Sutra bi se u vojarni u Našicama mogao dogoditi još neviđeni okršaj predsjednika Republike i ministra obrane koji bi mogao dovesti do toga da vojska odlučuje koga će od njih dvojice poslušati. U našičku vojarnu "132. brigade HV" na ispraćaj 36. hrvatskog kontingenta u NATO operaciju KFOR u Republiku Kosovo sutra dolaze predsjednik Zoran Milanović i ministar obrane Mario Banožić. Ministarstvo obrane danas je nešto prije 13 sati uputilo poziv medijima za dolazak u vojarnu i medijsko praćenje svečanog ispraćaja, piše Jutarnji. 

Sat vremena kasnije medijima je iz Ureda predsjednika stigla obavijest da u vojarnu "132. brigade" u Našice dolazi Vrhovni zapovjednik Zoran Milanović uz napomenu da "Sudjelovanje medija na svečanom ispraćaju nije predviđeno".

"Javnost ćemo informirati o održanom događaju priopćenjem i fotografijama", stoji u službenoj obavijesti Ureda predsjednika.

Ovo je prvi puta da dvije institucije, Ured predsjednika i Ministarstvo obrane, za isti događaj šalju različite informacije prema medijima. Naravno, to treba gledati u kontekstu višetjednog obračuna predsjednika i ministra obrane oko ovlasti nad vojskom, a ovo se može smatrati testiranjem snage i autoriteta jednog od njih dvojice. Naime, za očekivati je da će sutra vojna policija na ulazu u vojarnu od svojih nadređenih imati zapovijed da novinare ne pušta u vojarnu. No ozbiljan problem bi se mogao dogoditi ukoliko nadležni iz MORH-a budi inzistirali da novinari uđu u vojarnu jer su ih oni pozvali.

To bi, pak, moglo staviti vojsku u dilemu koga poslušati - Ministarstvo obrane ili Ured predsjednika. U MORH-u naime, neslužbeno, objašnjavaju kako je Ministarstvo obrane u vojarnama domaćin i oni su ti koji pozivaju goste. Pri tome se pozivaju na Zakon o obrani koji kaže da se "vojnim lokacijama i građevinama smatraju nekretnine u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske koje su dane na upravljanje i raspolaganje Ministarstvu obrane". Nešto slično već smo gledali nedavno u vojarni u Požegi kada je MORH tvrdio kako MORH određuje tko će govoriti na prisezi vojnika, dok je predsjednik Republike donio odluku da nitko osim njega nema pravo držati govor.

Iz Ureda predsjednika stiglo nam je pak sljedeće pojašnjenje. - Predsjednik Republike i vrhovni zapovjednik OSRH odlučio je tako imajući u vidu dosadašnja iskustva, te nakon brojnih razgovora s časnicima i vojnicima. Najavljeni događaj organiziran je zbog ispraćaja vojnika HV-a koji odlaze u NATO misiju, odnosno organiziran je isključivo s ciljem da se vrhovnom zapovjedniku OSRH, vojnim zapovjednicima i ministru obrane pokaže njihova spremnost za misiju. Tako važan događaj za vojsku ne može se i neće se iskorištavati za bilo čije dnevnopolitičke interese.

Sutra bi se u vojarni u Našicama mogao dogoditi još neviđeni okršaj predsjednika Republike i ministra obrane koji bi mogao dovesti do toga da vojska odlučuje koga će od njih dvojice poslušati. U našičku vojarnu "132. brigade HV" na ispraćaj 36. hrvatskog kontingenta u NATO operaciju KFOR u Republiku Kosovo sutra dolaze predsjednik Zoran Milanović i ministar obrane Mario Banožić. Ministarstvo obrane danas je nešto prije 13 sati uputilo poziv medijima za dolazak u vojarnu i medijsko praćenje svečanog ispraćaja, piše Jutarnji. 

Sat vremena kasnije medijima je iz Ureda predsjednika stigla obavijest da u vojarnu "132. brigade" u Našice dolazi Vrhovni zapovjednik Zoran Milanović uz napomenu da "Sudjelovanje medija na svečanom ispraćaju nije predviđeno".

"Javnost ćemo informirati o održanom događaju priopćenjem i fotografijama", stoji u službenoj obavijesti Ureda predsjednika.

Ovo je prvi puta da dvije institucije, Ured predsjednika i Ministarstvo obrane, za isti događaj šalju različite informacije prema medijima. Naravno, to treba gledati u kontekstu višetjednog obračuna predsjednika i ministra obrane oko ovlasti nad vojskom, a ovo se može smatrati testiranjem snage i autoriteta jednog od njih dvojice. Naime, za očekivati je da će sutra vojna policija na ulazu u vojarnu od svojih nadređenih imati zapovijed da novinare ne pušta u vojarnu. No ozbiljan problem bi se mogao dogoditi ukoliko nadležni iz MORH-a budi inzistirali da novinari uđu u vojarnu jer su ih oni pozvali.

To bi, pak, moglo staviti vojsku u dilemu koga poslušati - Ministarstvo obrane ili Ured predsjednika. U MORH-u naime, neslužbeno, objašnjavaju kako je Ministarstvo obrane u vojarnama domaćin i oni su ti koji pozivaju goste. Pri tome se pozivaju na Zakon o obrani koji kaže da se "vojnim lokacijama i građevinama smatraju nekretnine u vlasništvu Republike Hrvatske koje su dane na upravljanje i raspolaganje Ministarstvu obrane". Nešto slično već smo gledali nedavno u vojarni u Požegi kada je MORH tvrdio kako MORH određuje tko će govoriti na prisezi vojnika, dok je predsjednik Republike donio odluku da nitko osim njega nema pravo držati govor.

Iz Ureda predsjednika stiglo nam je pak sljedeće pojašnjenje. - Predsjednik Republike i vrhovni zapovjednik OSRH odlučio je tako imajući u vidu dosadašnja iskustva, te nakon brojnih razgovora s časnicima i vojnicima. Najavljeni događaj organiziran je zbog ispraćaja vojnika HV-a koji odlaze u NATO misiju, odnosno organiziran je isključivo s ciljem da se vrhovnom zapovjedniku OSRH, vojnim zapovjednicima i ministru obrane pokaže njihova spremnost za misiju. Tako važan događaj za vojsku ne može se i neće se iskorištavati za bilo čije dnevnopolitičke interese.
