Glasnogovornik DIP-a Slaven Hojski za N1 je komentirao kako protiče izborni dan drugog kruga lokalnih izbora.

Sva birališta otvorena su u sedam sati, njih ukupno 5496 u zemlji, pa tako i u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji, gdje je 25 birališta u šatorima, od njih ukupno 311.

“Sve što se tiče glasanja prolazi u redu, uglavnom su tu dva listića, za župana i gradonačelnika ili načelnika. Nema nikakvih dojava o problemima na biračkim mjestima. Taj dio teče normalno”, rekao je Hojski i pojasnio koji to dio ne prolazi sasvim u redu.

“Jučer je bilo nešto Facebooka, Twittera, nije bilo neželjenih poruka, poziva i sličnog. Bilo je letaka koji su očito u noći na subotu stavljani u sandučiće, ili ispod brisača automobila.

No danas se neki portali ponašaju kao da nije izborna šutnja, ja ne znam što nije jasno. Već mjesec dana mediji i mi prenosimo informacije o tome kakve su kazne i što se to smije, a što ne smije objavljivati za vrijeme šutnje. Neki portali su objavili da su kandidati izišli na glasanje, i eventualno fotografiju kandidata – to je OK, ali tu sve staje. No neki objavljuju izjave kandidata, o mogućem danu preuzimanja dužnosti, kao da se apsolutno ništa ne događa. Kazne su vrlo visoke za pravne osobe, od 100.000-500.000 kuna, i DIP nema nadležnost pokretanja postupka, ali smo proslijedili dalje.

Povjerenstva su već napravila fajlove o tome i ne znam kako je nekome palo na pamet ići tako daleko na današlnji dan”, rekao je Slaven Hojski.

Postupak mora biti proveden tranparentno, no logistički je to danas jednostavnije nego u prvom krugu.

“Biračkih mjesta je oko tisuću manje nego u prvom krugu. Važno je da kada se sve zbroji imate 158 listića i toliko izbora. No oni se održavaju u 432 grada i općine, gdje se biraju i župani”, rekao je Hojski.

U podne i pet sati DIP će izaći s objavama o izlaznosti.

“U osam se kreću objavljivati podaci s obrađenih biračkih mjesta. U Zagrebu je oko 600 biračkih mjesta i do devet sati će se već obratiti oko 90 posto biračkih mjesta i u većini jedinica će se već znati novi čelnik.

Nadamo se da, što se odaziva tiče, očekuje da se ne ponovi drugi krug iz 2017. godine, kada je pad bio oko devet posto. Sve oko 50 posto bi bilo jako dobro za lokalne izbore”, rekao je Hojski i kazao kako su u većini gradova na listićima novi kandidati, starih gotovo da i nema.

Zahvalio se svim biračima u SMŽ koji su uz potres i pandemiju imali izlaznost 48 posto, koja je veća od hrvatskog prosjeka, prenosi N1.

Glasnogovornik DIP-a Slaven Hojski za N1 je komentirao kako protiče izborni dan drugog kruga lokalnih izbora.

Sva birališta otvorena su u sedam sati, njih ukupno 5496 u zemlji, pa tako i u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji, gdje je 25 birališta u šatorima, od njih ukupno 311.

“Sve što se tiče glasanja prolazi u redu, uglavnom su tu dva listića, za župana i gradonačelnika ili načelnika. Nema nikakvih dojava o problemima na biračkim mjestima. Taj dio teče normalno”, rekao je Hojski i pojasnio koji to dio ne prolazi sasvim u redu.

“Jučer je bilo nešto Facebooka, Twittera, nije bilo neželjenih poruka, poziva i sličnog. Bilo je letaka koji su očito u noći na subotu stavljani u sandučiće, ili ispod brisača automobila.

No danas se neki portali ponašaju kao da nije izborna šutnja, ja ne znam što nije jasno. Već mjesec dana mediji i mi prenosimo informacije o tome kakve su kazne i što se to smije, a što ne smije objavljivati za vrijeme šutnje. Neki portali su objavili da su kandidati izišli na glasanje, i eventualno fotografiju kandidata – to je OK, ali tu sve staje. No neki objavljuju izjave kandidata, o mogućem danu preuzimanja dužnosti, kao da se apsolutno ništa ne događa. Kazne su vrlo visoke za pravne osobe, od 100.000-500.000 kuna, i DIP nema nadležnost pokretanja postupka, ali smo proslijedili dalje.

Povjerenstva su već napravila fajlove o tome i ne znam kako je nekome palo na pamet ići tako daleko na današlnji dan”, rekao je Slaven Hojski.

Postupak mora biti proveden tranparentno, no logistički je to danas jednostavnije nego u prvom krugu.

“Biračkih mjesta je oko tisuću manje nego u prvom krugu. Važno je da kada se sve zbroji imate 158 listića i toliko izbora. No oni se održavaju u 432 grada i općine, gdje se biraju i župani”, rekao je Hojski.

U podne i pet sati DIP će izaći s objavama o izlaznosti.

“U osam se kreću objavljivati podaci s obrađenih biračkih mjesta. U Zagrebu je oko 600 biračkih mjesta i do devet sati će se već obratiti oko 90 posto biračkih mjesta i u većini jedinica će se već znati novi čelnik.

Nadamo se da, što se odaziva tiče, očekuje da se ne ponovi drugi krug iz 2017. godine, kada je pad bio oko devet posto. Sve oko 50 posto bi bilo jako dobro za lokalne izbore”, rekao je Hojski i kazao kako su u većini gradova na listićima novi kandidati, starih gotovo da i nema.

Zahvalio se svim biračima u SMŽ koji su uz potres i pandemiju imali izlaznost 48 posto, koja je veća od hrvatskog prosjeka, prenosi N1.

Glasnogovornik DIP-a Slaven Hojski za N1 je komentirao kako protiče izborni dan drugog kruga lokalnih izbora.

Sva birališta otvorena su u sedam sati, njih ukupno 5496 u zemlji, pa tako i u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji, gdje je 25 birališta u šatorima, od njih ukupno 311.

“Sve što se tiče glasanja prolazi u redu, uglavnom su tu dva listića, za župana i gradonačelnika ili načelnika. Nema nikakvih dojava o problemima na biračkim mjestima. Taj dio teče normalno”, rekao je Hojski i pojasnio koji to dio ne prolazi sasvim u redu.

“Jučer je bilo nešto Facebooka, Twittera, nije bilo neželjenih poruka, poziva i sličnog. Bilo je letaka koji su očito u noći na subotu stavljani u sandučiće, ili ispod brisača automobila.

No danas se neki portali ponašaju kao da nije izborna ...
