Svjetlan Stanić, poduzetnik optužen u aferi "Maestro" u ponedjeljak je uplatio dva milijuna kuna jamčevine, pa je iza 16,30 sati pušten iz pritvora u Remetincu.

Stanić je u pritvoru bio od kraja listopada, kada se nakon 16 mjeseci bijega predao hrvatskim vlastima.

Nakon što je Vrhovni sud u petak poslijepodne potvrdio odluku zagrebačkog Županijskog suda i Staniću omogućio da se brani sa slobode, njegova je obitelj u ponedjeljak ujutro uplatila dva milijuna kuna, što je, po riječima njegova odvjetnika Ante Nobila, najveći iznos jamčevine ikad ponuđen u Hrvatskoj.

Na sudu se potom morao pojaviti i tada još pritvoreni Stanić. Glasnogovornik zagrebačkog Županijskog suda Krešimira Devčića kaže da se Stanić morao obvezati da će se odazivati na svaki sudski poziv, dolaziti na ročišta i da neće mijenjati prebivalište.

Odluku o puštanju iz pritvora tada je i formalno moralo potvrditi izvanraspravno vijeće Županijskog suda te odluku dostaviti u Remetinec.

Stanić je optužen u tzv. "malom Maestru", gdje optuženičku klupu dijeli s bivšim potpredsjednikom Hrvatskog fonda za privatizaciju (HFP) Ivanom Gotovcem.

Ističući da nije kriv, Stanić je na sudu kazao da nikada nije bježao te da je u dva podneska zatražio da ga se ispita na nadležnom sudu u BiH, gdje živi.

Stanića USKOK tereti da je Gotovcu kao mito poklonio peku i platio mu putovanje u Monte Carlo te ga potaknuo na zloporabu položaja i ovlasti kako bi mu omogućio da po što povoljnijim uvjetima dođe do dionica i imovine društava iz portfelja Fonda.

Riječ je o dionicama "Dalmacijavina" i splitskoga hotela "Bellevue". Osim toga Stanić je, po tvrdnjama USKOK-a Gotovca pozvao na ljetovanje na svojoj 23-metarskoj jahti, ponudio mu pozajmicu za trgovanje na burzi, kao i mjesto svog savjetnika kada ode iz HFP-a.

Svjetlan Stanić, poduzetnik optužen u aferi "Maestro" u ponedjeljak je uplatio dva milijuna kuna jamčevine, pa je iza 16,30 sati pušten iz pritvora u Remetincu.

Stanić je u pritvoru bio od kraja listopada, kada se nakon 16 mjeseci bijega predao hrvatskim vlastima.

Nakon što je Vrhovni sud u petak poslijepodne potvrdio odluku zagrebačkog Županijskog suda i Staniću omogućio da se brani sa slobode, njegova je obitelj u ponedjeljak ujutro uplatila dva milijuna kuna, što je, po riječima njegova odvjetnika Ante Nobila, najveći iznos jamčevine ikad ponuđen u Hrvatskoj.

Na sudu se potom morao pojaviti i tada još pritvoreni Stanić. Glasnogovornik zagrebačkog Županijskog suda Krešimira Devčića kaže da se Stanić morao obvezati da će se odazivati na svaki sudski poziv, dolaziti na ročišta i da neće mijenjati prebivalište.

Odluku o puštanju iz pritvora tada je i formalno moralo potvrditi izvanraspravno vijeće Županijskog suda te odluku dostaviti u Remetinec.

Stanić je optužen u tzv. "malom Maestru", gdje optuženičku klupu dijeli s bivšim potpredsjednikom Hrvatskog fonda za privatizaciju (HFP) Ivanom Gotovcem.

Ističući da nije kriv, Stanić je na sudu kazao da nikada nije bježao te da je u dva podneska zatražio da ga se ispita na nadležnom sudu u BiH, gdje živi.

Stanića USKOK tereti da je Gotovcu kao mito poklonio peku i platio mu putovanje u Monte Carlo te ga potaknuo na zloporabu položaja i ovlasti kako bi mu omogućio da po što povoljnijim uvjetima dođe do dionica i imovine društava iz portfelja Fonda.

Riječ je o dionicama "Dalmacijavina" i splitskoga hotela "Bellevue". Osim toga Stanić je, po tvrdnjama USKOK-a Gotovca pozvao na ljetovanje na svojoj 23-metarskoj jahti, ponudio mu pozajmicu za trgovanje na burzi, kao i mjesto svog savjetnika kada ode iz HFP-a.
