Policija vrlo pomno istražuje okolnosti nesreće koja se dogodila u četvrtak oko 17 sati u Ulici braće Radića u Varaždinu, a u kojoj je u sudaru s policijskim presretačem poginuo Miljenko Pajnogač (35), suvozač na motociklu kojim je upravljao Josip Jagić (29).

Jagić je u sudaru zadobio višestruki prijelom natkoljenice. Operiran je u Općoj bolnici u Varaždinu i prema riječima dežurnoga kirurga stanje mu je za sada stabilno. Nesretni Pajnogač nije imao kacigu i preminuo je od ozljeda glave. Još se dvoji oko krivnje za tragediju na inače vrlo prometnoj cesti. Istražni sudac Županijskoga suda u Varaždinu potvrdio nam je da je presretač pri očevidu nađen prednjim krajem na lijevom kolničkom traku u smjeru vožnje, dok su motocikl i tijelo nesretnoga Pajnogača ostali ležati na desnoj strani, gdje se sudar i dogodio.

Izvjesno je da je policijski automobil oduzeo prednost motociklistu koji je nepunu minutu prije krenuo iz stotinjak metara udaljenog kafića “Freak”. Alkotest napravljen na mjestu događaja pokazao je da je vozač motocikla imao, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, 1,59 promila alkohola u krvi. Policajci nisu bili alkoholizirani. Obojica su lakše ozlijeđena. - Pajnogač i Jagić bili su kod nas u kafiću neposredno prije nesreće.

Nisam primijetio da su bili vidljivo pijani, čak Jagić nije htio popiti dva piva koje mu je platio prijatelj iz kafića, nego ih je ponio sa sobom. Od nas su krenuli sasvim normalno, no čuo sam za par sekunda jak zvuk motora, moguće da su se zaletjeli prema mjestu na kojem su stradali - rekao nam je jučer jedan od konobara koji rade u kafiću “Freak”. - Moj se sin vozio iza policije, vidio je i motocikl i misli da se sudar mogao izbjeći da policajci nisu skretali na sporednu cestu - rekao nam je očevidac koji nije htio da mu navedemo ime i prezime.

Stanari okolnih kuća dobro se sjećaju prestravljena lica policajca koji je izišao iz presretača. - Vikali smo mu neka pomogne čovjeku, no trebalo mu je kraće vrijeme da se pribere, jer je bio u potpunom šoku - rekla nam je susjeda pokraj čije ograde je s motocikla sletio Pajnogač. Da bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti nesreće, zatraženo je vještačenje sudskoga vještaka za promet. Rezultati će se znati sljedećeg tjedna.

Policija vrlo pomno istražuje okolnosti nesreće koja se dogodila u četvrtak oko 17 sati u Ulici braće Radića u Varaždinu, a u kojoj je u sudaru s policijskim presretačem poginuo Miljenko Pajnogač (35), suvozač na motociklu kojim je upravljao Josip Jagić (29).

Jagić je u sudaru zadobio višestruki prijelom natkoljenice. Operiran je u Općoj bolnici u Varaždinu i prema riječima dežurnoga kirurga stanje mu je za sada stabilno. Nesretni Pajnogač nije imao kacigu i preminuo je od ozljeda glave. Još se dvoji oko krivnje za tragediju na inače vrlo prometnoj cesti. Istražni sudac Županijskoga suda u Varaždinu potvrdio nam je da je presretač pri očevidu nađen prednjim krajem na lijevom kolničkom traku u smjeru vožnje, dok su motocikl i tijelo nesretnoga Pajnogača ostali ležati na desnoj strani, gdje se sudar i dogodio.

Izvjesno je da je policijski automobil oduzeo prednost motociklistu koji je nepunu minutu prije krenuo iz stotinjak metara udaljenog kafića “Freak”. Alkotest napravljen na mjestu događaja pokazao je da je vozač motocikla imao, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, 1,59 promila alkohola u krvi. Policajci nisu bili alkoholizirani. Obojica su lakše ozlijeđena. - Pajnogač i Jagić bili su kod nas u kafiću neposredno prije nesreće.

Nisam primijetio da su bili vidljivo pijani, čak Jagić nije htio popiti dva piva koje mu je platio prijatelj iz kafića, nego ih je ponio sa sobom. Od nas su krenuli sasvim normalno, no čuo sam za par sekunda jak zvuk motora, moguće da su se zaletjeli prema mjestu na kojem su stradali - rekao nam je jučer jedan od konobara koji rade u kafiću “Freak”. - Moj se sin vozio iza policije, vidio je i motocikl i misli da se sudar mogao izbjeći da policajci nisu skretali na sporednu cestu - rekao nam je očevidac koji nije htio da mu navedemo ime i prezime.

Stanari okolnih kuća dobro se sjećaju prestravljena lica policajca koji je izišao iz presretača. - Vikali smo mu neka pomogne čovjeku, no trebalo mu je kraće vrijeme da se pribere, jer je bio u potpunom šoku - rekla nam je susjeda pokraj čije ograde je s motocikla sletio Pajnogač. Da bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti nesreće, zatraženo je vještačenje sudskoga vještaka za promet. Rezultati će se znati sljedećeg tjedna.
