Ugovor s Patton Boggsom, kako doznajemo u Vladi, produžen je za još dva mjeseca, iako je jednogodišnji ugovor o odvjetničko libističkim uslugama sklopljen s tom tvvtkom istekao zadnjeg dana srpnja i Hrvatska prema njoj nije više imala nikakvih obaveza.

S američkom odvjetničkom tvrtkom bivši ministar pravosuđa Dražen Bošnjaković potpisao je 31. srpnja 2011. jednogodišnji ugovor prema kojem se Hrvatska obvezala svakog prvog u mjesecu na njezin račun iz proračuna uplatiti mjesečni paušal od 60.000 američkih dolara.

Zauzvrat su odvjetnici te tvrtke u ime Hrvatske Vlade bili dužni napisati podnesak kojim Hrvatska od Haaškog suda traži da joj se u žalbenom postupku generalima Čermaku i Markaču osigura status prijateljice suda (amici curiae).

U proteklih godinu dana, od 31. srpnja 2001. do 31. srpnja 2012., Hrvatska je odvjetnicima Paton Boggsa iz proračuna platila najmanje 720.000 američkih dolara (oko 4,2 milijuna kuna), a da Hrvatska ipak nije dobila ono što je tražila.

Žalbeno vijeće Haaškog suda u veljači ove godine odbilo je zahtjev hrvatske vlade za statusom prijateljice suda, pa se ispada da je nešto više od četiri milijuna kuna isplaćenih na račun Patton Boggsa potrošeno uzalud.
Pitanje bez odgovora

Na pitanje zbog čega je vlada usprkos tome pristala s tom odvjetničkom kućom produžiti ugovor za još dva mjeseca, i na koji način Patton Boggs još može pomoći Hrvatskoj pred Haaškim sudom iz Vlade nismo dobili jasan odgovor. Odgovoreno nam je tek to da je ugovor produžen zato što žalbeni postupak Gotovini i Markaču pred haaškim sudom još uvijek traje.

Ugovor s Patton Boggsom, kako doznajemo u Vladi, produžen je za još dva mjeseca, iako je jednogodišnji ugovor o odvjetničko libističkim uslugama sklopljen s tom tvvtkom istekao zadnjeg dana srpnja i Hrvatska prema njoj nije više imala nikakvih obaveza.

S američkom odvjetničkom tvrtkom bivši ministar pravosuđa Dražen Bošnjaković potpisao je 31. srpnja 2011. jednogodišnji ugovor prema kojem se Hrvatska obvezala svakog prvog u mjesecu na njezin račun iz proračuna uplatiti mjesečni paušal od 60.000 američkih dolara.

Zauzvrat su odvjetnici te tvrtke u ime Hrvatske Vlade bili dužni napisati podnesak kojim Hrvatska od Haaškog suda traži da joj se u žalbenom postupku generalima Čermaku i Markaču osigura status prijateljice suda (amici curiae).

U proteklih godinu dana, od 31. srpnja 2001. do 31. srpnja 2012., Hrvatska je odvjetnicima Paton Boggsa iz proračuna platila najmanje 720.000 američkih dolara (oko 4,2 milijuna kuna), a da Hrvatska ipak nije dobila ono što je tražila.

Žalbeno vijeće Haaškog suda u veljači ove godine odbilo je zahtjev hrvatske vlade za statusom prijateljice suda, pa se ispada da je nešto više od četiri milijuna kuna isplaćenih na račun Patton Boggsa potrošeno uzalud.
Pitanje bez odgovora

Na pitanje zbog čega je vlada usprkos tome pristala s tom odvjetničkom kućom produžiti ugovor za još dva mjeseca, i na koji način Patton Boggs još može pomoći Hrvatskoj pred Haaškim sudom iz Vlade nismo dobili jasan odgovor. Odgovoreno nam je tek to da je ugovor produžen zato što žalbeni postupak Gotovini i Markaču pred haaškim sudom još uvijek traje.
