Blizu 6000 sezonskih obrta na širem splitskom području je na čekanju, a s njima i najmanje 20.000 ljudi koje zapošljavaju.
Radi se, naime, o tome da sezonci obrtnici nisu još uvijek uključeni u mjere Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje, prema kojima bi ostvarivali pravo na naknadu od 3250 kuna, odnosno 4000 kuna mjesečno. Ugostitelji su na teškim mukama jer žele zadržati radnike, prije svega kuhare, kao i pomoćno osoblje, ali ne znaju dokad će ih, s obzirom da su restriktivne Vladine mjere još na snazi, moći plaćati, jednako kao što ne znaju ni hoće li im država pomoći.
O ovoj nepovoljnoj situaciji popričali smo s poznatim makarskim ugostiteljem, Stjepanom Sliškovićem, inače i vršiteljem dužnosti predsjednika Obrtničke komore Split. On spada u grupu “cjelogodišnjih” ugostiteljskih radnika budući da ima i službu cateringa. Sezonci, prema njegovim riječima, čine više od 50 posto od ukupnog broja obrtnika na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. Njih je, naime, 5900 od ukupno registriranih 11.546.
- Moramo svi biti smireni i čekati da ovo prođe. Nekakvu nadu da bi se situacija mogla skoro stabilizirati daju nam vijesti koje stižu iz Češke, Poljske, pa čak i Italije, o blagom popuštanju s restrikcijama. Hoće li ili neće biti sezone, ovisi, ponajprije, o samom otvaranju granica, ali i o drugim stvarima.
Ugostitelji će teško preživjeti ovo ljeto ako ne spuste cijene, i to barem za 20 posto u odnosu na prošlu sezonu. Toliko ću sigurno ja ići “dolje” s određenim kategorijama jela, a nadam se da će na sličan način razmišljati i moji kolege. Kad sve ovo prođe, ljudi će se naći u nezavidnoj ekonomskoj situaciji u kojoj će im stvari na koje su dosad bili navikli, a tu ubrajam i odlazak u restorane, postati luksuz - drži Stjepan Slišković, vlasnik poznate konobe “Galinac” u Brelima, u kojoj je prošlog ljeta jeo i ruski milijarder Andrej Meljničenko sa svojom obitelji.
Kako je prilično neizvjesno hoće li gosti dubokog džepa i ove sezone pohoditi dalmatinske restorane, valja se prilagoditi onima slabije platežne moći.
- Cijene će, ponavljam, definitivno ići dolje, a ja očekujem da će nas u tome pratiti i naši dobavljači, prije svega, proizvođači mesa i ribe.
Iz jedne poznate, velike mesnice dobio sam informaciju da je biftek jeftiniji 30 posto, pa nema razloga da i u restoranima ne bude toliko povoljniji.
I janjetini će sigurno cijena biti niža; silni janjci su se uzgajali za pričesti, krizme i pirove kojih u travnju i svibnju neće biti, a to se meso mora prodati - drži Stjepan Slišković, koji je u drugoj polovici travnja i u svibnju imao dogovorenih 30 cateringa koje je, naravno, morao otkazati.
- Tako je kako je, ponavljam, moramo biti strpljivi i čekati razvoj situacije. U ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti je možda sad najkritičnije jer na svaki zatvoreni objekt ide pet do deset radnika.
S kozmetičkim i frizerskim salonima je nešto drugačija priča; svaki takav obrt zapošljava možda dvoje do troje ljudi, no i njima je, naravno, izuzetno teško. Kako bismo preživjeli ovu krizu, svi mi obrtnici moramo biti spremni na određene ustupke, prije svega na spuštanje cijena naših usluga - ističe Slišković.
Ovog ljeta bi se stoga, ako je suditi prema najavama našeg sugovornika, i lokalci mogli počastiti večericom u nekom od naših restorana. Ako ih, naravno, korona-kriza financijski potpuno ne dokrajči...

Ustrajni HOK
Iz Hrvatske obrtničke komore (HOK) poručili su kako će ustrajati u svojim traženjima te se i dalje snažno zalagati da i obrtnici sezonci ostvare pravo na naknadu Hrvatskoga zavoda za zapošljavanje. U skladu s time napominju kako vjeruju da će Ministarstvo rada i mirovinskoga sustava i Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje prihvatiti argumente kojima HOK dokazuje potrebu zaštite sezonskih obrtnika.

