Na marginama neformalnog sastanka ministara obrane država članica Europske unije u Nacionalnoj i sveučilišnoj knjižnici u Zagrebu je u srijedu, 4. ožujka 2020. potpisan Memorandum o suglasnosti u vezi sa suradnjom za PESCO projekt “Kibernetički timovi za brzi odgovor i međusobna pomoć u kibernetičkoj sigurnosti” (Cyber Rapid Response Teams and Mutual Assistance in Cyber Security).

Memorandum su uz prisustvo visokog predstavnika Borrella potpisali potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar obrane RH Damir Krstičević, ministar obrane Republike Litve Raimundas Karoblis, ministar obrane Estonije Jüri Luik, ministrica obrane Kraljevine Nizozemske Ank Bijleveld-Schouten, ministar obrane Rumunjske Nicolae Ionel Ciucă i zamjenik ministra obrane Poljske Pawel Wozny.

Naime, ovim projektom planirano je brzo stvaranje multinacionalnih mreža za odgovor, kibernetičkih timova sastavljenih od stručnjaka za kibernetičku obranu zemalja članica, a za razliku od drugih multinacionalnih inicijativa u kibernetičkoj obrani koje se usredotočuju poglavito na dijeljenje i razmjenu informacija kibernetičke sigurnosti, ovaj projekt uključuje i dijeljenje ljudskih resursa što mu dodatno daje na vrijednosti.

Krstičević: Jedna od najvećih vrijednosti projekta je i dijeljenje cyber stručnjaka

Sudjelovanjem u ovom PESCO projektu Ministarstvo obrane i Hrvatska vojska nastavljaju razvijati sposobnosti na području kibernetičke obrane, pri čemu je ključna uloga nedavno uspostavljenog Zapovjedništva za kibernetički prostor.
Ministar Krstičević naglasio je kako mu je drago što je Memorandum o suglasnosti za ovaj važan PESCO projekt, potpisan upravo u Zagrebu.

„Zahvalio bih u ovoj prigodi ministru Raimundasu Karoblisu na predanom radu koji Litva ulaže u koordinaciju projekta. U 2018. kada je projekt pokrenut Hrvatska je bila jedna od prvih država koja se uključila. Prepoznali smo potencijal projekta za jačanje nacionalnih, EU i NATO cyber sposobnosti“, podsjetio je ministar obrane i dodao kako su od tada, hrvatski stručnjaci napravili izvrstan posao te kako je siguran da će se u nadolazećem razdoblju, suradnja podići na još veću razinu.

“Jedna od najvećih vrijednosti ovog projekta, uz dijeljenje iskustva i informacija, je i dijeljenje ljudskih resursa – naših cyber stručnjaka. Ministarstvo obrane i Hrvatska vojska aktivno sudjeluju u razvoju projekta te ćemo u tom smjeru i nastaviti. U 2020. u Tim za brzi odgovor planiramo dodijeliti jednog stručnjaka iz našeg nedavno uspostavljenog Zapovjedništva za kibernetički prostor. U tom smislu veselim se nastavku suradnje”, zaključio je ministar Krstičević.

Borrell: Obrana kibernetičkog prostora novi izazov obrambene industrije

Visoki predstavnik Borrell istaknuo je da su kibernetičke prijetnje postale nešto s čime se suočavamo svaki dan i sve su raširenije te je upravo zato, nužno uložiti zajedničke snage i znanje u suočavanje s istima.

“Obrana kibernetičkog prostora novi je izazov obrambene industrije i ovakvi projekti svakako pomažu da se još više razvijemo na tom području. Zato čestitam svim državama potpisnicama ovog memoranduma i želim vam puno uspjeha u daljnjem radu”, poruka je Borrella.

Ministri složni: Projekt će dodatno će osnažiti suradnju država potpisnica

Ministar obrane Litve Raimundas Karoblis, zemlje koordinatorice ovog PESCO projekta kazao je kako ovaj projekt ima veliku vrijednost za sve države potpisnice te kako će isti ojačati sposobnosti mehanizama obrane u području kibernetičke sigurnosti te kako će ista zasigurno poboljšati suradnju država i na drugim područjima.

Rumunjski ministar  Nicolae Ionel Ciucă složio se kako će ovaj projekt uvelike doprinijeti razvoju odnosa između država potpisnica te kako vjeruje da će isti polučiti izvrsne rezultate kada je u pitanju unapređenje suradnje na području kibernetičke sigurnosti.

Podsjetimo, Hrvatska uz projekt “Kibernetički timovi za brzi odgovor i međusobnu pomoć u kibernetičkoj sigurnosti” sudjeluje u još pet PESCO projekata: “Vojna pokretljivost”, “Mreža logističkih čvorišta u Europi i potpora operacijama”, “Unaprjeđenje pomorskog motrenja”, “Paket sposobnosti razmjestive vojne pomoći u slučaju katastrofe” te “Motrenje u NBKO području”.

Na marginama neformalnog sastanka ministara obrane država članica Europske unije u Nacionalnoj i sveučilišnoj knjižnici u Zagrebu je u srijedu, 4. ožujka 2020. potpisan Memorandum o suglasnosti u vezi sa suradnjom za PESCO projekt “Kibernetički timovi za brzi odgovor i međusobna pomoć u kibernetičkoj sigurnosti” (Cyber Rapid Response Teams and Mutual Assistance in Cyber Security).

