Stjecao se dojam da golf samo što nije sletjeo s ceste i pri tome ozlijedio nekog pješaka.

No, još je neobičnije bilo je da su vozačeva vrata bila poluotvorena: upravo onoliko koliko je dovoljno da vozač iz njih izbaci lijevu nogu kojom kao da se “odgurivao” dok je desnom istodobno stiskao papučicu za gas.

Policija je zaustavila vozača N. T. (46) iz Kupara i privela ga u Policijsku postaju Gruda. Međutim, zanimljivo je kako vozač nije hodao kao što je vozio nego gotovo savršeno ravno, a policija se nemalo začudila kada je alkometrom izmjereno čak 4,25 promila alkohola u krvi!

Bio je to apsolutni rekord svih alkotestiranja na jugu Hrvatske te je vozač nakon triježnjenja uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenoga prometnog prekršaja priveden u dubrovački Prekršajni sud. Nepravomoćnom je presudom nadležni sudac za prekršaje vozača, inače po zanimanju stolara, proglasio krivim jer je prekršio Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama te mu je izrečena novčana kazna od 7500 kuna koju, pod prijetnjom prisilne naplate, mora platiti u roku od 15 dana od dana pravomoćnosti presude.

Sud ga je podsjetio i na mogućnost da ako uplati kaznu u tom roku, tada će mu se priznati da je presudu u cijelosti izvršio ako u korist Državnog proračuna RH uplati dvije trećine odnosno 5000 kuna. Stolaru je izrečena i zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja motornim vozilima „B“ kategorije na rok od 18 mjeseci, a N. T. u roku od 15 dana po pravomoćnosti presude mora platiti i 200 kuna sudskih troškova.

Neslužbeno smo doznali da je N. T.-u prošle godine već na području Metkovića tijekom jedne kontrole izmjereno 1,93 promila alkohola, navodno kada se iz BiH, odakle je podrijetlom, vraćao u Župu.

Pokušali smo pronaći N. T.-a na području Kupara, Mlina i Postranja, ali ga na gradilištu na koje nas je uputio njegov poslodavac, privatni građevinski poduzetnik J. L. nije bilo tako da smo ostali bez njegove ispovijesti.

Inače, zanimljivo u cijeloj priči je da je N. T. po zanimanju stolar koji često razvozi materijal kamionom tvrtke u kojoj radi.

Stjecao se dojam da golf samo što nije sletjeo s ceste i pri tome ozlijedio nekog pješaka.

No, još je neobičnije bilo je da su vozačeva vrata bila poluotvorena: upravo onoliko koliko je dovoljno da vozač iz njih izbaci lijevu nogu kojom kao da se “odgurivao” dok je desnom istodobno stiskao papučicu za gas.

Policija je zaustavila vozača N. T. (46) iz Kupara i privela ga u Policijsku postaju Gruda. Međutim, zanimljivo je kako vozač nije hodao kao što je vozio nego gotovo savršeno ravno, a policija se nemalo začudila kada je alkometrom izmjereno čak 4,25 promila alkohola u krvi!

Bio je to apsolutni rekord svih alkotestiranja na jugu Hrvatske te je vozač nakon triježnjenja uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenoga prometnog prekršaja priveden u dubrovački Prekršajni sud. Nepravomoćnom je presudom nadležni sudac za prekršaje vozača, inače po zanimanju stolara, proglasio krivim jer je prekršio Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama te mu je izrečena novčana kazna od 7500 kuna koju, pod prijetnjom prisilne naplate, mora platiti u roku od 15 dana od dana pravomoćnosti presude.

Sud ga je podsjetio i na mogućnost da ako uplati kaznu u tom roku, tada će mu se priznati da je presudu u cijelosti izvršio ako u korist Državnog proračuna RH uplati dvije trećine odnosno 5000 kuna. Stolaru je izrečena i zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja motornim vozilima „B“ kategorije na rok od 18 mjeseci, a N. T. u roku od 15 dana po pravomoćnosti presude mora platiti i 200 kuna sudskih troškova.

Neslužbeno smo doznali da je N. T.-u prošle godine već na području Metkovića tijekom jedne kontrole izmjereno 1,93 promila alkohola, navodno kada se iz BiH, odakle je podrijetlom, vraćao u Župu.

Pokušali smo pronaći N. T.-a na području Kupara, Mlina i Postranja, ali ga na gradilištu na koje nas je uputio njegov poslodavac, privatni građevinski poduzetnik J. L. nije bilo tako da smo ostali bez njegove ispovijesti.

Inače, zanimljivo u cijeloj priči je da je N. T. po zanimanju stolar koji često razvozi materijal kamionom tvrtke u kojoj radi.
