Predsjednik Domovinskog pokreta Ivan Penava u četvrtak je poručio Vladi da kao odgovorna država moramo zabraniti izvoz žitarica te uvesti nultu stopu poreza na osnovne živežne namirnice, posljedično zbog agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu, dva najveća svjetska proizvođača žitarica.

„Žetva žitarica u Hrvatskoj kreće za nešto manje od mjesec dana, što je tema od strateškog interesa za nas, zato što se svijet nalazi u situaciji koja je sve samo ne obična i svakidašnja. Vodi se brutalna agresija Rusije na Ukrajinu, a riječ je o dva najveća proizvođača žitarica u svijetu, koje čine više od 50 posto svjetske proizvodnje suncokreta i suncokretova ulja", rekao je Penava na konferenciji za novinare.

Srednji i istočni dijelovi Ukrajine žitnice su te zemlje, tamo su i industrijski kompleksi za preradu suncokretova sjemena, a blizu njih su i crnomorske luke iz kojih je nemoguće isploviti bez suglasnosti Rusije, poručio je Penava.

Podsjetio je da su industrijski kompleksi Ukrajine za proizvodnju suncokreta uništeni, logistički pravci ugroženi i nedostupni, a cjelokupna vegetativna sezona je ove, ali i sljedeće godine pod velikim znakom pitanja zbog ratnih djelovanja, dok je drugi najveći proizvođač, Rusija, suočena sa sankcijama.

Ovo je važno istaknuti zato što se Hrvatska koja proizvodi dovoljno žitarica za svoje potrebe, nalazi u situaciji da će ovo možda biti zadnja normalna žetva u Hrvatskoj, rekao je Penava.

Upozorio je kako ne znamo što će biti sutra i hoće li doći do eskalacije ratnih sukoba, a cijene plina su rekordno visoke dok je proizvodnja umjetnih gnojiva za koje je plin osnovna sirovina, jako upitna.

„Poručujemo hrvatskoj Vladi i javnosti – ako se želimo ponašati kao odgovorna država pod hitno moramo ograničiti, odnosno, zabraniti izvoz žitarica ili uvođenje prvenstva prvokupa od strane Vlade na te žitarice. Nužna je i hitna nulta stopa poreza na sve osnovne živežne namirnice poput brašna, šećera, ulja, a ovu prigodu moramo iskoristiti za jačanje kapaciteta proizvodnje kako bi postali samodostatni u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji”, naglasio je Penava.

Poručio je da je sada vrijeme za reagirati.

Nemojmo dovoditi u pitanje sigurnost opskrbe hranom u svojoj državi, ova godina je teška, a 2023. može biti puno, puno gora. Nemojmo se igrati sa sigurnošću svojih građana i zemlje, poručio je Penava.

Predsjednik Domovinskog pokreta Ivan Penava u četvrtak je poručio Vladi da kao odgovorna država moramo zabraniti izvoz žitarica te uvesti nultu stopu poreza na osnovne živežne namirnice, posljedično zbog agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu, dva najveća svjetska proizvođača žitarica.

„Žetva žitarica u Hrvatskoj kreće za nešto manje od mjesec dana, što je tema od strateškog interesa za nas, zato što se svijet nalazi u situaciji koja je sve samo ne obična i svakidašnja. Vodi se brutalna agresija Rusije na Ukrajinu, a riječ je o dva najveća proizvođača žitarica u svijetu, koje čine više od 50 posto svjetske proizvodnje suncokreta i suncokretova ulja", rekao je Penava na konferenciji za novinare.

Srednji i istočni dijelovi Ukrajine žitnice su te zemlje, tamo su i industrijski kompleksi za preradu suncokretova sjemena, a blizu njih su i crnomorske luke iz kojih je nemoguće isploviti bez suglasnosti Rusije, poručio je Penava.

Podsjetio je da su industrijski kompleksi Ukrajine za proizvodnju suncokreta uništeni, logistički pravci ugroženi i nedostupni, a cjelokupna vegetativna sezona je ove, ali i sljedeće godine pod velikim znakom pitanja zbog ratnih djelovanja, dok je drugi najveći proizvođač, Rusija, suočena sa sankcijama.

Ovo je važno istaknuti zato što se Hrvatska koja proizvodi dovoljno žitarica za svoje potrebe, nalazi u situaciji da će ovo možda biti zadnja normalna žetva u Hrvatskoj, rekao je Penava.

Upozorio je kako ne znamo što će biti sutra i hoće li doći do eskalacije ratnih sukoba, a cijene plina su rekordno visoke dok je proizvodnja umjetnih gnojiva za koje je plin osnovna sirovina, jako upitna.

„Poručujemo hrvatskoj Vladi i javnosti – ako se želimo ponašati kao odgovorna država pod hitno moramo ograničiti, odnosno, zabraniti izvoz žitarica ili uvođenje prvenstva prvokupa od strane Vlade na te žitarice. Nužna je i hitna nulta stopa poreza na sve osnovne živežne namirnice poput brašna, šećera, ulja, a ovu prigodu moramo iskoristiti za jačanje kapaciteta proizvodnje kako bi postali samodostatni u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji”, naglasio je Penava.

Poručio je da je sada vrijeme za reagirati.

Nemojmo dovoditi u pitanje sigurnost opskrbe hranom u svojoj državi, ova godina je teška, a 2023. može biti puno, puno gora. Nemojmo se igrati sa sigurnošću svojih građana i zemlje, poručio je Penava.

Predsjednik Domovinskog pokreta Ivan Penava u četvrtak je poručio Vladi da kao odgovorna država moramo zabraniti izvoz žitarica te uvesti nultu stopu poreza na osnovne živežne namirnice, posljedično zbog agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu, dva najveća svjetska proizvođača žitarica.

„Žetva žitarica u Hrvatskoj kreće za nešto manje od mjesec dana, što je tema od strateškog interesa za nas, zato što se svijet nalazi u situaciji koja je sve samo ne obična i svakidašnja. Vodi se brutalna agresija Rusije na Ukrajinu, a riječ je o dva najveća proizvođača žitarica u svijetu, koje čine više od 50 posto svjetske proizvodnje suncokreta i suncokretova ulja", rekao je Penava na konferenciji za novinare.
