Policijski službenici Kriminalističko-obavještajne službe PU splitsko-dalmatinske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad osam osoba, hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 20 do 37 godina. Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su u razdoblju od ožujka 2020. godine do ožujka 2022. godine na štetu trgovačkog društva ostvarili obilježja kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara iz čl. 271. stavak 2. u svezi čl. 52 Kaznenog zakona.

Opsežno kriminalističko istraživanje koje je provodila PU splitsko-dalmatinska u suradnji s Upravom kriminalističke policije i drugim policijskim upravama, rezultiralo je otkrivanjem kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara na štetu velikog broja osoba, korisnika usluga trgovačkog društva, kojim je ostvarena značajna materijalna korist.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su osumnjičenici u početku na različite načine prikupljali osobne podatke korisnika usluga trgovačkog društva i to krađom izdanih računa za telekomunikacijske usluge, te nakon toga pregledom otvorenih izvora i baza podataka, prikupili još više podataka o korisniku.

Nakon toga nazvali bi tvrtku i lažno se zaposleniku/operateru tvrtke predstavili kao taj korisnik, a ukradene podatke su koristili kako bi uvjerili operatera da su oni zaista korisnici računa, nakon čega bi tražili novu lozinku za korisnički račun, pravdajući se da ne mogu pristupiti na „staru“ e mail adresu. Sve naprijed navedeno bilo je u cilju neovlaštenog pristupanja korisničkom računu neke treće osobe.

Nakon neovlaštenog pristupanja korisničkom računu, obavljali su razne vrste postupaka i transakcija koje bi se naplaćivale na računu oštećenog korisnika.

Tako su registrirali kupljene SIM kartice na račun korisnika, uplaćivali novčane iznose na račune na mrežnim stranicama trgovačkih društava za priređivanje klađenja, a svi otvoreni računi glasili su na imena korisnika usluga trgovačkog društva, kupovali su bonove za prepaid usluge, koje su koristili na prethodno kupljenim SIM karticama koje su naknadno povoljno prodavali na internetskim oglašivačima za manji iznos od onog uplaćenog na kartici.

Novac uplaćen na mrežnim stranicama priređivanim za klađenje su koristili za klađenja, transferirali na druge račune, te su izvršavali gotovinske isplate.

Do sada je utvrđeno kako su na naprijed opisani način koristeći podatke najmanje 700 osoba ostvarili ne pripadajuću imovinsku korist u visini od najmanje 300 tisuća kuna.

Nakon dovršenog opsežnog kriminalističkog istraživanja, prikupljenih dokaza, sedam osoba je uhićeno, dovedeno u službene prostorije. Temeljem naloga suda obavljene su pretrage stanova i prostora koje koriste. Tijekom obavljenih pretraga pronađena su i oduzeta računala, mobiteli, SIM kartice i dokumentacija. Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja sedam osoba je uz kaznenu prijavu predano pritvorskom nadzoniku, dok je jedna osoba trenutačno nedostupna. Kriminalističko istraživanje se i dalje nastavlja.

Policijski službenici Kriminalističko-obavještajne službe PU splitsko-dalmatinske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad osam osoba, hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 20 do 37 godina. Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su u razdoblju od ožujka 2020. godine do ožujka 2022. godine na štetu trgovačkog društva ostvarili obilježja kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara iz čl. 271. stavak 2. u svezi čl. 52 Kaznenog zakona.

Opsežno kriminalističko istraživanje koje je provodila PU splitsko-dalmatinska u suradnji s Upravom kriminalističke policije i drugim policijskim upravama, rezultiralo je otkrivanjem kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara na štetu velikog broja osoba, korisnika usluga trgovačkog društva, kojim je ostvarena značajna materijalna korist.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su osumnjičenici u početku na različite načine prikupljali osobne podatke korisnika usluga trgovačkog društva i to krađom izdanih računa za telekomunikacijske usluge, te nakon toga pregledom otvorenih izvora i baza podataka, prikupili još više podataka o korisniku.

Nakon toga nazvali bi tvrtku i lažno se zaposleniku/operateru tvrtke predstavili kao taj korisnik, a ukradene podatke su koristili kako bi uvjerili operatera da su oni zaista korisnici računa, nakon čega bi tražili novu lozinku za korisnički račun, pravdajući se da ne mogu pristupiti na „staru“ e mail adresu. Sve naprijed navedeno bilo je u cilju neovlaštenog pristupanja korisničkom računu neke treće osobe.

Nakon neovlaštenog pristupanja korisničkom računu, obavljali su razne vrste postupaka i transakcija koje bi se naplaćivale na računu oštećenog korisnika.

Tako su registrirali kupljene SIM kartice na račun korisnika, uplaćivali novčane iznose na račune na mrežnim stranicama trgovačkih društava za priređivanje klađenja, a svi otvoreni računi glasili su na imena korisnika usluga trgovačkog društva, kupovali su bonove za prepaid usluge, koje su koristili na prethodno kupljenim SIM karticama koje su naknadno povoljno prodavali na internetskim oglašivačima za manji iznos od onog uplaćenog na kartici.

Novac uplaćen na mrežnim stranicama priređivanim za klađenje su koristili za klađenja, transferirali na druge račune, te su izvršavali gotovinske isplate.

Do sada je utvrđeno kako su na naprijed opisani način koristeći podatke najmanje 700 osoba ostvarili ne pripadajuću imovinsku korist u visini od najmanje 300 tisuća kuna.

Nakon dovršenog opsežnog kriminalističkog istraživanja, prikupljenih dokaza, sedam osoba je uhićeno, dovedeno u službene prostorije. Temeljem naloga suda obavljene su pretrage stanova i prostora koje koriste. Tijekom obavljenih pretraga pronađena su i oduzeta računala, mobiteli, SIM kartice i dokumentacija. Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja sedam osoba je uz kaznenu prijavu predano pritvorskom nadzoniku, dok je jedna osoba trenutačno nedostupna. Kriminalističko istraživanje se i dalje nastavlja.

U velikoj akciji splitske policije palo osam prevaranata: masovno krali osobne podatke s tuđih računa pa, ‘poslujući‘ u njihovo ime, zaradili 300 tisuća kuna

Policijski službenici Kriminalističko-obavještajne službe PU splitsko-dalmatinske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad osam osoba, hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 20 do 37 godina. Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su u razdoblju od ožujka 2020. godine do ožujka 2022. godine na štetu trgovačkog društva ostvarili obilježja kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara iz čl. 271. stavak 2. u svezi čl. 52 Kaznenog zakona.

Opsežno kriminalističko istraživanje koje je provodila PU splitsko-dalmatinska u suradnji s Upravom kriminalističke policije i drugim policijskim upravama, rezultiralo je otkrivanjem kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara na štetu velikog broja osoba, korisnika usluga trgovačkog društva, kojim je ostvarena značajna materijalna korist.
