Inspektori Službe gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije PU splitsko-dalmatinske prijavili su 31-godišnjaka i 23-godišnjaka za više kaznenih djela iz domene gospodarskog kriminaliteta kojim su oštetili državni proračun za oko 150.000 kuna te privatnu tvrtku za 220.000 kuna.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđena je sumnja da je 31-godišnjak u svojstvu odgovorne osobe tvrtke tijekom 2018. godine nabavljao te prodavao robu koju nije knjižio niti je za istu obračunavao i platio pripadajući PDV i ostale poreze. Osim toga je, navodi prijava, podizao gotovinu sa žiro računa tvrtke te isplate nije prikazao u poslovnim knjigama, dio novca nije vratio, a dio je prikazao kao fiktivne pozajmice trećih osoba.

Potom je prodao tvrtku 23-godišnjaku, koji nadalje, kao odgovorna osoba, također nije obračunavao i platio pripadajući PDV na nabavljenu robu niti porez na dobit za 2018. godine, čime su oštetili proračun za oko 150 tisuća kuna te tvrtku iznos od 220 tisuća kuna. Zbog sumnje u počinjenje gore navedenih kaznenih djela protiv 31-godišnjaka i 23-godišnjaka bit će podnesene kaznene prijave nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu redovnim putem.

U prijavi se 31-godišnjak sumnjiči za počinjenje kaznenih djela utaja poreza ili carine, zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave, a 23-godišnjak zbog utaja poreza ili carine i krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave.

Inspektori Službe gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije PU splitsko-dalmatinske prijavili su 31-godišnjaka i 23-godišnjaka za više kaznenih djela iz domene gospodarskog kriminaliteta kojim su oštetili državni proračun za oko 150.000 kuna te privatnu tvrtku za 220.000 kuna.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđena je sumnja da je 31-godišnjak u svojstvu odgovorne osobe tvrtke tijekom 2018. godine nabavljao te prodavao robu koju nije knjižio niti je za istu obračunavao i platio pripadajući PDV i ostale poreze. Osim toga je, navodi prijava, podizao gotovinu sa žiro računa tvrtke te isplate nije prikazao u poslovnim knjigama, dio novca nije vratio, a dio je prikazao kao fiktivne pozajmice trećih osoba.

Potom je prodao tvrtku 23-godišnjaku, koji nadalje, kao odgovorna osoba, također nije obračunavao i platio pripadajući PDV na nabavljenu robu niti porez na dobit za 2018. godine, čime su oštetili proračun za oko 150 tisuća kuna te tvrtku iznos od 220 tisuća kuna. Zbog sumnje u počinjenje gore navedenih kaznenih djela protiv 31-godišnjaka i 23-godišnjaka bit će podnesene kaznene prijave nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu redovnim putem.

U prijavi se 31-godišnjak sumnjiči za počinjenje kaznenih djela utaja poreza ili carine, zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave, a 23-godišnjak zbog utaja poreza ili carine i krivotvorenje službene ili poslovne isprave.

Dolijali lovci u mutnom: inspektori splitske policije prijavili dvojicu za utaju poreza, zlouporabu i krivotvorenja ‘teške‘ preko 350.000 kuna

Inspektori Službe gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije PU splitsko-dalmatinske prijavili su 31-godišnjaka i 23-godišnjaka za više kaznenih djela iz domene gospodarskog kriminaliteta kojim su oštetili državni proračun za oko 150.000 kuna te privatnu tvrtku za 220.000 kuna.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđena je sumnja da je 31-godišnjak u svojstvu odgovorne osobe tvrtke tijekom 2018. godine nabavljao te prodavao robu koju nije knjižio niti je za istu obračunavao i platio pripadajući PDV i ostale poreze. Osim toga je, navodi prijava, podizao gotovinu sa žiro računa tvrtke te isplate nije prikazao u poslovnim knjigama, dio novca nije vratio, a dio je prikazao kao fiktivne pozajmice trećih osoba.
