Hrvatski zdravstveni sustav često je nenaklonjen prema onima koji trebaju pomoć, a potvrđuju to i brojne pritužbe pacijenata koje su tijekom 2016. stigle Povjerenstvu za zaštitu prava pacijenata Grada Zagreba.

"Nedavno nam se obratila pacijentica koja je ostala bez bubrega i gušterače jer su dva stručna nalaza pokazala da na bubregu ima tumor dok ga prema trećem nije bilo. Ona je operirana, a analiza je pokazala da ipak nije imala tumor. Odlučila se obratiti nama", kazao je za DNEVNIK.hr Damir Jukica koji je proteklih devet godina na čelu ovog gradskog povjerenstva osnovanog po direktivi EU-a. 

"Imali smo slučaj ginekologa koji je snubio i snimao svoje mlade pacijentice. Govorio im je kako je potentan, bogat i utjecajan... Kada sam ga prijavio, na temelju iskaza jedne studentice, dobivao sam i čestitke iz nekih institucija jer smo se usudili dirnuti u nekog tko se smatrao nedodirljivim. Na kraju je cijeli slučaj za njega završio ipak bez većih sankcija, no bar je umirovljen jer da nije, tko zna koliko bi dugo još ponavljao svoja nedjela", navodi Jukica.

U ovom slučaju, studentica je bila bez novca za privatnu tužbu, ali i slomljena svime što se dogodilo jer je na kraju prozvani ginekolog tražio od nje da se - ispriča!

Čest je slučaj da je riječ pacijenta kontra riječi liječnika, a ishod u tom slučaju za njih je obično nepovoljan.

Hrvatski zdravstveni sustav često je nenaklonjen prema onima koji trebaju pomoć, a potvrđuju to i brojne pritužbe pacijenata koje su tijekom 2016. stigle Povjerenstvu za zaštitu prava pacijenata Grada Zagreba.

"Nedavno nam se obratila pacijentica koja je ostala bez bubrega i gušterače jer su dva stručna nalaza pokazala da na bubregu ima tumor dok ga prema trećem nije bilo. Ona je operirana, a analiza je pokazala da ipak nije imala tumor. Odlučila se obratiti nama", kazao je za DNEVNIK.hr Damir Jukica koji je proteklih devet godina na čelu ovog gradskog povjerenstva osnovanog po direktivi EU-a. 

"Imali smo slučaj ginekologa koji je snubio i snimao svoje mlade pacijentice. Govorio im je kako je potentan, bogat i utjecajan... Kada sam ga prijavio, na temelju iskaza jedne studentice, dobivao sam i čestitke iz nekih institucija jer smo se usudili dirnuti u nekog tko se smatrao nedodirljivim. Na kraju je cijeli slučaj za njega završio ipak bez većih sankcija, no bar je umirovljen jer da nije, tko zna koliko bi dugo još ponavljao svoja nedjela", navodi Jukica.

U ovom slučaju, studentica je bila bez novca za privatnu tužbu, ali i slomljena svime što se dogodilo jer je na kraju prozvani ginekolog tražio od nje da se - ispriča!

Čest je slučaj da je riječ pacijenta kontra riječi liječnika, a ishod u tom slučaju za njih je obično nepovoljan.
