U moru crnih vijesti čini se da nema dobrih niti mnogo razloga za optimizam, a ipak nije sve crno ni sivo. Ima i svijetlih stvari.

Dr. Petar Vušković, ekonomski analitičar, izdvojio nam je pet pozitivnih vijesti i trendova koji zaslužuju pažnju. Za svaku od tih vijesti obrazložio je zašto je smatra dobrom i zbog čega bi mogla biti vjesnicom promjena.

1. Pad opće inflacije

- Inflacija je u padu u prvom kvartalu 2023. godine. Iako je jasno da ćemo biti stalno izloženi inflacijskim pritiscima, ovo je znakoviti oporavak cijena na tržištu. U SAD-u je inflacija pala na najniže razine u posljednje tri godine. Uz pad inflacije i sprječavanje rasta nezaposlenosti, izbjegnuta je stagflacija koju su neki ekonomisti pogrešno najavljivali.

2. Pad cijena nekretnina

- Na tržištu nekretnina u Europskoj uniji prisutan je trend pada cijena nekretnina. Očekivanja su da će se takvi trendovi preliti i na naše tržište. Iako potražnja iz inozemstva (svaku treću nekretninu kupili su stranci) drži cijene nekretninama u Hrvatskoj, nekretninski balon ipak bi trebao puknuti. Naravno, na to će najviše utjecati restriktivna monetarna politika Europske centralne banke (ECB).

Ograničena ponuda novca (podizanje kamatne stope) kroz kredite građanima i tvrtkama već sada je prisutna unutar eurozone. Krediti će biti nedostupniji, nekretnine će postajati jeftinije. Pritom će i dalje, da se ne zavaravamo, cijene biti visoke, pogotovo u gradovima poput Zagreba ili Splita.

3. Hrvatska bi mogla u OECD do 2025. godine

- OECD je klub najrazvijenijih zemalja svijeta. To je posljednja organizacija kojoj Hrvatska želi pripadati. Prilika je to za sudjelovanje u nizu odbora s ciljem stvaranja dobrih javnih politika i razmjene dobrih praksi javnog menadžmenta.

Primjerice, Hrvatska redovno već sada dobiva preporuke OECD-a što moramo popraviti. Zadnji izvještaj je ponovno istaknuo privatizaciju državnih tvrtki.

Moto OECD-a je zajedničko stvaranje boljih javnih politika za bolji život. Zamislite gdje bi Hrvatska bila da nismo u Europskoj uniji. OECD će donijeti više znanja, više normi koje ćemo usvajati.

4. Liječnici su dobili bolje uvjete

- Jedino zdrav čovjek može privređivati. Bez zdravlja nacije nema ni ekonomskog rasta. Dobro je da su liječnici uspjeli kod Vlade izboriti bolje koeficijente na plaću, specijalizanti postići bolje uvjete u ugovorima. Iako je reforma zdravstva još daleko, ovakvi mali koraci isto su svojevrstan napredak.

5. Dalmatinska janjetina dobila je europsku zaštićenu oznaku izvornosti

- Europska komisija dala je takvu potvrdu. To znači da će se pod dalmatinskom janjetinom moći prodavati samo ona koja je vezana za naše zemljopisno podrijetlo. Nikakva bugarska ili makedonska janjetina neće se moći prodavati kao dalmatinska. Sada kada stočarima raste cijena stočne hrane, ova odlična vijest još će ih dodatno potaknuti na proizvodnju mesa, odnosno na njihove paše. Znate, jedini način da plasirate svoju robu u Europskoj uniji je da stremite k standardu. Oznaka izvornosti je prvi korak k tome.

U moru crnih vijesti čini se da nema dobrih niti mnogo razloga za optimizam, a ipak nije sve crno ni sivo. Ima i svijetlih stvari.

Dr. Petar Vušković, ekonomski analitičar, izdvojio nam je pet pozitivnih vijesti i trendova koji zaslužuju pažnju. Za svaku od tih vijesti obrazložio je zašto je smatra dobrom i zbog čega bi mogla biti vjesnicom promjena.

1. Pad opće inflacije

- Inflacija je u padu u prvom kvartalu 2023. godine. Iako je jasno da ćemo biti stalno izloženi inflacijskim pritiscima, ovo je znakoviti oporavak cijena na tržištu. U SAD-u je inflacija pala na najniže razine u posljednje tri godine. Uz pad inflacije i sprječavanje rasta nezaposlenosti, izbjegnuta je stagflacija koju su neki ekonomisti pogrešno najavljivali.

2. Pad cijena nekretnina

- Na tržištu nekretnina u Europskoj uniji prisutan je trend pada cijena nekretnina. Očekivanja su da će se takvi trendovi preliti i na naše tržište. Iako potražnja iz inozemstva (svaku treću nekretninu kupili su stranci) drži cijene nekretninama u Hrvatskoj, nekretninski balon ipak bi trebao puknuti. Naravno, na to će najviše utjecati restriktivna monetarna politika Europske centralne banke (ECB).

Ograničena ponuda novca (podizanje kamatne stope) kroz kredite građanima i tvrtkama već sada je prisutna unutar eurozone. Krediti će biti nedostupniji, nekretnine će postajati jeftinije. Pritom će i dalje, da se ne zavaravamo, cijene biti visoke, pogotovo u gradovima poput Zagreba ili Splita.

3. Hrvatska bi mogla u OECD do 2025. godine

- OECD je klub najrazvijenijih zemalja svijeta. To je posljednja organizacija kojoj Hrvatska želi pripadati. Prilika je to za sudjelovanje u nizu odbora s ciljem stvaranja dobrih javnih politika i razmjene dobrih praksi javnog menadžmenta.

Primjerice, Hrvatska redovno već sada dobiva preporuke OECD-a što moramo popraviti. Zadnji izvještaj je ponovno istaknuo privatizaciju državnih tvrtki.

Moto OECD-a je zajedničko stvaranje boljih javnih politika za bolji život. Zamislite gdje bi Hrvatska bila da nismo u Europskoj uniji. OECD će donijeti više znanja, više normi koje ćemo usvajati.

4. Liječnici su dobili bolje uvjete

- Jedino zdrav čovjek može privređivati. Bez zdravlja nacije nema ni ekonomskog rasta. Dobro je da su liječnici uspjeli kod Vlade izboriti bolje koeficijente na plaću, specijalizanti postići bolje uvjete u ugovorima. Iako je reforma zdravstva još daleko, ovakvi mali koraci isto su svojevrstan napredak.

5. Dalmatinska janjetina dobila je europsku zaštićenu oznaku izvornosti

- Europska komisija dala je takvu potvrdu. To znači da će se pod dalmatinskom janjetinom moći prodavati samo ona koja je vezana za naše zemljopisno podrijetlo. Nikakva bugarska ili makedonska janjetina neće se moći prodavati kao dalmatinska. Sada kada stočarima raste cijena stočne hrane, ova odlična vijest još će ih dodatno potaknuti na proizvodnju mesa, odnosno na njihove paše. Znate, jedini način da plasirate svoju robu u Europskoj uniji je da stremite k standardu. Oznaka izvornosti je prvi korak k tome.
