Čak 73 posto više zaraženih zabilježeno je na današnji dan u odnosu na prošli i pretprošli utorak.

Riječ je o jednom od najvećih porasta koji smo zabilježili od početka epidemije, što otvara pitanje jesmo li u novom velikom proboju virusa u populaciji i što nas očekuje u idućem razdoblju.

U brojevima to izgleda ovako: u protekla 24 sata zabilježen je 1741 pozitivan PCR test. Prije sedam dana, također u utorak, bilo je 1007 novooboljelih. Jučer su testirane 8862 osobe, što znači da je čak 20 posto testiranih bilo pozitivno. Prije sedam dana taj je postotak iznosio 11 posto.

Što znači rast od 73 posto, što je dovelo do njega i što možemo očekivati u daljnjem tijeku epidemije?

– S obzirom na to da je najmanje oboljelih među starijima od 50 godina, među kojima ima najviše cijepljenih, jasna je poruka da je ovo rezultat stanja cijepljenosti i utjecaja iznimno virulentnog delta soja – govori imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača s Medicinskog fakulteta u Rijeci.

– Porast na jesen bio je očekivan: tu je brzošireći delta soj praćen povratkom djece u školske klupe i odraslih u radne kolektive. Također, dolazak hladnijih dana i boravak u zatvorenom čini idealnu kombinaciju za širenje virusa – pojašnjava Trobonjača.

Djeca i mladi čine najveću dobnu skupinu među onima kojima je u utorak potvrđena zaraza. Najviše pozitivnih bilo je u dobi od 10 do 19 godina, njih 315. U dobi od 40 do 49 bilo je 302, od 30 do 39 godina bilo je 278, od 20 do 29 bilo je 209, a među najmlađima od rođenja do devet godina, jučer je pozitivan nalaz dobilo 138 djece.

Kada se gledaju brojevi novooboljelih, oni polako opadaju od 50 godina nadalje. Tako je u dobi od 50 do 59 bilo 211 pozitivnih, od 60 do 69 njih 153. Oboljelo je i 78 osoba u dobi od 70 do 79 godina, dok je u dobi od 80 do 89 bilo 46 pozitivnih. U najstarijoj skupini od 90 do 99 godina bilo je 11 pozitivnih testova.

Također, zanimljivo je vidjeti da je bitno veći broj oboljelih ženskog spola.

No unatoč porastu brojeva, Trobonjača smatra da ovaj val neće trajati predugo. Razlog tome je što ipak imamo polovinu cijepljenog stanovništva i virus se toliko brzo širi tako da se očekuje skori vrhunac pa stagnacija i pad.

– Što se tiče spolne raspodjele, u prvim valovima bilo je više zaraženih muškaraca. Na tu temu je bilo više zaključaka, a nekako prevladava stav da su se oni više družili. Sada više obolijevaju žene, naprosto je među njima ostalo više prostora, pogotovo kod necijepljenih – kaže Trobonjača i zaključuje da je svojevrstan problem i zaraznost dijela cijepljenih, koji u najvećem postotku nemaju simptome, a mogu prenijeti virus.

Voditelj epidemiološke službe HZJZ-a Bernard Kaić kaže kako smo evidentno još uvijek u četvrtom valu, ali za donošenje zaključka o razlozima velikog porasta treba još pričekati.

– Ne može se na temelju jednog dana donositi zaključak, trebamo pratiti situaciju još neko vrijeme da možemo dati konkretan odgovor. Naravno, postoji mogućnost da još uvijek nismo dosegnuli vrhunac ovog vala – kaže Kaić. Ponavlja kako sve ovisi o svakom pojedincu jer nakon gotovo dvije godine epidemije svi znaju koja su rizična ponašanja.

– Ako usred epidemije idete u zatvorene prostore gdje se okuplja veći broj ljudi, jasno je da riskirate zarazu. Kada bi se svi pridržavali mjera koje su trenutno na snazi, a nisu oštre, brojevi bi sigurno bili povoljniji – zaključuje Kaić.

Prijete li nam nove, strože mjere ovisit će o brojevima. Ravnatelj HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak komentirao je porast brojeva i eventualna postrožavanja kazavši da je najbolji pristup donositi mjere u skladu sa situacijom.

– U prethodna tri tjedna imali smo stagnaciju rasta i rano je govoriti o tome imamo li ozbiljan rast koji bi zahtijevao dodatne mjere. Kad vidimo situaciju vidjet ćemo jesu li potrebne nove mjere – pojasnio je.

