Poduzetnik s područja Sesveta (46) nokautirao je policajca u policijskoj postaji i potom nogom razvalio vrata.

Osuđen je na osam mjeseci zatvora, a kazna mu je zamijenjena radom za opće dobro. Uz to, mora platiti novčanu kaznu od 2000 eura te podmiriti troškove kaznenog postupka od ukupno 800 eura, saznaje portal danica.hr.

Prema pravomoćnoj presudi, Roni je u svibnju ove godine oko 11.20 sati u policijskoj postaji u Sesvetama najprije verbalno napao na policijske službenike.

“Potom je policijskog službenika zatvorenom šakom desne ruke udario u predjelu lijeve strane lica, kojom prilikom je policajcu potekla krv iz nosa. Nakon toga je nogom snažno udario u vrata prostorije za stranke policijske postaje te je napravio oštećenje u vidu savijanja aluminijske stijenke. Dakle, silom je napao policijskog službenika te oštetio tuđu stvar u vlasništvu Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, a kazneno djelo je počinjeno na štetu državne imovine”, navodi se u presudi.

Presuda izrečena ovih dana odmah je postala pravomoćna jer su se stranke odrekle prava na žalbu. Roni, inače, ima plaću od 2000 eura, a osuđivan je i ranije. Nije poznat motiv njegova napada na policajce.

Poduzetnik s područja Sesveta (46) nokautirao je policajca u policijskoj postaji i potom nogom razvalio vrata.

Osuđen je na osam mjeseci zatvora, a kazna mu je zamijenjena radom za opće dobro. Uz to, mora platiti novčanu kaznu od 2000 eura te podmiriti troškove kaznenog postupka od ukupno 800 eura, saznaje portal danica.hr.

Prema pravomoćnoj presudi, Roni je u svibnju ove godine oko 11.20 sati u policijskoj postaji u Sesvetama najprije verbalno napao na policijske službenike.

“Potom je policijskog službenika zatvorenom šakom desne ruke udario u predjelu lijeve strane lica, kojom prilikom je policajcu potekla krv iz nosa. Nakon toga je nogom snažno udario u vrata prostorije za stranke policijske postaje te je napravio oštećenje u vidu savijanja aluminijske stijenke. Dakle, silom je napao policijskog službenika te oštetio tuđu stvar u vlasništvu Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, a kazneno djelo je počinjeno na štetu državne imovine”, navodi se u presudi.

Presuda izrečena ovih dana odmah je postala pravomoćna jer su se stranke odrekle prava na žalbu. Roni, inače, ima plaću od 2000 eura, a osuđivan je i ranije. Nije poznat motiv njegova napada na policajce.

Napravio rusvaj u policijskoj postaji, udario policajca, ali ipak neće u zatvor: izvukao se radom za opće dobro

Poduzetnik s područja Sesveta (46) nokautirao je policajca u policijskoj postaji i potom nogom razvalio vrata.

Osuđen je na osam mjeseci zatvora, a kazna mu je zamijenjena radom za opće dobro. Uz to, mora platiti novčanu kaznu od 2000 eura te podmiriti troškove kaznenog postupka od ukupno 800 eura, saznaje portal danica.hr.

Prema pravomoćnoj presudi, Roni je u svibnju ove godine oko 11.20 sati u policijskoj postaji u Sesvetama najprije verbalno napao na policijske službenike.

“Potom je policijskog službenika zatvorenom šakom desne ruke udario u predjelu lijeve strane lica, kojom prilikom je policajcu potekla krv iz nosa. Nakon toga je nogom snažno udario u vrata prostorije za stranke policijske postaje te je napravio oštećenje u vidu savijanja aluminijske stijenke. Dakle, silom je napao policijskog službenika te oštetio tuđu stvar u vlasništvu Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova, a kazneno djelo je počinjeno na štetu državne imovine”, navodi se u presudi.

Presuda izrečena ovih dana odmah je postala pravomoćna jer su se stranke odrekle prava na žalbu. Roni, inače, ima plaću od 2000 eura, a osuđivan je i ranije. Nije poznat motiv njegova napada na policajce.
