Davor (56) iz Zagreba optužen je da je supruzi "maznuo" čak 13.800 eura pa onda lažno prijavio policiji da je lopov bio u njihovoj kući.

Državno odvjetništvo u optužnici za njega traži godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora jer je od lipnja do prosinca “iz kuverte koja se nalazila u unutrašnjem džepu jakne njegove supruge (50), u spavaćoj sobi njegove obiteljske kuće, u više navrata uzimao i za sebe zadržao novac”, piše portal Danica.hr.

“Potom je 26. prosinca, kako bi otklonio sumnju sa sebe i neistinito prikazao da je u stanu bila provala, ispremetao stvari u kući, pa zajedno sa suprugom nazvao policiju i prijavio da je nepoznata osoba provalila u stan i ukrala 13.800 eura”, navodi se u optužnici.

No, istog dana oko 22.30 sati policiju je nazvao Davorov sin i “izjavio da je uzeo vw golf svog oca, otišao do benzinske postaje, pregledao cijeli automobil jer mu se otac sumnjivo ponaša i jer je potrošio već neke njegove novce”.

Prilikom pregleda u prtljažniku, ispod podloge, kod rezervnog kotača pronašao je više novčanica te je odmah odlučio nazvati policiju i sve im ispričati. Davor je nakon toga tijekom ispitivanja u tužiteljstvu sve priznao.

“Istina je, uzimao sam novac od supruge kojeg je ona naslijedila, u više navrata kroz šest mjeseci te ga trošio na gluposti. Kad sam potrošio skoro sve, odlučio sam fingirati provalu, ispremetao stvari kako bi se stekao dojam da je izvršena provala te tom prilikom uzeo još novca.

Kada sam se sa suprugom vratio iz kafića u kojem je ona u međuvremenu bila bez mene, nazvao sam policiju i prijavio da se u kući dogodila krađa. Žao mi je zbog svega i kajem se”, rekao je Davor na kraju.

I dalje žive zajedno u obiteljskoj kući u Zagrebu. U optužnici je navedeno kako je Davor zaposlen sa solidnom plaćom, “dobrog imovnog stanja, neosuđivan, nije izdržavao kaznu zatvora i protiv njega se ne vodi drugi kazneni postupak”, piše Danica.hr.

Davor (56) iz Zagreba optužen je da je supruzi "maznuo" čak 13.800 eura pa onda lažno prijavio policiji da je lopov bio u njihovoj kući.

Državno odvjetništvo u optužnici za njega traži godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora jer je od lipnja do prosinca “iz kuverte koja se nalazila u unutrašnjem džepu jakne njegove supruge (50), u spavaćoj sobi njegove obiteljske kuće, u više navrata uzimao i za sebe zadržao novac”, piše portal Danica.hr.

“Potom je 26. prosinca, kako bi otklonio sumnju sa sebe i neistinito prikazao da je u stanu bila provala, ispremetao stvari u kući, pa zajedno sa suprugom nazvao policiju i prijavio da je nepoznata osoba provalila u stan i ukrala 13.800 eura”, navodi se u optužnici.

No, istog dana oko 22.30 sati policiju je nazvao Davorov sin i “izjavio da je uzeo vw golf svog oca, otišao do benzinske postaje, pregledao cijeli automobil jer mu se otac sumnjivo ponaša i jer je potrošio već neke njegove novce”.

Prilikom pregleda u prtljažniku, ispod podloge, kod rezervnog kotača pronašao je više novčanica te je odmah odlučio nazvati policiju i sve im ispričati. Davor je nakon toga tijekom ispitivanja u tužiteljstvu sve priznao.

“Istina je, uzimao sam novac od supruge kojeg je ona naslijedila, u više navrata kroz šest mjeseci te ga trošio na gluposti. Kad sam potrošio skoro sve, odlučio sam fingirati provalu, ispremetao stvari kako bi se stekao dojam da je izvršena provala te tom prilikom uzeo još novca.

Davor (56) iz Zagreba optužen je da je supruzi "maznuo" čak 13.800 eura pa onda lažno prijavio policiji da je lopov bio u njihovoj kući.

Državno odvjetništvo u optužnici za njega traži godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora jer je od lipnja do prosinca “iz kuverte koja se nalazila u unutrašnjem džepu jakne njegove supruge (50), u spavaćoj sobi njegove obiteljske kuće, u više navrata uzimao i za sebe zadržao novac”, piše portal Danica.hr.

“Potom je 26. prosinca, kako bi otklonio sumnju sa sebe i neistinito prikazao da je u stanu bila provala, ispremetao stvari u kući, pa zajedno sa suprugom nazvao policiju i prijavio da je nepoznata osoba provalila u stan i ukrala 13.800 eura”, navodi se u optužnici.

No, istog dana oko 22.30 sati policiju je nazvao Davorov sin i “izjavio da je uzeo vw golf svog oca, otišao do benzinske postaje, pregledao cijeli automobil jer mu se otac sumnjivo ponaša i jer je potrošio već neke njegove novce”.

Prilikom pregleda u prtljažniku, ispod podloge, kod rezervnog kotača pronašao je više novčanica te je odmah odlučio nazvati policiju i sve im ispričati. Davor je nakon toga tijekom ispitivanja u tužiteljstvu sve priznao.

“Istina je, uzimao sam novac od supruge kojeg je ona naslijedila, u više navrata kroz šest mjeseci te ga trošio na gluposti. Kad sam potrošio skoro sve, odlučio sam fingirati provalu, ispremetao stvari kako bi se stekao dojam da je izvršena provala te tom prilikom uzeo još novca.