Čak 73 posto više zaraženih zabilježeno je na današnji dan u odnosu na prošli i pretprošli utorak.

Riječ je o jednom od najvećih porasta koji smo zabilježili od početka epidemije, što otvara pitanje jesmo li u novom velikom proboju virusa u populaciji i što nas očekuje u idućem razdoblju.

U brojevima to izgleda ovako: u protekla 24 sata zabilježen je 1741 pozitivan PCR test. Prije sedam dana, također u utorak, bilo je 1007 novooboljelih. Jučer su testirane 8862 osobe, što znači da je čak 20 posto testiranih bilo pozitivno. Prije sedam dana taj je postotak iznosio 11 posto.

Što znači rast od 73 posto, što je dovelo do njega i što možemo očekivati u daljnjem tijeku epidemije?

– S obzirom na to da je najmanje oboljelih među starijima od 50 godina, među kojima ima najviše cijepljenih, jasna je poruka da je ovo rezultat stanja cijepljenosti i utjecaja iznimno virulentnog delta soja – govori imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača s Medicinskog fakulteta u Rijeci.

– Porast na jesen bio je očekivan: tu je brzošireći delta soj praćen povratkom djece u školske klupe i odraslih u radne kolektive. Također, dolazak hladnijih dana i boravak u zatvorenom čini idealnu kombinaciju za širenje virusa – pojašnjava Trobonjača.

Djeca i mladi čine najveću dobnu skupinu među onima kojima je u utorak potvrđena zaraza. Najviše pozitivnih bilo je u dobi od 10 do 19 godina, njih 315. U dobi od 40 do 49 bilo je 302, od 30 do 39 godina bilo je 278, od 20 do 29 bilo je 209, a među najmlađima od rođenja do devet godina, jučer je pozitivan nalaz dobilo 138 djece.

Kada se gledaju brojevi novooboljelih, oni polako opadaju od 50 godina nadalje. Tako je u dobi od 50 do 59 bilo 211 pozitivnih, od 60 do 69 njih 153. Oboljelo je i 78 osoba u dobi od 70 do 79 godina, dok je u dobi od 80 do 89 bilo 46 pozitivnih. U najstarijoj skupini od 90 do 99 godina bilo je 11 pozitivnih testova.

Također, zanimljivo je vidjeti da je bitno veći broj oboljelih ženskog spola.

No unatoč porastu brojeva, Trobonjača smatra da ovaj val neće trajati predugo. Razlog tome je što ipak imamo polovinu cijepljenog stanovništva i virus se toliko brzo širi tako da se očekuje skori vrhunac pa stagnacija i pad.

– Što se tiče spolne raspodjele, u prvim valovima bilo je više zaraženih muškaraca. Na tu temu je bilo više zaključaka, a nekako prevladava stav da su se oni više družili. Sada više obolijevaju žene, naprosto je među njima ostalo više prostora, pogotovo kod necijepljenih – kaže Trobonjača i zaključuje da je svojevrstan problem i zaraznost dijela cijepljenih, koji u najvećem postotku nemaju simptome, a mogu prenijeti virus.

Voditelj epidemiološke službe HZJZ-a Bernard Kaić kaže kako smo evidentno još uvijek u četvrtom valu, ali za donošenje zaključka o razlozima velikog porasta treba još pričekati.

– Ne može se na temelju jednog dana donositi zaključak, trebamo pratiti situaciju još neko vrijeme da možemo dati konkretan odgovor. Naravno, postoji mogućnost da još uvijek nismo dosegnuli vrhunac ovog vala – kaže Kaić. Ponavlja kako sve ovisi o svakom pojedincu jer nakon gotovo dvije godine epidemije svi znaju koja su rizična ponašanja.

– Ako usred epidemije idete u zatvorene prostore gdje se okuplja veći broj ljudi, jasno je da riskirate zarazu. Kada bi se svi pridržavali mjera koje su trenutno na snazi, a nisu oštre, brojevi bi sigurno bili povoljniji – zaključuje Kaić.

Prijete li nam nove, strože mjere ovisit će o brojevima. Ravnatelj HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak komentirao je porast brojeva i eventualna postrožavanja kazavši da je najbolji pristup donositi mjere u skladu sa situacijom.

– U prethodna tri tjedna imali smo stagnaciju rasta i rano je govoriti o tome imamo li ozbiljan rast koji bi zahtijevao dodatne mjere. Kad vidimo situaciju vidjet ćemo jesu li potrebne nove mjere – pojasnio je.
