U sinoćnjem Otvorenom raspravljalo se o stanju u hrvatskom prometu te što se treba poduzeti kako bi se smanjio broj nesreća s tragičnim posljedicama te povećala sigurnost. 

Gostovali su Josip Mataija, voditelj Službe za sigurnost cestovnog prometa MUP-a, doc. dr. sc. Rajko Horvat s Fakulteta prometnih znanosti u Zagrebu, Katedre za tehniku cestovnog prometa, Goran Husinec, sudski vještak za cestovni promet, te automobilist Juraj Šebalj.

Proteklog vikenda oko 90 prometnih

Voditelj Službe za sigurnost cestovnog prometa MUP-a Josip Mataija kaže da su za ovaj novogodišnji vikend imali 90-ak prometnih nesreća.

"U jednoj prometnoj nesreći tri smrtno stradala i to mlada života. Osim toga, imali smo 16 prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama, dok ove ostale prometne nesreće su na sreću bile samo s materijalnom štetom. Da nije bilo ove najteže prometne nesreće, mogli bi reći da je vikend, obzirom na blagdane i slavlja, prošao relativno mirno. Međutim, kad se izgubi tri mlada života, moram reći - nepotrebno - onda moramo reći da se dogodila tragedija", kaže Mataija i ističe kako je u usporedbi s 2020., 2021. gora prema svim statističkim pokazateljima. 

Nesretne okolnosti

Sudski vještak za cestovni promet Goran Husinec komentirao je tešku nesreću na Korčuli. Kaže da je u pitanju bio niz nesretnih okolnosti.

Načelnik Tomašić upozorio na očajno stanje ceste gdje su poginuli mladići iz Smokvice. Iz Hrvatskih cesta tvrde da ta dionica nije opasna, no stručnjaci vide i elemente za kaznenu prijavu

"Svi znamo da su u Dalmaciji, na otocima, ceste skliske. One su rađene od kamena vapnenca, same po sebi su skliske, takva je klima, puno soli na cesti od mora, svaka noć je relativno hladna, rosa pada na asfalt i cesta je skliska. Nažalost, mladi vozač nije prepoznao opasnost, niti jedan od njih trojice nije prepoznao opasnost. To se vidi po tome što se nisu vezali. Oni nisu bili svjesni rizične vožnje. Kretali su se jako brzo u jednom starom automobilu, a vozač je prije tri mjeseca dobio dozvolu. Kad se sve te nesretne okolnosti spoje - dobijemo jednu strašnu nesreću koja se nije trebala dogoditi", rekao je Husinec i dodao kako bi netko možda imao šanse da preživi da su se vezali. 

Nema sustavnog istraživanja teških prometnih nesreća

Doc. dr. sc. Rajko Horvat s Katedre za tehniku cestovnog prometa Fakulteta prometnih znanosti u Zagrebu ističe kako, nažalost, u Hrvatskoj još uvijek nema jednog sustavnog istraživanja tragedija poput ove koja se dogodila na Korčuli.

"Uzrok nesreće je po nekim prvim preliminarnim istraživanjima jeste brzina, ali je li cesta doprinijela ovoj tragediji odgovorit će istraga. No ono što je puno bitnije - u Hrvatskoj bi trebalo, kao što se to radi u drugim europskim državama, oformiti jedno nezavisno tijelo koje će istraživati nakon ili u tijeku policijskog očevida sve elemente te prometne nesreće i dati odgovor što je prethodilo i kakve su posljedice nastale zbog toga što nešto nije bilo u redu", rekao je Horvat. 

"Cesta je nenormalno skliska i kad je suha"

Nesreću na Korčuli komentirao je i automobilist Juraj Šebalj.

"Kada vi imate mladog vozača koji je prije 3 mjeseca dobio dozvolu, on će kad-tad željeti stisnuti papučicu gasa. Ti automobili i gume bi trebali biti koliko, toliko sigurni. Ako je cesta bila skliska, nisam upoznat s detaljima tragedije, na tom asfaltu na Korčuli smo jednom vozili reli i znam da je cesta nenormalno skliska i kada je suha, a kada je mokra, onda je to živa katastrofa. I ako je bilo hladno i ako su gume bile ljetne, onda se stvarno može dogoditi tragedija", objasnio je Šebalj u Otvorenom.

U sinoćnjem Otvorenom raspravljalo se o stanju u hrvatskom prometu te što se treba poduzeti kako bi se smanjio broj nesreća s tragičnim posljedicama te povećala sigurnost. 

Gostovali su Josip Mataija, voditelj Službe za sigurnost cestovnog prometa MUP-a, doc. dr. sc. Rajko Horvat s Fakulteta prometnih znanosti u Zagrebu, Katedre za tehniku cestovnog prometa, Goran Husinec, sudski vještak za cestovni promet, te automobilist Juraj Šebalj.

