Uskok je, na temelju kaznene prijave zagrebačke policije, donio rješenje o provođenu istrage protiv 38-godišnjeg prometnog policajaca koji je primio mito od 52-godišnjaka, a koji je prijavljen za davanje mita.

Prijavljeni policajac je 24. siječnja prilikom kontrole prometa zaustavio 48-godišnjeg vozača koji je upravljao svojim Volvom za vrijeme dok mu je bila na snazi zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja vozilom. Kako ga ne bi procesuirao, policajac je od 48-godišnjaka zatražio novac pa mu je vozač dao 1050 kuna koje je policajac zadržao za sebe.

Isti policajac je istog dana zaustavio vozačicu koja je počinila prekršaj za koji je zapriječena kazna od 500 kuna. Iako svjestan da nema osnove ta naplatu novčane kazne zbog počinjenog prekršaja, policajac je od vozačice zatražio da plati kaznu. Uvjerena da plaća kaznu za počinjeni prekršaj, vozačica je policajcu predala 500 kuna koje je on zadržao za sebe.

Protiv osumnjičenih je po dovršenom kriminalističkom istraživanju podnijeta kaznena prijava. Uz to, nesavjesni policajac je privremeno udaljen iz službe zbog sumnje u počinjenje teže povrede službene dužnosti te će se protiv njega u zakonskom roku podnijeti zahtjev za pokretanjem disciplinskog postupka nadležnom Disciplinskom sudu.

Uskok je, na temelju kaznene prijave zagrebačke policije, donio rješenje o provođenu istrage protiv 38-godišnjeg prometnog policajaca koji je primio mito od 52-godišnjaka, a koji je prijavljen za davanje mita.

Prijavljeni policajac je 24. siječnja prilikom kontrole prometa zaustavio 48-godišnjeg vozača koji je upravljao svojim Volvom za vrijeme dok mu je bila na snazi zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja vozilom. Kako ga ne bi procesuirao, policajac je od 48-godišnjaka zatražio novac pa mu je vozač dao 1050 kuna koje je policajac zadržao za sebe.

Isti policajac je istog dana zaustavio vozačicu koja je počinila prekršaj za koji je zapriječena kazna od 500 kuna. Iako svjestan da nema osnove ta naplatu novčane kazne zbog počinjenog prekršaja, policajac je od vozačice zatražio da plati kaznu. Uvjerena da plaća kaznu za počinjeni prekršaj, vozačica je policajcu predala 500 kuna koje je on zadržao za sebe.

Protiv osumnjičenih je po dovršenom kriminalističkom istraživanju podnijeta kaznena prijava. Uz to, nesavjesni policajac je privremeno udaljen iz službe zbog sumnje u počinjenje teže povrede službene dužnosti te će se protiv njega u zakonskom roku podnijeti zahtjev za pokretanjem disciplinskog postupka nadležnom Disciplinskom sudu.
