Na zahtjev pravosudnih organa BiH, međunarodna policijska agencija Interpol raspisala je međunarodnu potjernicu za Milomirom Savčićem, koji je optužen za genocid u Srebrenici, javlja Dnevni avaz.

Potjernica je raspisana nakon što je Interpol BiH proslijedio sve podatke o Savčiću, kojeg Sudska policija prekjučer nije mogla pronaći na adresi poslije određivanja pritvora. Pitanje je dana kada će potjernica biti službeno objavljena.

Savčić, osim državljanstva Bosne i Hercegovine, ima i državljanstvo Republike Srbije, pa se sumnja da je pobjegao u Srbiju, čime je postao nedostupan organima gonjenja.

Pripadnici Sudske policije prekjučer su dobili naredbu da Savčića odvedu u pritvorsku jedinicu, ali on nije pronađen na kućnoj adresi. Ni njegov odvjetnik ne zna gdje se Savčić nalazi i izbjegava pozive medija.

Sud je, podsjećamo, u ponedjeljak, nešto iza 15 sati, donio rješenje kojim su Milomiru Savčiću ukinute mjere zabrane, a usvojen je prijedlog Tužilaštva BiH za određivanje mjere pritvora zbog nepoštivanja izrečenih mjera zabrane.

Umjesto u pritvoru, Savčić je tako završio na „slobodi“, zbog čega je i zatraženo raspisivanje međunarodne potjernice.

Zanimljivo je, međutim, to da je Sud prekjučer pustio Savčića da izađe iz prostorija ove institucije pa zatim zatražio raspisivanje potjernice za njim.

Iz Tužiteljstva BiH su ukazali na ove nelogičnosti. Iz Tužilaštva tvrde da se kao stranka u postupku ne mogu smatrati odgovornim za to što Sud BiH, nakon održanog ročišta, nije izdao naredbu Sudskoj policiji za zadržavanje optuženog do donošenja odluke po prijedlogu.

U prijevodu, Sud je jedini krivac za ovu situaciju jer nije zadržao Savčića do odluke po prijedlogu Tužiteljstva.

Iz Granične policije BiH izjavili su za Dnevni avaz  da od 9. kolovoza ova policijska agencija ne raspolaže informacijom da je Savčić napustio granicu BiH.

Iz Suda su naglasili da je pritvor Savčiću određen zbog kršenja mjera zabrane u odnosu na konkretan predmet koji se vodi u Sudu BiH.

Pojasnili su da je pritvor određen zbog Savčićevih javnih istupa u vezi s eventualnim kršenjem dopuna Kaznenog zakona BiH koje se odnose na zabranu negiranja genocida i drugih ratnih zločina te veličanja ratnih zločinaca.

Na zahtjev pravosudnih organa BiH, međunarodna policijska agencija Interpol raspisala je međunarodnu potjernicu za Milomirom Savčićem, koji je optužen za genocid u Srebrenici, javlja Dnevni avaz.

Potjernica je raspisana nakon što je Interpol BiH proslijedio sve podatke o Savčiću, kojeg Sudska policija prekjučer nije mogla pronaći na adresi poslije određivanja pritvora. Pitanje je dana kada će potjernica biti službeno objavljena.

Savčić, osim državljanstva Bosne i Hercegovine, ima i državljanstvo Republike Srbije, pa se sumnja da je pobjegao u Srbiju, čime je postao nedostupan organima gonjenja.

Pripadnici Sudske policije prekjučer su dobili naredbu da Savčića odvedu u pritvorsku jedinicu, ali on nije pronađen na kućnoj adresi. Ni njegov odvjetnik ne zna gdje se Savčić nalazi i izbjegava pozive medija.

Sud je, podsjećamo, u ponedjeljak, nešto iza 15 sati, donio rješenje kojim su Milomiru Savčiću ukinute mjere zabrane, a usvojen je prijedlog Tužilaštva BiH za određivanje mjere pritvora zbog nepoštivanja izrečenih mjera zabrane.

Umjesto u pritvoru, Savčić je tako završio na „slobodi“, zbog čega je i zatraženo raspisivanje međunarodne potjernice.

Zanimljivo je, međutim, to da je Sud prekjučer pustio Savčića da izađe iz prostorija ove institucije pa zatim zatražio raspisivanje potjernice za njim.

Iz Tužiteljstva BiH su ukazali na ove nelogičnosti. Iz Tužilaštva tvrde da se kao stranka u postupku ne mogu smatrati odgovornim za to što Sud BiH, nakon održanog ročišta, nije izdao naredbu Sudskoj policiji za zadržavanje optuženog do donošenja odluke po prijedlogu.

U prijevodu, Sud je jedini krivac za ovu situaciju jer nije zadržao Savčića do odluke po prijedlogu Tužiteljstva.

Iz Granične policije BiH izjavili su za Dnevni avaz  da od 9. kolovoza ova policijska agencija ne raspolaže informacijom da je Savčić napustio granicu BiH.

Iz Suda su naglasili da je pritvor Savčiću određen zbog kršenja mjera zabrane u odnosu na konkretan predmet koji se vodi u Sudu BiH.

Pojasnili su da je pritvor određen zbog Savčićevih javnih istupa u vezi s eventualnim kršenjem dopuna Kaznenog zakona BiH koje se odnose na zabranu negiranja genocida i drugih ratnih zločina te veličanja ratnih zločinaca.

Optuženi za genocid u Srebrenici pobjegao u Srbiju: Interpol raspisao potjernicu, tko je kriv što Milorad Savčić nije bio u pritvoru?

Na zahtjev pravosudnih organa BiH, međunarodna policijska agencija Interpol raspisala je međunarodnu potjernicu za Milomirom Savčićem, koji je optužen za genocid u Srebrenici, javlja Dnevni avaz.

Potjernica je raspisana nakon što je Interpol BiH proslijedio sve podatke o Savčiću, kojeg Sudska policija prekjučer nije mogla pronaći na adresi poslije određivanja pritvora. Pitanje je dana kada će potjernica biti službeno objavljena.

Savčić, osim državljanstva Bosne i Hercegovine, ima i državljanstvo Republike Srbije, pa se sumnja da je pobjegao u Srbiju, čime je postao nedostupan organima gonjenja.

Pripadnici Sudske policije prekjučer su dobili naredbu da Savčića odvedu u pritvorsku jedinicu, ali on nije pronađen na kućnoj adresi. Ni njegov odvjetnik ne zna gdje se Savči...
