Godinu i 10 mjeseci nakon što je objavljena snimka na kojoj jureći Audi A6 doslovno "mete" tramvajsku stanicu na Branimirovoj ulici u Zagrebu i njezine dijelove s ogradom odbacuje na parkirane aute, na Općinskom kaznenom sudu u Zagrebu danas je, nakon niza odgoda, počelo suđenje vozaču Audija, zagrebačkom poduzetniku Kristijanu Periću (36). Ta je snimka izazvala lavinu bijesa kod građana, a Perić je pukom srećom, kako je i sam rekao za Jutarnji tijekom hospitalizacije i netom prije uhićenja, ostao živ.

Na upit sutkinje je li razumio optužnicu i kakav zauzima stav o krivnji, Perić je rekao da je sve razumio i da se krivim ne smatra. A prilikom uzimanja generalija, sutkinji je odgovorio, između ostaloga, da je završio osnovnu školu, da ima tvrtku i radi za plaću od 5300 kuna, te da ima petero djece.

- Imate li auto? - zanimalo je sutkinju na što joj je Perić odgovorio: "Nemam više auto, nažalost."

- Da, to je bitno. I da, nažalost, ali tako je - dopunila se sutkinja.

Ne sjeća se nesreće

Tužiteljstvo je predložilo čitanje svih materijalnih dokaza iz optužnice i da se pregleda fotoelaborat, snimke videonadzora i CD sa planom rada semafora, dok je Perićev odvjetnik Josip Reljić predložio još i saslušanje prometnog vještaka te vještaka psihologa. Ujedno je predložio i da se pročita i policijski zapisnik od ožujka 2020. kada je policiji predao klijentovu vozačku dozvolu.

Podsjetimo, Perić je za Jutarnji list s bolničke postelje u telefonskom razgovoru rekao da se same nesreće ne sjeća jer ga je prevario san pa je zaspao.

- Hvala Bogu da nije nastradao još netko jer mislim da se s tim pritiskom ne bih mogao nositi cijeli život, a kamoli odgajati svoje petero djece. Iskreno, ovo je zadnje što mi je trebalo u životu. Vozim 13 godina i nikad nisam imao prometnu nesreću, a kamoli kaznu za brzu vožnju. Same nesreće se ne sjećam. Zaspao sam, a kad sam udario, očito sam ostao bez svijesti. Sjećam se samo bolnice u kojoj sam se probudio nakon operacije. I dobro sam sada - ispričao je lanjske veljače za Jutarnji list Perić ostavši neugodno iznenađen komentarima osoba koje ga ne poznaju. Ogorčen je tvrdnjama da je sigurno vozio 200 km/h te je uvjeren da njegova brzina nije premašila stotku.

'Ostala bi samo prašina'

- Da sam se zakucao s 200 km/h, od auta bi ostala samo prašina. Ovako je na njemu totalka. Vjerujem da sam vozio između 80 i 100 km/h na sat. Svaki dio te ulice poznajem jer tom cestom svakodnevno odlazim na posao i vraćam se kući. Sreća, ipak, bila je noć pa samim time i nikog na ulici. Piše se o meni kao tatinom sinu koji je skrivio nesreću. Ja sam svoj čovjek koji je sve stekao pošteno, svojim radom i trudom. U nesreći sam slomio vratni kralježak i hvala bogu da nisam ostao invalid jer liječnici su dali maksimum - otkrio nam je još bio Perić koji je o nesreći doznao od policajaca koji su mu došli u bolnicu.

Na upit kakav je dojam na njega ostavila snimka njegove vožnje po Branimirovoj, Perić nam je priznao da bi "i on pomislio da Audijem divlja neki nadobudni tip koji ima za takav skupi auto".

- Nisam divljak za volanom i taj auto imam dulje pa nije da sam ga još upoznavao. To što se dogodilo izolirani je slučaj. Tu večer sam bio u lokalnom kafiću gdje sam popio par čašica, nakon čega sam išao u centar po prijatelje kako bi se svi vratili u Dubravu. I onda se dogodila nesreća na putu prema centru. Moja supruga je zanijemila kad su joj javili za nesreću. Zaspao sam za volanom. Svakome se to može dogoditi. I dalje me sve boli. Oporavak će trajati, ali glava mi je na ramenu - zaključio je Perić koji je nakon hospitalizacije prešao pod ingerenciju policije, a potom i pravosuđa.

U vrijeme nesreće Perić je imao, prema navodima optužnice, najmanje 1,65 promila alkohola u krvi, a vozio se brzinom od 115 km/h na dionici gdje je ograničenje 50 km/h.

Godinu i 10 mjeseci nakon što je objavljena snimka na kojoj jureći Audi A6 doslovno "mete" tramvajsku stanicu na Branimirovoj ulici u Zagrebu i njezine dijelove s ogradom odbacuje na parkirane aute, na Općinskom kaznenom sudu u Zagrebu danas je, nakon niza odgoda, počelo suđenje vozaču Audija, zagrebačkom poduzetniku Kristijanu Periću (36). Ta je snimka izazvala lavinu bijesa kod građana, a Perić je pukom srećom, kako je i sam rekao za Jutarnji tijekom hospitalizacije i netom prije uhićenja, ostao živ.

