Pacijent koji je legao na kirurški stol bjelovarske Opće bolnice umalo je stradao jer su se kirurg i anesteziolog tako zakvačili oko vrste operacijskog zahvata da je skoro izbila tučnjava!

Prema neslužbenim informacijama, anesteziolog je savjetovao kirurga kako bi bilo bolje obaviti dio operacijskog zahvata. Riječ po riječ i prepirka je prerasla u svađu, a grube riječi umalo su izmakle kontroli. Verbalne prijetnje, svađa i prepirke oko toga tko kome hoće ili neće „soliti pamet“ orile su se operacijskom dvoranom.

- Te večeri nisam tamo bila, ali o incidentu se pismeno očitovao anesteziolog dr. Ivan Šklebar. Mislim da u svakom kolektivu ima takvih prepirki i da ova isto tako nije ni prva ni posljednja. Različiti karakteri i različita mišljenja ovoga su puta kulminirali u jedan neprimjeren nivo razgovora - komentira slučaj ravnateljica bolnice dr. Vesna Lovčić.

Dodaje kako je u sklopu svojih ovlasti sve proslijedila Povjerenstvu za unutarnji nadzor, kao i Etičkom povjerenstvu Opće bolnice. Sve što oni odluče, kaže, ona će provesti, a o eventualnim sankcijama, smatra, prerano je govoriti. No, svjesna je narušenih međuljudskih odnosa, a upravo je rješavanje toga problema najavila nakon što je imenovana ravnateljicom.

Dr. Ivan Šklebar kaže kako je prerano za bilo kakav komentar. Pričekat će, veli, odgovor Povjerenstva, koje se treba sastati sutra (utorak), a tada će, ovisno o rješenju, sa stvarima upoznati i Liječničku komoru.

- Budući da imam neke ovlasti i budući sam odgovoran za provedbu kvalitete liječenja, u konkretnom sam slučaju smatrao da je moja dužnost i pravo ukazati na primjereniji način obrade pacijenta - zaključuje Šklebar.

Koji je kirurg sudjelovao u tom neprimjerenom verbalnom prepucavanju - nismo uspjeli doznati.

Pacijent koji je legao na kirurški stol bjelovarske Opće bolnice umalo je stradao jer su se kirurg i anesteziolog tako zakvačili oko vrste operacijskog zahvata da je skoro izbila tučnjava!

Prema neslužbenim informacijama, anesteziolog je savjetovao kirurga kako bi bilo bolje obaviti dio operacijskog zahvata. Riječ po riječ i prepirka je prerasla u svađu, a grube riječi umalo su izmakle kontroli. Verbalne prijetnje, svađa i prepirke oko toga tko kome hoće ili neće „soliti pamet“ orile su se operacijskom dvoranom.

- Te večeri nisam tamo bila, ali o incidentu se pismeno očitovao anesteziolog dr. Ivan Šklebar. Mislim da u svakom kolektivu ima takvih prepirki i da ova isto tako nije ni prva ni posljednja. Različiti karakteri i različita mišljenja ovoga su puta kulminirali u jedan neprimjeren nivo razgovora - komentira slučaj ravnateljica bolnice dr. Vesna Lovčić.

Dodaje kako je u sklopu svojih ovlasti sve proslijedila Povjerenstvu za unutarnji nadzor, kao i Etičkom povjerenstvu Opće bolnice. Sve što oni odluče, kaže, ona će provesti, a o eventualnim sankcijama, smatra, prerano je govoriti. No, svjesna je narušenih međuljudskih odnosa, a upravo je rješavanje toga problema najavila nakon što je imenovana ravnateljicom.

Dr. Ivan Šklebar kaže kako je prerano za bilo kakav komentar. Pričekat će, veli, odgovor Povjerenstva, koje se treba sastati sutra (utorak), a tada će, ovisno o rješenju, sa stvarima upoznati i Liječničku komoru.

- Budući da imam neke ovlasti i budući sam odgovoran za provedbu kvalitete liječenja, u konkretnom sam slučaju smatrao da je moja dužnost i pravo ukazati na primjereniji način obrade pacijenta - zaključuje Šklebar.

Koji je kirurg sudjelovao u tom neprimjerenom verbalnom prepucavanju - nismo uspjeli doznati.
