Korisnica drugog po veličini državnog stana je Vedrana Šimundža Nikolić, pomoćnica ministra pravosuđa i uprave, te jedna od zadnjih koja je, unatoč promjeni zakona po kojoj su svi pomoćnici ministara iz dužnosničkog prešli u službenički status, ostala u toj kategoriji. Od države je u Zagrebu na korištenje dobila stan od 93,69 četvornih metara, a u njega se uselila u rujnu 2016. godine. Za stan plaća mjesečni najam od 468 kuna, piše Jutarnji.

Po uredbi temeljem koje se dodjeljuju stanovi na korištenje, Šimundža Nikolić, inače sutkinja Općinskog suda u Splitu, spada u treću kategoriju. Kriteriji o određivanju površine stana pod koje potpada kažu da "dužnosnik iz III. skupine koji u mjestu obavljanja dužnosti živi sam ima pravo na jednosoban stan ili stan površine od 20 do 30 metara četvornih". Ako s njim u stanu žive članovi obitelji, površina stana se može uvećati za 10 kvadrata po članu.

- Imenovanjem na dužnost pomoćnice ministra gđi Vedrani Šimundži Nikolić sukladno pravima državnih dužnosnika dodijeljen je državni stan na korištenje. Najprije stan od 34 četvornih metara, a potom dolaskom obitelji, supruga i dvoje malodobne djece, veći stan koji je u tom trenutku bio jedini na raspolaganju - odgovorili su iz Ministarstva pravosuđa na pitanje žive li s njom u Zagrebu djeca i suprug, te gdje članovi obitelji imaju prebivalište, odnosno boravište. Dodali su i kako je "pomoćnica s početkom nove školske godine obavijestila nadležna tijela da traži stan manje kvadrature".

Odgovor Ministarstva uprave ne poklapa se s informacijama Ministarstva graditeljstva koje je naveleo da Šimundža Nikolić stan od 94 kvadrata koristi od 2016. godine.

Po uredbi o davanju državnih stanova dužnosnicima na korištenje, Maleničina pomoćnica ne bi imala pravo na stan veći od 60 kvadrata. U njenom slučaju "višak" iznosi više od 30 kvadrata, što je veličina garsonijere u kakve su se smjestili neki drugi korisnici državnih stanova.

Iz imovinske kartice koju je podnijela kao sutkinja i zadnji puta je "osvježila" 4. studenoga 2020. godine, Vedrana Šimundža Nikolić nema ništa od imovine, te ima stalne prihode između 23 i 24.000 kuna bruto (plaća).

Kada je riječ o suprugu, priča je drugačija. Na njega se vodi stan u Splitu površine 87,69 kvadrata procijenjen na nešto manje od milijun kuna. Izvanknjižni je vlasnik stana od 80 kvadrata u Splitu vrijednog 1,5 milijuna kuna, još jedne nekretnine u Splitu od 70 kvadrata procijenjene na 300.000 kuna. Uz to je suvlasnik tri njive vrijednih 400.000, 570.000 i 150.000 kuna.

Od pokretnina suprug ima u vlasništvu Peugeot 307 iz 2007. godine. Vlasnik je dvije tvrtke i obrta za koje je u 2019. godini prijavio ukupnu dobit od oko 85.000 kuna. Povrh toga od najma dobiva 8200 kuna neto. Član je kazališnog vijeća Gradskog kazališta mladih Split za što dobiva 500 kuna po sjednici.

Budući da suprug, inače poznati i utjecajni splitski HDZ-ovac, u Splitu vodi dvije tvrtke i obrt, teško je mogao živjeti u Zagrebu. O Vedrani Šimundža Nikolić već smo pisali kao jednoj od zadnjih pomoćnica ministara kojoj taj status omogućava zadržavanje sudačke dužnosti i povratak na sud kad poželi.

Korisnica drugog po veličini državnog stana je Vedrana Šimundža Nikolić, pomoćnica ministra pravosuđa i uprave, te jedna od zadnjih koja je, unatoč promjeni zakona po kojoj su svi pomoćnici ministara iz dužnosničkog prešli u službenički status, ostala u toj kategoriji. Od države je u Zagrebu na korištenje dobila stan od 93,69 četvornih metara, a u njega se uselila u rujnu 2016. godine. Za stan plaća mjesečni najam od 468 kuna, piše Jutarnji.

