Predsjednik Vlade, Andrej Plenković, objavio je da je razriješio dužnosti ministra obrane Marija Banožića nakon prometne nesreće u kojoj je jutros smrtno stradala jedna osoba. Na to mjesto će biti imenovan dosadašnji državni tajnik u Ministarstvu obrane Zdravko Jakop, brigadni general iz Višnjice pored Lepoglave.

“U ovim okolnostima koje su izvanredne razriješio sam ministra Banožića dužnosti ministra obrane i ovlastio Zdravka Jakopa da obavlja sve poslove kao državni tajnik”, izjavio je Plenković.

Zdravko Jakop rođen je 1967. godine u Višnjici, gdje je završio osnovnu školu. Srednju i Višu tehničku školu pohađao je u Mariboru. Diplomirao je na Fakultetu prometnih znanosti Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, stekavši zvanje magistra inženjera prometa, a kasnije je završio poslijediplomski studij Međunarodni odnosi na Fakultetu političkih znanosti.

Završio je Ratnu školu "Ban Josip Jelačić" u Hrvatskom vojnom učilištu "Petar Zrinski" te NATO Defense College u Rimu, najvišu razinu obuke koju organizira NATO za visoke časnike.

Tijekom svoje karijere u Hrvatskoj vojsci, obavljao je različite dužnosti, uključujući zamjenika zapovjednika bitnice, zamjenika zapovjednika brigade topničke grupe, zapovjednika protuoklopnog topničko-raketnog divizijuna, zapovjednika topničko-raketnog divizijuna, načelnika topništva, načelnika stožera 7. gardijske brigade, načelnika Odsjeka rodova i načelnika pješaštva u Zbornom području. Bio je i zapovjednik Zapovjedništva za obuku te zapovjednik Operativno-strategijskog simulacijskog središta u Hrvatskom vojnom učilištu i Simulacijskog središta Hrvatske kopnene vojske.

Jakop je stupio u 1. brigadu ZNG-a 31. listopada 1991., a od 12. veljače 1993. prešao je u 7. gardijsku brigadu. Ranjen je 1993. godine i stekao status hrvatskog ratnog vojnog invalida. Tokom svoje vojne karijere, dobio je više nagrada i priznanja, uključujući Red hrvatskog križa, Red hrvatskog trolista, Red hrvatskog pletera, Spomenicu Domovinskog rata i Spomenicu domovinske zahvalnosti. Brigadni general Jakop je promoviran u čin brigadnog generala Odlukom Predsjednika RH 2009. godine.

Od veljače 2016. godine, brigadni general Jakop obnašao je dužnost pomoćnika ministra obrane RH, a u studenom iste godine postao je državni tajnik u Ministarstvu obrane.

Prema iznesenim podacima u imovinskoj kartici, Zdravko Jakop ima mjesečna primanja od 2993,99 eura (bruto) ili 2554,29 eura (neto). Dodatno, 2019. godine primio je jednokratni iznos od 11830,91 eura od osiguranja. Njegova supruga, koja radi u kaznionici u Lepoglavi, zarađuje 850,00 eura mjesečno (neto), piše N1.

Zajedno s tim primanjima, Jakop otplaćuje dva kredita. Prvi kredit iznosi 17068,30 eura, s mjesečnom ratom od 38,52 eura. Drugi kredit vrijedan je 2654,46 eura, a mjesečna rata iznosi 210,26 eura.

Osim toga, Jakop posjeduje nekoliko nekretnina, uključujući kuću s okućnicom, gospodarski objekt, šumu, vinograd i oranicu, sve smještene u Lepoglavi.

Što se tiče pokretnina, Jakop ima dva automobila marke BMW, jedan procijenjen na 5176,19 eura, a drugi na 1990,84 eura. Njegova supruga vozi golf čija se vrijednost procjenjuje na 4247,13 eura. Također posjeduje i traktor čija je vrijednost 4500,00 eura.

Predsjednik Vlade, Andrej Plenković, objavio je da je razriješio dužnosti ministra obrane Marija Banožića nakon prometne nesreće u kojoj je jutros smrtno stradala jedna osoba. Na to mjesto će biti imenovan dosadašnji državni tajnik u Ministarstvu obrane Zdravko Jakop, brigadni general iz Višnjice pored Lepoglave.

“U ovim okolnostima koje su izvanredne razriješio sam ministra Banožića dužnosti ministra obrane i ovlastio Zdravka Jakopa da obavlja sve poslove kao državni tajnik”, izjavio je Plenković.

Zdravko Jakop rođen je 1967. godine u Višnjici, gdje je završio osnovnu školu. Srednju i Višu tehničku školu pohađao je u Mariboru. Diplomirao je na Fakultetu prometnih znanosti Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, stekavši zvanje magistra inženjera prometa, a kasnije je završio poslijediplomski studij Međunarodni odnosi na Fakultetu političkih znanosti.

Završio je Ratnu školu "Ban Josip Jelačić" u Hrvatskom vojnom učilištu "Petar Zrinski" te NATO Defense College u Rimu, najvišu razinu obuke koju organizira NATO za visoke časnike.

Tijekom svoje karijere u Hrvatskoj vojsci, obavljao je različite dužnosti, uključujući zamjenika zapovjednika bitnice, zamjenika zapovjednika brigade topničke grupe, zapovjednika protuoklopnog topničko-raketnog divizijuna, zapovjednika topničko-raketnog divizijuna, načelnika topništva, načelnika stožera 7. gardijske brigade, načelnika Odsjeka rodova i načelnika pješaštva u Zbornom području. Bio je i zapovjednik Zapovjedništva za obuku te zapovjednik Operativno-strategijskog simulacijskog središta u Hrvatskom vojnom učilištu i Simulacijskog središta Hrvatske kopnene vojske.

Jakop je stupio u 1. brigadu ZNG-a 31. listopada 1991., a od 12. veljače 1993. prešao je u 7. gardijsku brigadu. Ranjen je 1993. godine i stekao status hrvatskog ratnog vojnog invalida. Tokom svoje vojne karijere, dobio je više nagrada i priznanja, uključujući Red hrvatskog križa, Red hrvatskog trolista, Red hrvatskog pletera, Spomenicu Domovinskog rata i Spomenicu domovinske zahvalnosti. Brigadni general Jakop je promoviran u čin brigadnog generala Odlukom Predsjednika RH 2009. godine.

Od veljače 2016. godine, brigadni general Jakop obnašao je dužnost pomoćnika ministra obrane RH, a u studenom iste godine postao je državni tajnik u Ministarstvu obrane.

Prema iznesenim podacima u imovinskoj kartici, Zdravko Jakop ima mjesečna primanja od 2993,99 eura (bruto) ili 2554,29 eura (neto). Dodatno, 2019. godine primio je jednokratni iznos od 11830,91 eura od osiguranja. Njegova supruga, koja radi u kaznionici u Lepoglavi, zarađuje 850,00 eura mjesečno (neto), piše N1.
