Prije nego li je i počelo na Županijskom sudu u Splitu je odgođeno suđenje Pjerinu Bebiću, bivšem gradonačelniku Hvara i još pet osoba zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti. Na raspravu u Velikoj dvorani u petak ujutro nije se pojavio drugooptuženi Dušan Šego (50) iz Hvara. Predsjednik sudskog vijeća Vladimir Živaljić odgodio je suđenje do početka ožujka slijedeće godine.

Optužnica USKOK-a je podignuta pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu nakon provedene istrage, a osim Bebića okrivljeni su i Zdravko Omrčen (51) iz Splita, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prosvjetu, kulturu i sport Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, već spomenuti Šego, Domagoj Bebić (41) iz Zagreba, Pjerinov brat, Tihomir Maras (57) iz Sinja i Nikola Petrić (50) iz Hvara zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti te poticanja na navedeno kazneno djelo.

Pjerinu Bebiću se stavlja na teret da je kao gradonačelniku Grada Hvara od 17. svibnja 2011. godine do 6. veljače 2012. godine ostalim optuženima na njihovo traženje omogućio da njihov boravak u Hvaru i Splitu podmiri Grad Hvar.

Na isti način plaćen je i boravak drugih osoba u hvarskim hotelima, iako za to nije bilo valjane osnove. Kako bi prikrio malverzacije, Bebić je, neistinito pravdao ispostavljene fakture i potom davao naloge za njihovo plaćanje, navodi optužnica. Na opisani način Grad Hvar je oštećen za 38.887 kuna.

Osim boravka u hotelu na teret Grada Hvara Omrčen je optužen i da je kao županijski pročelnik na traženje Pjerina Bebića i petooptuženoga Nikole Petrića omogućio dobivanje posla opremanja jedne škole trgovačkom društvu u kojem je Petrić prokurista.

Optužnica je podignuta u lipnju ove godine, a postala je pravomoćna u rujnu nakon čega je u rekordnom roku zakazana glavna rasprava. Međutim, na prvom javnom ročištu došlo je do nenadane odgode. Drugooptuženi Šego je u međuvremenu ispričao svoj nedolazak i obvezao se nadoknaditi troškove odgode suđenja, saznajemo od Vinka Gulišije, njegovog odvjetnika.

Prije nego li je i počelo na Županijskom sudu u Splitu je odgođeno suđenje Pjerinu Bebiću, bivšem gradonačelniku Hvara i još pet osoba zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti. Na raspravu u Velikoj dvorani u petak ujutro nije se pojavio drugooptuženi Dušan Šego (50) iz Hvara. Predsjednik sudskog vijeća Vladimir Živaljić odgodio je suđenje do početka ožujka slijedeće godine.

Optužnica USKOK-a je podignuta pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu nakon provedene istrage, a osim Bebića okrivljeni su i Zdravko Omrčen (51) iz Splita, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prosvjetu, kulturu i sport Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, već spomenuti Šego, Domagoj Bebić (41) iz Zagreba, Pjerinov brat, Tihomir Maras (57) iz Sinja i Nikola Petrić (50) iz Hvara zbog zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti te poticanja na navedeno kazneno djelo.

Pjerinu Bebiću se stavlja na teret da je kao gradonačelniku Grada Hvara od 17. svibnja 2011. godine do 6. veljače 2012. godine ostalim optuženima na njihovo traženje omogućio da njihov boravak u Hvaru i Splitu podmiri Grad Hvar.

Na isti način plaćen je i boravak drugih osoba u hvarskim hotelima, iako za to nije bilo valjane osnove. Kako bi prikrio malverzacije, Bebić je, neistinito pravdao ispostavljene fakture i potom davao naloge za njihovo plaćanje, navodi optužnica. Na opisani način Grad Hvar je oštećen za 38.887 kuna.

Osim boravka u hotelu na teret Grada Hvara Omrčen je optužen i da je kao županijski pročelnik na traženje Pjerina Bebića i petooptuženoga Nikole Petrića omogućio dobivanje posla opremanja jedne škole trgovačkom društvu u kojem je Petrić prokurista.

Optužnica je podignuta u lipnju ove godine, a postala je pravomoćna u rujnu nakon čega je u rekordnom roku zakazana glavna rasprava. Međutim, na prvom javnom ročištu došlo je do nenadane odgode. Drugooptuženi Šego je u međuvremenu ispričao svoj nedolazak i obvezao se nadoknaditi troškove odgode suđenja, saznajemo od Vinka Gulišije, njegovog odvjetnika.