Memorandum su uz prisustvo visokog predstavnika Borrella potpisali potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar obrane RH Damir Krstičević, ministar obrane Republike Litve Raimundas Karoblis, ministar obrane Estonije Jüri Luik, ministrica obrane Kraljevine Nizozemske Ank Bijleveld-Schouten, ministar obrane Rumunjske Nicolae Ionel Ciucă i zamjenik ministra obrane Poljske Pawel Wozny.

Naime, ovim projektom planirano je brzo stvaranje multinacionalnih mreža za odgovor, kibernetičkih timova sastavljenih od stručnjaka za kibernetičku obranu zemalja članica, a za razliku od drugih multinacionalnih inicijativa u kibernetičkoj obrani koje se usredotočuju poglavito na dijeljenje i razmjenu informacija kibernetičke sigurnosti, ovaj projekt uključuje i dijeljenje ljudskih resursa što mu dodatno daje na vrijednosti.

Krstičević: Jedna od najvećih vrijednosti projekta je i dijeljenje cyber stručnjaka

Sudjelovanjem u ovom PESCO projektu Ministarstvo obrane i Hrvatska vojska nastavljaju razvijati sposobnosti na području kibernetičke obrane, pri čemu je ključna uloga nedavno uspostavljenog Zapovjedništva za kibernetički prostor.
Ministar Krstičević naglasio je kako mu je drago što je Memorandum o suglasnosti za ovaj važan PESCO projekt, potpisan upravo u Zagrebu.

„Zahvalio bih u ovoj prigodi ministru Raimundasu Karoblisu na predanom radu koji Litva ulaže u koordinaciju projekta. U 2018. kada je projekt pokrenut Hrvatska je bila jedna od prvih država koja se uključila. Prepoznali smo potencijal projekta za jačanje nacionalnih, EU i NATO cyber sposobnosti“, podsjetio je ministar obrane i dodao kako su od tada, hrvatski stručnjaci napravili izvrstan posao te kako je siguran da će se u nadolazećem razdoblju, suradnja podići na još veću razinu.

“Jedna od najvećih vrijednosti ovog projekta, uz dijeljenje iskustva i informacija, je i dijeljenje ljudskih resursa – naših cyber stručnjaka. Ministarstvo obrane i Hrvatska vojska aktivno sudjeluju u razvoju projekta te ćemo u tom smjeru i nastaviti. U 2020. u Tim za brzi odgovor planiramo dodijeliti jednog stručnjaka iz našeg nedavno uspostavljenog Zapovjedništva za kibernetički prostor. U tom smislu veselim se nastavku suradnje”, zaključio je ministar Krstičević.

Borrell: Obrana kibernetičkog prostora novi izazov obrambene industrije

Visoki predstavnik Borrell istaknuo je da su kibernetičke prijetnje postale nešto s čime se suočavamo svaki dan i sve su raširenije te je upravo zato, nužno uložiti zajedničke snage i znanje u suočavanje s istima.

“Obrana kibernetičkog prostora novi je izazov obrambene industrije i ovakvi projekti svakako pomažu da se još više razvijemo na tom području. Zato čestitam svim državama potpisnicama ovog memoranduma i želim vam puno uspjeha u daljnjem radu”, poruka je Borrella.

Ministri složni: Projekt će dodatno će osnažiti suradnju država potpisnica

Ministar obrane Litve Raimundas Karoblis, zemlje koordinatorice ovog PESCO projekta kazao je kako ovaj projekt ima veliku vrijednost za sve države potpisnice te kako će isti ojačati sposobnosti mehanizama obrane u području kibernetičke sigurnosti te kako će ista zasigurno poboljšati suradnju država i na drugim područjima.

Rumunjski ministar  Nicolae Ionel Ciucă složio se kako će ovaj projekt uvelike doprinijeti razvoju odnosa između država potpisnica te kako vjeruje da će isti polučiti izvrsne rezultate kada je u pitanju unapređenje suradnje na području kibernetičke sigurnosti.

Podsjetimo, Hrvatska uz projekt “Kibernetički timovi za brzi odgovor i međusobnu pomoć u kibernetičkoj sigurnosti” sudjeluje u još pet PESCO projekata: “Vojna pokretljivost”, “Mreža logističkih čvorišta u Europi i potpora operacijama”, “Unaprjeđenje pomorskog motrenja”, “Paket sposobnosti razmjestive vojne pomoći u slučaju katastrofe” te “Motrenje u NBKO području”.

Na marginama neformalnog sastanka ministara obrane država članica Europske unije u Nacionalnoj i sveučilišnoj knjižnici u Zagrebu je u srijedu, 4. ožujka 2020. potpisan Memorandum o suglasnosti u vezi sa suradnjom za PESCO projekt “Kibernetički timovi za brzi odgovor i međusobna pomoć u kibernetičkoj sigurnosti” (Cyber Rapid Response Teams and Mutual Assistance in Cyber Security).

Memorandum su uz prisustvo visokog predstavnika Borrella potpisali potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar obrane RH Damir Krstičević, ministar obrane Republike Litve Raimundas Karoblis, ministar obrane Estonije Jüri Luik, ministrica obrane Kraljevine Nizozemske Ank Bijleveld-Schouten, ministar obrane Rumunjske Nicolae Ionel Ciucă i zamjenik ministra obrane Poljske Pawel Wozny.
