Most Počitelj, visok više od 100 metara i dug gotovo jedan kilometar, jedan je od najvećih u regiji i jedan od najsloženijih objekata na koridoru 5C.

Kontinuirani prednapeti armiranobetonski most kutijastog presjeka izgrađen je tehnologijom slobodne konzolne konstrukcije čija konstrukcija treba spojiti dvije obale rijeke Neretve. Prilikom najave spajanja mosta rečeno je da se u narednom razdoblju može očekivati ​​dinamičnije izvođenje radova. Međutim,došlo je do neočekivanih situacija koje se prvo moraju riješiti.

Naime, iako se očekivalo da će gradnja u potpunosti biti završena na jesen ove godine, čini se da bi se rokovi mogli pomaknuti jer je most - napukao.

Izvođači su, piše Fokus.ba, pokušali zategnuti čeličnu konstrukciju, ali onda je beton počeo pucati! I sad se zapravo ne zna kako bi se sanacija mogla izvesti. JP Autoceste FBiH još analiziraju mogućnosti i pripremaju konačno rješenje sanacije.

Sve ide presporo i, kako se doznaje, spremaju se kaznene prijave. Jer nakon skeniranja čeličnih užadi za spajanje konstrukcije utvrđeno je da položaj sajli odstupa od projekta ovisno o položaju u mostu od 30 do 60 centimetara.

Izvođači mostova su Azvirt Limited Liability Company (Azerbajdžan), Sinohydro Corporation Limited (Kina) i Powerchina Roadbridge Group Co. doo (Kina) čiji je podizvođač HERING.

Izgradnja se financira iz sredstava osiguranih temeljem Ugovora o zajmu sklopljenog s Europskom investicijskom bankom (EIB) i bespovratnih sredstava Europske unije osiguranih u okviru Agende povezivanja kroz Investicijski okvir za Zapadni Balkan (WBIF). Ukupna vrijednost radova na izgradnji mosta Počitelj je 28.114.889 eura bez PDV-a.

Izgradnjom mosta Počitelj premošćuje se magistralna cesta M-17, rijeka Neretva i željeznička pruga Sarajevo-Ploče.

Što kažu u Autocestama FBiH?

Iz Autocesta FBiH ranije su priopćili da je most Počitelj, dužine 980 metara, spojen rasponskom konstrukcijom početkom srpnja. A trebao bi biti dovršen i pušten u promet do kraja godine.

Međutim, tijekom izvođenja radova na mostu Počitelj došlo je do oštećenja (pojavila se pukotina) na donjoj ploči segmenta 15 mosta između stupova S3 i S4, prilikom izvođenja radova prednaprezanja druge faze polja 4.

Prema provedenim analizama pokazalo se da manje promjene u geometriji kabela mogu dovesti do značajnog povećanja vlačnog naprezanja u betonu. Nepravilnosti u pozicioniranju kabelskih kanala tijekom izgradnje stvaraju radijalne sile otklona koje mogu dovesti do problema ili pojave lokaliziranih pukotina.

“S obzirom da je izvođenje glavnih radova na mostu Počitelj još u tijeku, pojava ovakvih nedostataka nije neuobičajena. Nadzorni inženjer može narediti izvođaču da ukloni i ponovi sve radove koji nisu u skladu s ugovorom. U tom slučaju izvođač će izvesti i dovršiti radove u skladu s ugovorom i uputama nadzornog inženjera, odnosno otkloniti sve eventualne nedostatke u radovima.

Sukladno ugovoru, izvođač je odgovoran za primjerenost, stabilnost i sigurnost svih aktivnosti na gradilištu i svih načina građenja. JP Autoceste FBiH će nakon tehničkog prijema preuzeti projekt, uz samo ispravne i kvalitetne radove”, rekao je tada v.d. direktora JP Autoceste FBiH Denis Lasić, navodi se u priopćenju.

Kontinuirani prednapeti armiranobetonski most kutijastog presjeka izgrađen je tehnologijom slobodne konzolne konstrukcije čija konstrukcija treba spojiti dvije obale rijeke Neretve. Prilikom najave spajanja mosta rečeno je da se u narednom razdoblju može očekivati ​​dinamičnije izvođenje radova. Međutim,došlo je do neočekivanih situacija koje se prvo moraju riješiti.

Naime, iako se očekivalo da će gradnja u potpunosti biti završena na jesen ove godine, čini se da bi se rokovi mogli pomaknuti jer je most - napukao.

Izvođači su, piše Fokus.ba, pokušali zategnuti čeličnu konstrukciju, ali onda je beton počeo pucati! I sad se zapravo ne zna kako bi se sanacija mogla izvesti. JP Autoceste FBiH još analiziraju mogućnosti i pripremaju konačno rješenje sanacije.

Sve ide presporo i, kako se doznaje, spremaju se kaznene prijave. Jer nakon skeniranja čeličnih užadi za spajanje konstrukcije utvrđeno je da položaj sajli odstupa od projekta ovisno o položaju u mostu od 30 do 60 centimetara.

Izvođači mostova su Azvirt Limited Liability Company (Azerbajdžan), Sinohydro Corporation Limited (Kina) i Powerchina Roadbridge Group Co. doo (Kina) čiji je podizvođač HERING.

Izgradnja se financira iz sredstava osiguranih temeljem Ugovora o zajmu sklopljenog s Europskom investicijskom bankom (EIB) i bespovratnih sredstava Europske unije osiguranih u okviru Agende povezivanja kroz Investicijski okvir za Zapadni Balkan (WBIF). Ukupna vrijednost radova na izgradnji mosta Počitelj je 28.114.889 eura bez PDV-a.

Izgradnjom mosta Počitelj premošćuje se magistralna cesta M-17, rijeka Neretva i željeznička pruga Sarajevo-Ploče.

Što kažu u Autocestama FBiH?

Iz Autocesta FBiH ranije su priopćili da je most Počitelj, dužine 980 metara, spojen rasponskom konstrukcijom početkom srpnja. A trebao bi biti dovršen i pušten u promet do kraja godine.

Međutim, tijekom izvođenja radova na mostu Počitelj došlo je do oštećenja (pojavila se pukotina) na donjoj ploči segmenta 15 mosta između stupova S3 i S4, prilikom izvođenja radova prednaprezanja druge faze polja 4.

Prema provedenim analizama pokazalo se da manje promjene u geometriji kabela mogu dovesti do značajnog povećanja vlačnog naprezanja u betonu. Nepravilnosti u pozicioniranju kabelskih kanala tijekom izgradnje stvaraju radijalne sile otklona koje mogu dovesti do problema ili pojave lokaliziranih pukotina.

“S obzirom da je izvođenje glavnih radova na mostu Počitelj još u tijeku, pojava ovakvih nedostataka nije neuobičajena. Nadzorni inženjer može narediti izvođaču da ukloni i ponovi sve radove koji nisu u skladu s ugovorom. U tom slučaju izvođač će izvesti i dovršiti radove u skladu s ugovorom i uputama nadzornog inženjera, odnosno otkloniti sve eventualne nedostatke u radovima.

Sukladno ugovoru, izvođač je odgovoran za primjerenost, stabilnost i sigurnost svih aktivnosti na gradilištu i svih načina građenja. JP Autoceste FBiH će nakon tehničkog prijema preuzeti projekt, uz samo ispravne i kvalitetne radove”, rekao je tada v.d. direktora JP Autoceste FBiH Denis Lasić, navodi se u priopćenju.
