Čak godinu i pol Dominik (37) se besplatno vozio autocestom i u tom je razdoblju 88 puta ušao na autocestu i izašao na željenom čvoru, a da nikad nije platio ni lipe, piše Danica.

Prema optužnici, on je “na autocesti A3 Lipovac – Zagreb – Bregana, s unaprijed stvorenom nakanom da se koristi autocestom i ne plati cestarinu, u 88 navrata prilikom ulaska na autocestu uzeo naplatne kartice i ušao na autocestu.

“No, dolaskom na izlazne naplatne postaje odbijao je platiti cestarinu, navodeći da nema novca, čime je Hrvatske autoceste oštetio za ukupni iznos od 10.672 kune”, tvrde tužitelji koji ga terete za kazneno djelo prijevare i za njega traže godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora i vraćanje novca HAC-u s kamatama.

Ovaj muškarac iz Vinkovaca branio se kako u tom periodu nije plaćao jer novca nije ni imao zbog financijskih teškoća. Tvrdi da nije imao namjeru ikoga prevariti. 

“U to vrijeme sam imao firmu te sam u svrhu poslovanja gotovo svakodnevno bio primoran koristiti različite dionice autoceste. No, u jednom trenutku moja firma je bila blokirana, pa više nisam mogao plaćati korištenje autoceste”, kazao je optuženi  Dominik.

Predstavnik HAC-a otkrio je da je Dominik vrlo često koristio različite dionice autoceste A3 Bregana-Zagreb-Lipovac te bi na izlazu kazao da nema novca pa bi mu blagajnici sastavili izjavu koju je on potom vlastoručno potpisao.

“Ali, nikad nije podmirio niti jedan naknadno izdani račun, a nastavio je s korištenjem autoceste. Takvim ponašanjem oštetio je naše trgovačko društvo za iznos od ukupno 10.672 kune, što predstavlja naknadu za korištenje autoceste. On je takvim ponašanjem s unaprijed stvorenom namjerom korištenja autoceste na izlaznim naplatnim postajama blagajnike dovodio u zabludu da će neplaćenu cestarinu naknadno podmiriti, iako je prilikom svog ulaska na autocestu znao da to neće učiniti”, tvrdi predstavnik HAC-a.

Optuženi muškarac otac je petero djece, trenutno je nezaposlen i bez imovine, a dosad nije bio osuđivan. Također, protiv njega se nikada nije vodio neki drugi kazneni postupak.

Čak godinu i pol Dominik (37) se besplatno vozio autocestom i u tom je razdoblju 88 puta ušao na autocestu i izašao na željenom čvoru, a da nikad nije platio ni lipe, piše Danica.

Prema optužnici, on je “na autocesti A3 Lipovac – Zagreb – Bregana, s unaprijed stvorenom nakanom da se koristi autocestom i ne plati cestarinu, u 88 navrata prilikom ulaska na autocestu uzeo naplatne kartice i ušao na autocestu.

“No, dolaskom na izlazne naplatne postaje odbijao je platiti cestarinu, navodeći da nema novca, čime je Hrvatske autoceste oštetio za ukupni iznos od 10.672 kune”, tvrde tužitelji koji ga terete za kazneno djelo prijevare i za njega traže godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora i vraćanje novca HAC-u s kamatama.

Ovaj muškarac iz Vinkovaca branio se kako u tom periodu nije plaćao jer novca nije ni imao zbog financijskih teškoća. Tvrdi da nije imao namjeru ikoga prevariti. 

“U to vrijeme sam imao firmu te sam u svrhu poslovanja gotovo svakodnevno bio primoran koristiti različite dionice autoceste. No, u jednom trenutku moja firma je bila blokirana, pa više nisam mogao plaćati korištenje autoceste”, kazao je optuženi  Dominik.

Predstavnik HAC-a otkrio je da je Dominik vrlo često koristio različite dionice autoceste A3 Bregana-Zagreb-Lipovac te bi na izlazu kazao da nema novca pa bi mu blagajnici sastavili izjavu koju je on potom vlastoručno potpisao.

“Ali, nikad nije podmirio niti jedan naknadno izdani račun, a nastavio je s korištenjem autoceste. Takvim ponašanjem oštetio je naše trgovačko društvo za iznos od ukupno 10.672 kune, što predstavlja naknadu za korištenje autoceste. On je takvim ponašanjem s unaprijed stvorenom namjerom korištenja autoceste na izlaznim naplatnim postajama blagajnike dovodio u zabludu da će neplaćenu cestarinu naknadno podmiriti, iako je prilikom svog ulaska na autocestu znao da to neće učiniti”, tvrdi predstavnik HAC-a.

Optuženi muškarac otac je petero djece, trenutno je nezaposlen i bez imovine, a dosad nije bio osuđivan. Također, protiv njega se nikada nije vodio neki drugi kazneni postupak.

Čak godinu i pol Dominik (37) se besplatno vozio autocestom i u tom je razdoblju 88 puta ušao na autocestu i izašao na željenom čvoru, a da nikad nije platio ni lipe, piše Danica.

Prema optužnici, on je “na autocesti A3 Lipovac – Zagreb – Bregana, s unaprijed stvorenom nakanom da se koristi autocestom i ne plati cestarinu, u 88 navrata prilikom ulaska na autocestu uzeo naplatne kartice i ušao na autocestu.

“No, dolaskom na izlazne naplatne postaje odbijao je platiti cestarinu, navodeći da nema novca, čime je Hrvatske autoceste oštetio za ukupni iznos od 10.672 kune”, tvrde tužitelji koji ga terete za kazneno djelo prijevare i za njega traže godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora i vraćanje novca HAC-u s kamatama.
