Gospodin koji sjedi iza mene organizator je svega ovoga i on je odgovoran za sve štete koje su proizišle iz njegova čina. Prema vještačenju financijskog vještaka, zbog svega ovoga što se događalo, moje su tvrtke pretrpjele izravnu štetu od 14 milijuna kuna. Zainteresiran sam za njegov kazneni progon - kazao je jučer Josip Komar svjedočeći na Općinskom sudu u Splitu u ponovljenom suđenju svojem nekadašnjem prijatelju Duji Brzoviću (31) iz Splita koji je optužen za pokušaj iznude.
Brzović je optužen jer je krajem svibnja 2009. godine na Komarov BMW X5 bacio bombu, a početkom srpnja bacio je zapaljivu napravu na isti automobil koji je tada potpuno uništen.
Dvadesetak dana poslije zapaljen mu je očev BMW “trica”, a nakon mjesec dana izrešetan je renault clio njegove sestre. Tijekom tog razdoblja Komar je primao prijeteće telefonske pozive, SMS-ove i pisma u kojima mu je traženo prvo 50.000, a onda i 100.000 eura. Brzović je krajem travnja bio osuđen na godinu dana zatvora, no ta je presuda ukinuta.
Brzović kojeg brani odvjetnik Vinko Gulišija jučer je ponovio da se ne osjeća krivim te da će obranu dati na kraju postupka.
- Je li se u međuvremenu nešto događalo, je li bilo ičega? Znate, čudno je da je to iznuđivanje naglo prestalo nakon svega što vam se dogodilo - pitala je sutkinja Marisa Matić, a Komar je odgovorio da ne može objasniti zašto je “iznuđivanje naglo prestalo” nakon što je u ruju 2009. na lokaciju koja je bila naznačena u ucjenjivačkom pismu odnio novac.
- To pitajte policiju i tajne službe. Ja sam novac odnio, no nitko nije po njega došao. Ne znam jesu li to bile lažne ili obilježene novčanice, no ja novac do danas nisam dobio natrag, on je još u policiji - kazao je Komar.
- Je li policija s vama kontaktirala nakon presude zbog Brzovića? - pitao je Komara odvjetnik Gulišija.
- Jest, zvali su mene i suprugu jer mu je netko jednom lupao na vrata. Ne znam tko, možda su bile maškare - odgovorio je Komar.

Gospodin koji sjedi iza mene organizator je svega ovoga i on je odgovoran za sve štete koje su proizišle iz njegova čina. Prema vještačenju financijskog vještaka, zbog svega ovoga što se događalo, moje su tvrtke pretrpjele izravnu štetu od 14 milijuna kuna. Zainteresiran sam za njegov kazneni progon - kazao je jučer Josip Komar svjedočeći na Općinskom sudu u Splitu u ponovljenom suđenju svojem nekadašnjem prijatelju Duji Brzoviću (31) iz Splita koji je optužen za pokušaj iznude.
Brzović je optužen jer je krajem svibnja 2009. godine na Komarov BMW X5 bacio bombu, a početkom srpnja bacio je zapaljivu napravu na isti automobil koji je tada potpuno uništen.
Dvadesetak dana poslije zapaljen mu je očev BMW “trica”, a nakon mjesec dana izrešetan je renault clio njegove sestre. Tijekom tog razdoblja Komar je primao prijeteće telefonske pozive, SMS-ove i pisma u kojima mu je traženo prvo 50.000, a onda i 100.000 eura. Brzović je krajem travnja bio osuđen na godinu dana zatvora, no ta je presuda ukinuta.
Brzović kojeg brani odvjetnik Vinko Gulišija jučer je ponovio da se ne osjeća krivim te da će obranu dati na kraju postupka.
- Je li se u međuvremenu nešto događalo, je li bilo ičega? Znate, čudno je da je to iznuđivanje naglo prestalo nakon svega što vam se dogodilo - pitala je sutkinja Marisa Matić, a Komar je odgovorio da ne može objasniti zašto je “iznuđivanje naglo prestalo” nakon što je u ruju 2009. na lokaciju koja je bila naznačena u ucjenjivačkom pismu odnio novac.
- To pitajte policiju i tajne službe. Ja sam novac odnio, no nitko nije po njega došao. Ne znam jesu li to bile lažne ili obilježene novčanice, no ja novac do danas nisam dobio natrag, on je još u policiji - kazao je Komar.
- Je li policija s vama kontaktirala nakon presude zbog Brzovića? - pitao je Komara odvjetnik Gulišija.
- Jest, zvali su mene i suprugu jer mu je netko jednom lupao na vrata. Ne znam tko, možda su bile maškare - odgovorio je Komar.