Proteklog vikenda oko 90 prometnih

Voditelj Službe za sigurnost cestovnog prometa MUP-a Josip Mataija kaže da su za ovaj novogodišnji vikend imali 90-ak prometnih nesreća.

"U jednoj prometnoj nesreći tri smrtno stradala i to mlada života. Osim toga, imali smo 16 prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama, dok ove ostale prometne nesreće su na sreću bile samo s materijalnom štetom. Da nije bilo ove najteže prometne nesreće, mogli bi reći da je vikend, obzirom na blagdane i slavlja, prošao relativno mirno. Međutim, kad se izgubi tri mlada života, moram reći - nepotrebno - onda moramo reći da se dogodila tragedija", kaže Mataija i ističe kako je u usporedbi s 2020., 2021. gora prema svim statističkim pokazateljima. 

Nesretne okolnosti

Sudski vještak za cestovni promet Goran Husinec komentirao je tešku nesreću na Korčuli. Kaže da je u pitanju bio niz nesretnih okolnosti.

Načelnik Tomašić upozorio na očajno stanje ceste gdje su poginuli mladići iz Smokvice. Iz Hrvatskih cesta tvrde da ta dionica nije opasna, no stručnjaci vide i elemente za kaznenu prijavu

"Svi znamo da su u Dalmaciji, na otocima, ceste skliske. One su rađene od kamena vapnenca, same po sebi su skliske, takva je klima, puno soli na cesti od mora, svaka noć je relativno hladna, rosa pada na asfalt i cesta je skliska. Nažalost, mladi vozač nije prepoznao opasnost, niti jedan od njih trojice nije prepoznao opasnost. To se vidi po tome što se nisu vezali. Oni nisu bili svjesni rizične vožnje. Kretali su se jako brzo u jednom starom automobilu, a vozač je prije tri mjeseca dobio dozvolu. Kad se sve te nesretne okolnosti spoje - dobijemo jednu strašnu nesreću koja se nije trebala dogoditi", rekao je Husinec i dodao kako bi netko možda imao šanse da preživi da su se vezali. 

Nema sustavnog istraživanja teških prometnih nesreća

Doc. dr. sc. Rajko Horvat s Katedre za tehniku cestovnog prometa Fakulteta prometnih znanosti u Zagrebu ističe kako, nažalost, u Hrvatskoj još uvijek nema jednog sustavnog istraživanja tragedija poput ove koja se dogodila na Korčuli.

"Uzrok nesreće je po nekim prvim preliminarnim istraživanjima jeste brzina, ali je li cesta doprinijela ovoj tragediji odgovorit će istraga. No ono što je puno bitnije - u Hrvatskoj bi trebalo, kao što se to radi u drugim europskim državama, oformiti jedno nezavisno tijelo koje će istraživati nakon ili u tijeku policijskog očevida sve elemente te prometne nesreće i dati odgovor što je prethodilo i kakve su posljedice nastale zbog toga što nešto nije bilo u redu", rekao je Horvat. 

"Cesta je nenormalno skliska i kad je suha"

Nesreću na Korčuli komentirao je i automobilist Juraj Šebalj.

"Kada vi imate mladog vozača koji je prije 3 mjeseca dobio dozvolu, on će kad-tad željeti stisnuti papučicu gasa. Ti automobili i gume bi trebali biti koliko, toliko sigurni. Ako je cesta bila skliska, nisam upoznat s detaljima tragedije, na tom asfaltu na Korčuli smo jednom vozili reli i znam da je cesta nenormalno skliska i kada je suha, a kada je mokra, onda je to živa katastrofa. I ako je bilo hladno i ako su gume bile ljetne, onda se stvarno može dogoditi tragedija", objasnio je Šebalj u Otvorenom.

U sinoćnjem Otvorenom raspravljalo se o stanju u hrvatskom prometu te što se treba poduzeti kako bi se smanjio broj nesreća s tragičnim posljedicama te povećala sigurnost. 

Gostovali su Josip Mataija, voditelj Službe za sigurnost cestovnog prometa MUP-a, doc. dr. sc. Rajko Horvat s Fakulteta prometnih znanosti u Zagrebu, Katedre za tehniku cestovnog prometa, Goran Husinec, sudski vještak za cestovni promet, te automobilist Juraj Šebalj.

Proteklog vikenda oko 90 prometnih

Voditelj Službe za sigurnost cestovnog prometa MUP-a Josip Mataija kaže da su za ovaj novogodišnji vikend imali 90-ak prometnih nesreća.

"U jednoj prometnoj nesreći tri smrtno stradala i to mlada života. Osim toga, imali smo 16 prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama, dok ove ostale prometne nesreće su na sreć...
