Zbog prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju, kojom se za svoju tvrtku “Virgula” domogao 1,6 milijuna eura, podignuta je optužnica protiv Ante Madunića (49), bivšeg hrvatskog konzula u Švicarskoj i Njemačkoj. Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu, koje ga je optužilo, zatražilo je odmah i suđenje u odsutnosti jer se Madunić, koji ima dvojno državljanstvo, nalazi u BiH te je nedostupan hrvatskom pravosuđu.

Maduniću se stavlja na teret da je u razdoblju od početka 2006. godine do kraja 2009. godine, u Splitu, kao direktor i osnivač trgovačkog društva “Virgula” iz Splita, zaključio s kupcima, i to jednim trgovačkim društvom iz Splita i devet hrvatskih državljana, ugovore o kupoprodaji stanova.

Prigodom sklapanja ugovora, stoji u optužnici, neistinito je prikazao kupcima da će im nakon isplate kupoprodajne cijene ishoditi brisovna očitovanja radi brisanja uknjižbe založnog prava na kupljenim stanovima, upisane kada je bila zasnovana hipoteka radi osiguranja potraživanja dviju banaka iz Austrije prema “Virguli”.

Tužiteljstvo smatra kao je Madunić unaprijed odlučio da tako ne postupi te je, nakon što su mu kupci stanova povjerovali i uplatili na ime kupoprodajne cijene ukupno 1.602.370 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti, novac zadržao za svoje trgovačko društvo umjesto da ga je proslijedio na račun austrijskih banaka radi brisanja založnog prava.
Na navedeni način je “Virguli” pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od 1.602.370 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti, a oštetio kupce stanova, navodi optužnica.

Pobjegao u BiH

Ante Madunić je pravomoćno osuđen na godinu dana zatvora zbog prijevare splitske obitelji Cuzzi, koja je ostala bez 140.000 eura za stan u vilama na Pazdigradu. U lipnju prošle godine trebao se javiti u Remetinec na odsluženje navedene kazne, ali se nije pojavio, nakon čega je MUP za njim raspisao tjeralicu. Madunić je zatim otišao u BiH gdje je dobio državljanstvo te ne može biti izručen Hrvatskoj. Kaznena prijava protiv njega zbog prijevare kupaca 10 stanova podnesena je prošle godine.

Zbog prijevare u gospodarskom poslovanju, kojom se za svoju tvrtku “Virgula” domogao 1,6 milijuna eura, podignuta je optužnica protiv Ante Madunića (49), bivšeg hrvatskog konzula u Švicarskoj i Njemačkoj. Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu, koje ga je optužilo, zatražilo je odmah i suđenje u odsutnosti jer se Madunić, koji ima dvojno državljanstvo, nalazi u BiH te je nedostupan hrvatskom pravosuđu.

Maduniću se stavlja na teret da je u razdoblju od početka 2006. godine do kraja 2009. godine, u Splitu, kao direktor i osnivač trgovačkog društva “Virgula” iz Splita, zaključio s kupcima, i to jednim trgovačkim društvom iz Splita i devet hrvatskih državljana, ugovore o kupoprodaji stanova.

Prigodom sklapanja ugovora, stoji u optužnici, neistinito je prikazao kupcima da će im nakon isplate kupoprodajne cijene ishoditi brisovna očitovanja radi brisanja uknjižbe založnog prava na kupljenim stanovima, upisane kada je bila zasnovana hipoteka radi osiguranja potraživanja dviju banaka iz Austrije prema “Virguli”.

Tužiteljstvo smatra kao je Madunić unaprijed odlučio da tako ne postupi te je, nakon što su mu kupci stanova povjerovali i uplatili na ime kupoprodajne cijene ukupno 1.602.370 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti, novac zadržao za svoje trgovačko društvo umjesto da ga je proslijedio na račun austrijskih banaka radi brisanja založnog prava.
Na navedeni način je “Virguli” pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od 1.602.370 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti, a oštetio kupce stanova, navodi optužnica.

Pobjegao u BiH

Ante Madunić je pravomoćno osuđen na godinu dana zatvora zbog prijevare splitske obitelji Cuzzi, koja je ostala bez 140.000 eura za stan u vilama na Pazdigradu. U lipnju prošle godine trebao se javiti u Remetinec na odsluženje navedene kazne, ali se nije pojavio, nakon čega je MUP za njim raspisao tjeralicu. Madunić je zatim otišao u BiH gdje je dobio državljanstvo te ne može biti izručen Hrvatskoj. Kaznena prijava protiv njega zbog prijevare kupaca 10 stanova podnesena je prošle godine.