Po uredbi temeljem koje se dodjeljuju stanovi na korištenje, Šimundža Nikolić, inače sutkinja Općinskog suda u Splitu, spada u treću kategoriju. Kriteriji o određivanju površine stana pod koje potpada kažu da "dužnosnik iz III. skupine koji u mjestu obavljanja dužnosti živi sam ima pravo na jednosoban stan ili stan površine od 20 do 30 metara četvornih". Ako s njim u stanu žive članovi obitelji, površina stana se može uvećati za 10 kvadrata po članu.

- Imenovanjem na dužnost pomoćnice ministra gđi Vedrani Šimundži Nikolić sukladno pravima državnih dužnosnika dodijeljen je državni stan na korištenje. Najprije stan od 34 četvornih metara, a potom dolaskom obitelji, supruga i dvoje malodobne djece, veći stan koji je u tom trenutku bio jedini na raspolaganju - odgovorili su iz Ministarstva pravosuđa na pitanje žive li s njom u Zagrebu djeca i suprug, te gdje članovi obitelji imaju prebivalište, odnosno boravište. Dodali su i kako je "pomoćnica s početkom nove školske godine obavijestila nadležna tijela da traži stan manje kvadrature".

Odgovor Ministarstva uprave ne poklapa se s informacijama Ministarstva graditeljstva koje je naveleo da Šimundža Nikolić stan od 94 kvadrata koristi od 2016. godine.

Po uredbi o davanju državnih stanova dužnosnicima na korištenje, Maleničina pomoćnica ne bi imala pravo na stan veći od 60 kvadrata. U njenom slučaju "višak" iznosi više od 30 kvadrata, što je veličina garsonijere u kakve su se smjestili neki drugi korisnici državnih stanova.

Iz imovinske kartice koju je podnijela kao sutkinja i zadnji puta je "osvježila" 4. studenoga 2020. godine, Vedrana Šimundža Nikolić nema ništa od imovine, te ima stalne prihode između 23 i 24.000 kuna bruto (plaća).

Kada je riječ o suprugu, priča je drugačija. Na njega se vodi stan u Splitu površine 87,69 kvadrata procijenjen na nešto manje od milijun kuna. Izvanknjižni je vlasnik stana od 80 kvadrata u Splitu vrijednog 1,5 milijuna kuna, još jedne nekretnine u Splitu od 70 kvadrata procijenjene na 300.000 kuna. Uz to je suvlasnik tri njive vrijednih 400.000, 570.000 i 150.000 kuna.

Od pokretnina suprug ima u vlasništvu Peugeot 307 iz 2007. godine. Vlasnik je dvije tvrtke i obrta za koje je u 2019. godini prijavio ukupnu dobit od oko 85.000 kuna. Povrh toga od najma dobiva 8200 kuna neto. Član je kazališnog vijeća Gradskog kazališta mladih Split za što dobiva 500 kuna po sjednici.

Budući da suprug, inače poznati i utjecajni splitski HDZ-ovac, u Splitu vodi dvije tvrtke i obrt, teško je mogao živjeti u Zagrebu. O Vedrani Šimundža Nikolić već smo pisali kao jednoj od zadnjih pomoćnica ministara kojoj taj status omogućava zadržavanje sudačke dužnosti i povratak na sud kad poželi.

Korisnica drugog po veličini državnog stana je Vedrana Šimundža Nikolić, pomoćnica ministra pravosuđa i uprave, te jedna od zadnjih koja je, unatoč promjeni zakona po kojoj su svi pomoćnici ministara iz dužnosničkog prešli u službenički status, ostala u toj kategoriji. Od države je u Zagrebu na korištenje dobila stan od 93,69 četvornih metara, a u njega se uselila u rujnu 2016. godine. Za stan plaća mjesečni najam od 468 kuna, piše Jutarnji.

Po uredbi temeljem koje se dodjeljuju stanovi na korištenje, Šimundža Nikolić, inače sutkinja Općinskog suda u Splitu, spada u treću kategoriju.