Na upit sutkinje je li razumio optužnicu i kakav zauzima stav o krivnji, Perić je rekao da je sve razumio i da se krivim ne smatra. A prilikom uzimanja generalija, sutkinji je odgovorio, između ostaloga, da je završio osnovnu školu, da ima tvrtku i radi za plaću od 5300 kuna, te da ima petero djece.

- Imate li auto? - zanimalo je sutkinju na što joj je Perić odgovorio: "Nemam više auto, nažalost."

- Da, to je bitno. I da, nažalost, ali tako je - dopunila se sutkinja.

Tužiteljstvo je predložilo čitanje svih materijalnih dokaza iz optužnice i da se pregleda fotoelaborat, snimke videonadzora i CD sa planom rada semafora, dok je Perićev odvjetnik Josip Reljić predložio još i saslušanje prometnog vještaka te vještaka psihologa. Ujedno je predložio i da se pročita i policijski zapisnik od ožujka 2020. kada je policiji predao klijentovu vozačku dozvolu.

Podsjetimo, Perić je za Jutarnji list s bolničke postelje u telefonskom razgovoru rekao da se same nesreće ne sjeća jer ga je prevario san pa je zaspao.

- Hvala Bogu da nije nastradao još netko jer mislim da se s tim pritiskom ne bih mogao nositi cijeli život, a kamoli odgajati svoje petero djece. Iskreno, ovo je zadnje što mi je trebalo u životu. Vozim 13 godina i nikad nisam imao prometnu nesreću, a kamoli kaznu za brzu vožnju. Same nesreće se ne sjećam. Zaspao sam, a kad sam udario, očito sam ostao bez svijesti. Sjećam se samo bolnice u kojoj sam se probudio nakon operacije. I dobro sam sada - ispričao je lanjske veljače za Jutarnji list Perić ostavši neugodno iznenađen komentarima osoba koje ga ne poznaju. Ogorčen je tvrdnjama da je sigurno vozio 200 km/h te je uvjeren da njegova brzina nije premašila stotku.

'Ostala bi samo prašina'

- Da sam se zakucao s 200 km/h, od auta bi ostala samo prašina. Ovako je na njemu totalka. Vjerujem da sam vozio između 80 i 100 km/h na sat. Svaki dio te ulice poznajem jer tom cestom svakodnevno odlazim na posao i vraćam se kući. Sreća, ipak, bila je noć pa samim time i nikog na ulici. Piše se o meni kao tatinom sinu koji je skrivio nesreću. Ja sam svoj čovjek koji je sve stekao pošteno, svojim radom i trudom. U nesreći sam slomio vratni kralježak i hvala bogu da nisam ostao invalid jer liječnici su dali maksimum - otkrio nam je još bio Perić koji je o nesreći doznao od policajaca koji su mu došli u bolnicu.

Na upit kakav je dojam na njega ostavila snimka njegove vožnje po Branimirovoj, Perić nam je priznao da bi "i on pomislio da Audijem divlja neki nadobudni tip koji ima za takav skupi auto".

- Nisam divljak za volanom i taj auto imam dulje pa nije da sam ga još upoznavao. To što se dogodilo izolirani je slučaj. Tu večer sam bio u lokalnom kafiću gdje sam popio par čašica, nakon čega sam išao u centar po prijatelje kako bi se svi vratili u Dubravu. I onda se dogodila nesreća na putu prema centru. Moja supruga je zanijemila kad su joj javili za nesreću. Zaspao sam za volanom. Svakome se to može dogoditi. I dalje me sve boli. Oporavak će trajati, ali glava mi je na ramenu - zaključio je Perić koji je nakon hospitalizacije prešao pod ingerenciju policije, a potom i pravosuđa.

U vrijeme nesreće Perić je imao, prema navodima optužnice, najmanje 1,65 promila alkohola u krvi, a vozio se brzinom od 115 km/h na dionici gdje je ograničenje 50 km/h.

Godinu i 10 mjeseci nakon što je objavljena snimka na kojoj jureći Audi A6 doslovno "mete" tramvajsku stanicu na Branimirovoj ulici u Zagrebu i njezine dijelove s ogradom odbacuje na parkirane aute, na Općinskom kaznenom sudu u Zagrebu danas je, nakon niza odgoda, počelo suđenje vozaču Audija, zagrebačkom poduzetniku Kristijanu Periću (36). Ta je snimka izazvala lavinu bijesa kod građana, a Perić je pukom srećom, kako je i sam rekao za Jutarnji tijekom hospitalizacije i netom prije uhićenja, ostao živ.

Na upit sutkinje je li razumio optužnicu i kakav zauzima stav o krivnji, Perić je rekao da je sve razumio i da se krivim ne smatra. A prilikom uzimanja generalija, sutkinji je odgovorio, između ostaloga, da je završio osnovnu školu, da ima tvrtku i radi za plaću od 5300 kuna...
