leta je postupak prebacivanja goriva iz jednog zrakoplova u drugi zrakoplov tijekom samog leta. Postupak omogućuje avionu koji je gorivo primio duži ostanak u zraku i povećava mu domet leta. Takav zrakoplov ujedno može poletjeti s manje goriva, ali više korisnog tereta.Osim toga, lakši zrakoplov (s manje goriva) treba kraću uzletno-sletnu stazu
Ukupna vrijednost kupnje procjenjuje se na oko tri milijarde dolara. Prvi helikopteri trebali bi stići 2026. godine, a Izrael je nedavno zatražio od SAD-a da ubrza dostavu zrakoplova za zračno točenje goriva, pisao je New York Times. Trenutna flota izraelskih zračnih tankera starija je od 50 godina, piše isti medij. Novi KC-46 Izraelu će dati veći doseg i bolju sposobnosti napada jer ti zrakoplovi i sami mogu primati gorivo u zraku. To bi bilo ključno u eventualnom napadu na nuklearna postrojenja Irana, napadu kojeg Izrael sve češće spominje. No, SAD tvrdi da prvi zrakoplovi ne mogu stići prije kraja 2024. godine.
Zrakoplovi koji će ići za Izrael bit će plaćeni sredstvima američkih poreznih obveznika, odnosno godišnjom vojnom pomoći (poklonu) Washingtona Izraelu. SAD je prošle godine dao Izraelu 3,8 milijardi dolara pomoći, većinom u vojne svrhe.
Ta je godišnja obaveza uvedena tijekom vladavine bivšeg predsjednika Baracka Obame koji je 2016. potpisao sporazum o deset godina dugoj pomoći vrijednoj 38 milijardi dolara.

Izrael je objavio da je postigao nekoliko milijardi dolara vrijedan sporazumom o naoružanju sa SAD-om koji uključuje nabavu Boeingovih zrakoplova za točenje goriva u zraku – geopolitika.news.
Izrael je s američkom vladom dogovorio kupnju dvanaest Lockheed Martinovih helikoptera CH-53K i dva Boeingova transportna zrakoplova za točenje goriva u zraku KC-46, prenosi agencija dpa.
Nadopuna goriva tijekom leta je postupak prebacivanja goriva iz jednog zrakoplova u drugi zrakoplov tijekom samog leta. Postupak omogućuje avionu koji je gorivo primio duži ostanak u zraku i povećava mu domet leta. Takav zrakoplov ujedno može poletjeti s manje goriva, ali više korisnog tereta.Osim toga, lakši zrakoplov (s manje goriva) treba kraću uzletno-sletnu stazu
Ukupna vrijednost kupnje procjenjuje se na oko tri milijarde dolara. Prvi helikopteri trebali bi stići 2026. godine, a Izrael je nedavno zatražio od SAD-a da ubrza dostavu zrakoplova za zračno točenje goriva, pisao je New York Times. Trenutna flota izraelskih zračnih tankera starija je od 50 godina, piše isti medij. Novi KC-46 Izraelu će dati veći doseg i bolju sposobnosti napada jer ti zrakoplovi i sami mogu primati gorivo u zraku. To bi bilo ključno u eventualnom napadu na nuklearna postrojenja Irana, napadu kojeg Izrael sve češće spominje. No, SAD tvrdi da prvi zrakoplovi ne mogu stići prije kraja 2024. godine.
Zrakoplovi koji će ići za Izrael bit će plaćeni sredstvima američkih poreznih obveznika, odnosno godišnjom vojnom pomoći (poklonu) Washingtona Izraelu. SAD je prošle godine dao Izraelu 3,8 milijardi dolara pomoći, većinom u vojne svrhe.
Ta je godišnja obaveza uvedena tijekom vladavine bivšeg predsjednika Baracka Obame koji je 2016. potpisao sporazum o deset godina dugoj pomoći vrijednoj 38 milijardi dolara.
