"Komuniciramo neprekidno kroz prijedlog rebalansa. Kao što vidite, manji je problem na rashodovnoj strani, veći je problem što su to prihodi. Više nije sporno da je prihod prebačaj iz drugog stupa u prvi, ali to nije strukturni, jer on je jednokratni prihod i to su teme o kojima sada razgovaramo", kazao je Linić danas novinarima u Saboru.

Na pitanje može li se u četvrtak na sjednici Vlade očekivati prijedlog rebalansa državnog proračuna, Linić nije odgovorio.

Ponovno je potvrdio da se država sprema u proračun povući novac koji fakulteti i znanstveni instituti drže na računima.

"Da pročitate nalaze državne revizije, vidjeli biste da je zamjerka državne revizije da naši korsnici imaju vlastite prihode koji ne prolaze kroz proračun. Mi smatramo da bi trebali prolaziti kroz proračun. Tada nećete imati enormno visoke plaće i podjelu novaca iz vlastitih prihoda, jer oni moraju biti namjenski za projekte i programe i to je ono što mora kontrolirati nadležno ministarstvo. Prema tome, prolazit će kroz proračun", rekao je Linić.

"Komuniciramo neprekidno kroz prijedlog rebalansa. Kao što vidite, manji je problem na rashodovnoj strani, veći je problem što su to prihodi. Više nije sporno da je prihod prebačaj iz drugog stupa u prvi, ali to nije strukturni, jer on je jednokratni prihod i to su teme o kojima sada razgovaramo", kazao je Linić danas novinarima u Saboru.

Na pitanje može li se u četvrtak na sjednici Vlade očekivati prijedlog rebalansa državnog proračuna, Linić nije odgovorio.

Ponovno je potvrdio da se država sprema u proračun povući novac koji fakulteti i znanstveni instituti drže na računima.

"Da pročitate nalaze državne revizije, vidjeli biste da je zamjerka državne revizije da naši korsnici imaju vlastite prihode koji ne prolaze kroz proračun. Mi smatramo da bi trebali prolaziti kroz proračun. Tada nećete imati enormno visoke plaće i podjelu novaca iz vlastitih prihoda, jer oni moraju biti namjenski za projekte i programe i to je ono što mora kontrolirati nadležno ministarstvo. Prema tome, prolazit će kroz proračun", rekao je Linić.

Ministar financija Slavko Linić potvrdio je da se Vlada "ozbiljno priprema za odgovor Europskoj komisiji vezano uz preporuke oko BDP-a".
