Zaštitar Bilić-Erić securityja Kristijan Knego, okrivljen da je u noćnom klubu Ritz ubio Tomislava Sablju, podnio je žalbu na tužiteljsko rješenje za taj događaj, doznaje Jutarnji list. 

U žalbi tvrdi kako iz dosad prikupljenih dokaza ne proizlazi da je počinio ubojstvo, već se eventualno može raditi o nužnoj obrani ili nekim drugim blažim djelima.

Knego se do sada branio šutnjom, tako da ova žalba koju su podnijeli njegovi odvjetnici zapravo predstavlja prvo očitovanje o optužbama te daje uvid na koji će se način Knego u ovom postupku braniti.

U žalbi se pak tvrdi da je tužiteljstvo krivo kvalificiralo događaj kao ubojstvo, te da iz izvedenih dokaza, prije svega snimke nadzornih kamera, proizlazi da se Knego branio od Sablje. Obrana također kao eventualne alternative navodi okolnost nužne obrane, koja isključuje bilo kakav oblik Knegine krivnje, prekoračenje nužne obrane, što značajno umanjuje krivnju, ali je ne isključuje, te ubojstvo na mah koje je posebno kazneno djelo, no s bitno manjom kaznom od ubojstva.

Drugookrivljeni Dorian Mraković, kojega tužitelji terete za pomaganje u ubojstvu jer je Knegi donio pištolj, nije podnosio žalbu na istragu, a nedavno im je izvanraspravno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda obojici odbilo žalbe protiv istražnog zatvora. O Kneginoj žalbi na rješenje o istrazi sud još nije odlučio.

Zaštitar Bilić-Erić securityja Kristijan Knego, okrivljen da je u noćnom klubu Ritz ubio Tomislava Sablju, podnio je žalbu na tužiteljsko rješenje za taj događaj, doznaje Jutarnji list. 

U žalbi tvrdi kako iz dosad prikupljenih dokaza ne proizlazi da je počinio ubojstvo, već se eventualno može raditi o nužnoj obrani ili nekim drugim blažim djelima.

Knego se do sada branio šutnjom, tako da ova žalba koju su podnijeli njegovi odvjetnici zapravo predstavlja prvo očitovanje o optužbama te daje uvid na koji će se način Knego u ovom postupku braniti.

U žalbi se pak tvrdi da je tužiteljstvo krivo kvalificiralo događaj kao ubojstvo, te da iz izvedenih dokaza, prije svega snimke nadzornih kamera, proizlazi da se Knego branio od Sablje. Obrana također kao eventualne alternative navodi okolnost nužne obrane, koja isključuje bilo kakav oblik Knegine krivnje, prekoračenje nužne obrane, što značajno umanjuje krivnju, ali je ne isključuje, te ubojstvo na mah koje je posebno kazneno djelo, no s bitno manjom kaznom od ubojstva.

Drugookrivljeni Dorian Mraković, kojega tužitelji terete za pomaganje u ubojstvu jer je Knegi donio pištolj, nije podnosio žalbu na istragu, a nedavno im je izvanraspravno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda obojici odbilo žalbe protiv istražnog zatvora. O Kneginoj žalbi na rješenje o istrazi sud još nije odlučio.

Ubojica Tomislava Sablje prvi put se očitovao o kobnoj noći u Ritzu, objasnio je zašto je pucao

Zaštitar Bilić-Erić securityja Kristijan Knego, okrivljen da je u noćnom klubu Ritz ubio Tomislava Sablju, podnio je žalbu na tužiteljsko rješenje za taj događaj, doznaje Jutarnji list. 

U žalbi tvrdi kako iz dosad prikupljenih dokaza ne proizlazi da je počinio ubojstvo, već se eventualno može raditi o nužnoj obrani ili nekim drugim blažim djelima.

Knego se do sada branio šutnjom, tako da ova žalba koju su podnijeli njegovi odvjetnici zapravo predstavlja prvo očitovanje o optužbama te daje uvid na koji će se način Knego u ovom postupku braniti.

U žalbi se pak tvrdi da je tužiteljstvo krivo kvalificiralo događaj kao ubojstvo, te da iz izvedenih dokaza, prije svega snimke nadzornih kamera, proizlazi da se Knego branio od Sablje. Obrana također kao eventualne alternative navodi okolnost nužne obrane, koja isključuje bilo kakav oblik Knegine krivnje, prekoračenje nužne obrane, što značajno umanjuje krivnju, ali je ne isključuje, te ubojstvo na mah koje je posebno kazneno djelo, no s bitno manjom kaznom od ubojstva.

Drugookrivljeni Dorian Mraković, kojega tužitelji terete za pomaganje u ubojstvu jer je Knegi donio pištolj, nije podnosio žalbu na istragu, a nedavno im je izvanraspravno vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda obojici odbilo žalbe protiv istražnog zatvora. O Kneginoj žalbi na rješenje o istrazi sud još nije odlučio.
