Zdravstvena inspekcija Ministarstva zdravlja utvrdila je da porođaj rodilje koja je krajem siječnja u vinkovačkoj bolnici rodila mrtvo dijete, nije vođen prema pravilima suvremene opstetričke prakse jer je uvidom u dokumentaciju utvrđeno kako zbog neadekvatnog vođenja i praćenja porođaja nije prepoznata fetalna patnja, doznaje se u Ministarstvu zdravlja.

Riječ je o slučaju rodilje, koja je krajem siječnja primljena u vinkovačku bolnicu nakon visokorizične trudnoće, a koju je, prema njezinim tvrdnjama, nakon cjelodnevnih trudova koji su obilježile brojne komplikacije, liječnik odbio poroditi carskim rezom, zbog čega je dijete rođeno mrtvo.

Ministarstvo zdravlja će cjeloviti predmet zbog mogućih elemenata kaznenog djela proslijediti Državnom odvjetništvu RH a ustupljen je na postupanje i Hrvatskoj liječničkoj komori, u skladu sa Zakonom o zdravstvenoj zaštiti.

Tijekom nadzora u vinkovačkoj bolnici uzete su izjave svih zdravstvenih radnika koji su sudjelovali u vođenju porođaja kao i cjelovita medicinska dokumentacija koja uključuje povijest bolesti, sestrinsku dokumentaciju, zapisnik sa sekcije i trudničku knjižicu.

Zdravstvena inspekcija obavila je nadzor 22. i 23. veljače u koordinaciji s članovima Stručnog povjerenstva koje je imenovao ministar zdrava Dario Nakić.

Zdravstvena inspekcija Ministarstva zdravlja utvrdila je da porođaj rodilje koja je krajem siječnja u vinkovačkoj bolnici rodila mrtvo dijete, nije vođen prema pravilima suvremene opstetričke prakse jer je uvidom u dokumentaciju utvrđeno kako zbog neadekvatnog vođenja i praćenja porođaja nije prepoznata fetalna patnja, doznaje se u Ministarstvu zdravlja.

Riječ je o slučaju rodilje, koja je krajem siječnja primljena u vinkovačku bolnicu nakon visokorizične trudnoće, a koju je, prema njezinim tvrdnjama, nakon cjelodnevnih trudova koji su obilježile brojne komplikacije, liječnik odbio poroditi carskim rezom, zbog čega je dijete rođeno mrtvo.

Ministarstvo zdravlja će cjeloviti predmet zbog mogućih elemenata kaznenog djela proslijediti Državnom odvjetništvu RH a ustupljen je na postupanje i Hrvatskoj liječničkoj komori, u skladu sa Zakonom o zdravstvenoj zaštiti.

Tijekom nadzora u vinkovačkoj bolnici uzete su izjave svih zdravstvenih radnika koji su sudjelovali u vođenju porođaja kao i cjelovita medicinska dokumentacija koja uključuje povijest bolesti, sestrinsku dokumentaciju, zapisnik sa sekcije i trudničku knjižicu.

Zdravstvena inspekcija obavila je nadzor 22. i 23. veljače u koordinaciji s članovima Stručnog povjerenstva koje je imenovao ministar zdrava Dario Nakić.
