Uvođenje Eura je iznenadilo i Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU, jer već 18 dana, baš zbog nove valute, platforma za praćenje projekata ne radi! Sve je stalo, ne mogu se isplatiti ni plaće

Sve je stalo, jer su stali fondovi. Informatički sustav za praćenje i provedbu projekata nije spreman za novu valutu. Da, dobro ste čuli – sustav za Europske fondove ne rade zbog eura, piše Danas.hr.

"Sustav ne radi i mi ne možemo našim suradnicima na projektu isplatiti plaće i cijeli projekt zapravo stoji", kazala im je Nina Popović, voditeljica projekta Aktivan i uključen.

I tako već 18 dana. Iako su iz resornog ministarstva rekli da će proraditi 9. siječnja. Oni koji se svakodnevno bave europskim projektima – ljutiti.

"Ako se znalo, i ako se već vidjelo krajem prosinca, a sigurna sam da se znalo krajem prosinca da će s time biti problem, onda se moglo eventualno uz izmjenu pravila koja se odnose na provedbu projekta ići na nekakvu papirnatu varijantu koja bi služila kao privremeno rješenje za projekte koji se nalaze u problemima", govori Ariana Vela, konzultantica za europske fondove.

Iz Ministarstva regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije kažu da su zbog nedostupnosti sustava produljili rokove za podnošenja obrazaca.

"Nama osobno nije problem što će se rok produžiti, ali je problem što nam aktivnosti stoje, jer mi ne možemo provoditi aktivnosti dok nismo dobili sredstva kojima možemo financirati te aktivnosti", kaže Zrinka Babić, koordinatorica na projektu Aktivan i uključen, donosi Danas.hr.

- Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije poduzelo je sve potrebne korake u pogledu prilagođavanja informacijskog sustava na prelazak na euro, a niti jedan korisnik bespovratnih sredstava neće biti zakinut te će sva sredstva, za koja korisnici podnose zahtjeve, biti pravovremeno isplaćena - kazali su im u Ministarstvu.

Uvođenje Eura je iznenadilo i Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU, jer već 18 dana, baš zbog nove valute, platforma za praćenje projekata ne radi! Sve je stalo, ne mogu se isplatiti ni plaće

Sve je stalo, jer su stali fondovi. Informatički sustav za praćenje i provedbu projekata nije spreman za novu valutu. Da, dobro ste čuli – sustav za Europske fondove ne rade zbog eura, piše Danas.hr.

"Sustav ne radi i mi ne možemo našim suradnicima na projektu isplatiti plaće i cijeli projekt zapravo stoji", kazala im je Nina Popović, voditeljica projekta Aktivan i uključen.

I tako već 18 dana. Iako su iz resornog ministarstva rekli da će proraditi 9. siječnja. Oni koji se svakodnevno bave europskim projektima – ljutiti.

"Ako se znalo, i ako se već vidjelo krajem prosinca, a sigurna sam da se znalo krajem prosinca da će s time biti problem, onda se moglo eventualno uz izmjenu pravila koja se odnose na provedbu projekta ići na nekakvu papirnatu varijantu koja bi služila kao privremeno rješenje za projekte koji se nalaze u problemima", govori Ariana Vela, konzultantica za europske fondove.

Iz Ministarstva regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije kažu da su zbog nedostupnosti sustava produljili rokove za podnošenja obrazaca.

"Nama osobno nije problem što će se rok produžiti, ali je problem što nam aktivnosti stoje, jer mi ne možemo provoditi aktivnosti dok nismo dobili sredstva kojima možemo financirati te aktivnosti", kaže Zrinka Babić, koordinatorica na projektu Aktivan i uključen, donosi Danas.hr.

- Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije poduzelo je sve potrebne korake u pogledu prilagođavanja informacijskog sustava na prelazak na euro, a niti jedan korisnik bespovratnih sredstava neće biti zakinut te će sva sredstva, za koja korisnici podnose zahtjeve, biti pravovremeno isplaćena - kazali su im u Ministarstvu.

Uvođenje Eura je iznenadilo i Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU, jer već 18 dana, baš zbog nove valute, platforma za praćenje projekata ne radi! Sve je stalo, ne mogu se isplatiti ni plaće

Sve je stalo, jer su stali fondovi. Informatički sustav za praćenje i provedbu projekata nije spreman za novu valutu. Da, dobro ste čuli – sustav za Europske fondove ne rade zbog eura, piše Danas.hr.

"Sustav ne radi i mi ne možemo našim suradnicima na projektu isplatiti plaće i cijeli projekt zapravo stoji", kazala im je Nina Popović, voditeljica projekta Aktivan i uključen.

I tako već 18 dana. Iako su iz resornog ministarstva rekli da će proraditi 9. siječnja. Oni koji se svakodnevno bave europskim projektima – ljutiti.