Blizu 6000 sezonskih obrta na širem splitskom području je na čekanju, a s njima i najmanje 20.000 ljudi koje zapošljavaju.
Radi se, naime, o tome da sezonci obrtnici nisu još uvijek uključeni u mjere Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje, prema kojima bi ostvarivali pravo na naknadu od 3250 kuna, odnosno 4000 kuna mjesečno. Ugostitelji su na teškim mukama jer žele zadržati radnike, prije svega kuhare, kao i pomoćno osoblje, ali ne znaju dokad će ih, s obzirom da su restriktivne Vladine mjere još na snazi, moći plaćati, jednako kao što ne znaju ni hoće li im država pomoći.
O ovoj nepovoljnoj situaciji popričali smo s poznatim makarskim ugostiteljem, Stjepanom Sliškovićem, inače i vršiteljem dužnosti predsjednika Obrtničke komore Split. On spada u grupu “cjelogodišnjih” ugostiteljskih radnika budući da ima i službu cateringa. Sezonci, prema njegovim riječima, čine više od 50 posto od ukupnog broja obrtnika na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije. Njih je, naime, 5900 od ukupno registriranih 11.546.
- Moramo svi biti smireni i čekati da ovo prođe. Nekakvu nadu da bi se situacija mogla skoro stabilizirati daju nam vijesti koje stižu iz Češke, Poljske, pa čak i Italije, o blagom popuštanju s restrikcijama. Hoće li ili neće biti sezone, ovisi, ponajprije, o samom otvaranju granica, ali i o drugim stvarima.
Ugostitelji će teško preživjeti ovo ljeto ako ne spuste cijene, i to barem za 20 posto u odnosu na prošlu sezonu. Toliko ću sigurno ja ići “dolje” s određenim kategorijama jela, a nadam se da će na sličan način razmišljati i moji kolege. Kad sve ovo prođe, ljudi će se naći u nezavidnoj ekonomskoj situaciji u kojoj će im stvari na koje su dosad bili navikli, a tu ubrajam i odlazak u restorane, postati luksuz - drži Stjepan Slišković, vlasnik poznate konobe “Galinac” u Brelima, u kojoj je prošlog ljeta jeo i ruski milijarder Andrej Meljničenko sa svojom obitelji.
Kako je prilično neizvjesno hoće li gosti dubokog džepa i ove sezone pohoditi dalmatinske restorane, valja se prilagoditi onima slabije platežne moći.
- Cijene će, ponavljam, definitivno ići dolje, a ja očekujem da će nas u tome pratiti i naši dobavljači, prije svega, proizvođači mesa i ribe.
Iz jedne poznate, velike mesnice dobio sam informaciju da je biftek jeftiniji 30 posto, pa nema razloga da i u restoranima ne bude toliko povoljniji.
I janjetini će sigurno cijena biti niža; silni janjci su se uzgajali za pričesti, krizme i pirove kojih u travnju i svibnju neće biti, a to se meso mora prodati - drži Stjepan Slišković, koji je u drugoj polovici travnja i u svibnju imao dogovorenih 30 cateringa koje je, naravno, morao otkazati.
- Tako je kako je, ponavljam, moramo biti strpljivi i čekati razvoj situacije. U ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti je možda sad najkritičnije jer na svaki zatvoreni objekt ide pet do deset radnika.
S kozmetičkim i frizerskim salonima je nešto drugačija priča; svaki takav obrt zapošljava možda dvoje do troje ljudi, no i njima je, naravno, izuzetno teško. Kako bismo preživjeli ovu krizu, svi mi obrtnici moramo biti spremni na određene ustupke, prije svega na spuštanje cijena naših usluga - ističe Slišković.

Ustrajni HOK
Iz Hrvatske obrtničke komore (HOK) poručili su kako će ustrajati u svojim traženjima te se i dalje snažno zalagati da i obrtnici sezonci ostvare pravo na naknadu Hrvatskoga zavoda za zapošljavanje. U skladu s time napominju kako vjeruju da će Ministarstvo rada i mirovinskoga sustava i Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje prihvatiti argumente kojima HOK dokazuje potrebu zaštite sezonskih obrtnika.
