Fiat automobili Srbija planira upućivati svoje radnike iz kragujevačke tvornice (nekadašnje Zastave) na rad u tvornicu u Slovačkoj. Rukovodstvo Fiata poziva radnike da se izjasne o toj najavi. Razumljivo, oglasio se i Sindikat u Kragujevcu, piše danas.rs.

Samostalni Sindikat FAS-a iz Kragujevca danas se oglasio ističući kako ovo upućivanje zaposlenika u Slovačku mora biti isključivo na dragovoljnoj osnovi i isključivo u skladu sa Zakonom o uslovima za upućivanje zaposlenika na privremeni rad u inozemstvo i njihovoj zaštiti.

Inače, s proizvodnih traka tvornice Fiat Automobili Srbija u Kragujevcu u prošloj je godini sišlo oko 20.000 vozila, dakle, značajno manje nego rekordne 2013. godine kada je proizvedeno 117.000 automobila!

Nekadašnji automobilist Andrej Kulundžić kaže da je jasno da modelu 500 L, popularnoj "pandi", polako "ističe vrijeme".  
"Samim tim, neophodna je nova strategija proizvođača da izađe s novim automobilom koji bi bio dostupan i domaćim kupcima, u suprotnom se tvornica može prodati ili zatvoriti", kazao je.

U srpnju će se navršiti točno 10 godina otkako je startala proizvodnja modela Fiat 500 L, uz male izmjene 2016. godine, podsjeća danas.rs.

"Modeli u automobilskoj industriji mijenjaju se na sedam-osam godina, dok se određene facelift promjene, kao što su redizajn svjetlosnih grupa ili plastičnih dijelova prakticira svake tri-četiri godine. Situacija kod Fiata je malo drugačija jer njihov lifestyle model 500 traje od 2007. godine i doživljava, uz blage korekcije, još uvijek interes ljubitelja automobila, ali to je jedinstveni primjer modela koji je nosilac prodaje brenda i malo je takvih primjera u današnjoj auto industriji. Upravo iz tog razloga, može se reći da se 500 L održao deset godina zbog filozofije kompanije“, objašnjava Kulundžić.

Naime, automobil Fiat 500 L, koji se proizvodi u Kragujevcu od 2012. godine, već se svrstava u starije modele, što utječe i na njegovu tražnju, pa je tvornica projektirana za proizvodnju i do 200.000 automobila godišnje postupno smanjivala proizvodnju.

Kulundžić podsjeća da su još ranije mediji u Srbiji prenosili neslužbena saznanja talijanskih kolega da bi model 500 L trebao biti zamijenjen nešto većim automobilom pod nazivom “giardiniera”, a spominjala se i mogućnost proizvodnje manjeg SUV automobila. Službena potvrda ovih informacija, međutim, nikad nije stigla...

Fiat automobili Srbija planira upućivati svoje radnike iz kragujevačke tvornice (nekadašnje Zastave) na rad u tvornicu u Slovačkoj. Rukovodstvo Fiata poziva radnike da se izjasne o toj najavi. Razumljivo, oglasio se i Sindikat u Kragujevcu, piše danas.rs.

Samostalni Sindikat FAS-a iz Kragujevca danas se oglasio ističući kako ovo upućivanje zaposlenika u Slovačku mora biti isključivo na dragovoljnoj osnovi i isključivo u skladu sa Zakonom o uslovima za upućivanje zaposlenika na privremeni rad u inozemstvo i njihovoj zaštiti.

Inače, s proizvodnih traka tvornice Fiat Automobili Srbija u Kragujevcu u prošloj je godini sišlo oko 20.000 vozila, dakle, značajno manje nego rekordne 2013. godine kada je proizvedeno 117.000 automobila!

Nekadašnji automobilist Andrej Kulundžić kaže da je jasno da modelu 500 L, popularnoj "pandi", polako "ističe vrijeme".  
"Samim tim, neophodna je nova strategija proizvođača da izađe s novim automobilom koji bi bio dostupan i domaćim kupcima, u suprotnom se tvornica može prodati ili zatvoriti", kazao je.

U srpnju će se navršiti točno 10 godina otkako je startala proizvodnja modela Fiat 500 L, uz male izmjene 2016. godine, podsjeća danas.rs.

"Modeli u automobilskoj industriji mijenjaju se na sedam-osam godina, dok se određene facelift promjene, kao što su redizajn svjetlosnih grupa ili plastičnih dijelova prakticira svake tri-četiri godine. Situacija kod Fiata je malo drugačija jer njihov lifestyle model 500 traje od 2007. godine i doživljava, uz blage korekcije, još uvijek interes ljubitelja automobila, ali to je jedinstveni primjer modela koji je nosilac prodaje brenda i malo je takvih primjera u današnjoj auto industriji. Upravo iz tog razloga, može se reći da se 500 L održao deset godina zbog filozofije kompanije“, objašnjava Kulundžić.

Naime, automobil Fiat 500 L, koji se proizvodi u Kragujevcu od 2012. godine, već se svrstava u starije modele, što utječe i na njegovu tražnju, pa je tvornica projektirana za proizvodnju i do 200.000 automobila godišnje postupno smanjivala proizvodnju.

Kulundžić podsjeća da su još ranije mediji u Srbiji prenosili neslužbena saznanja talijanskih kolega da bi model 500 L trebao biti zamijenjen nešto većim automobilom pod nazivom “giardiniera”, a spominjala se i mogućnost proizvodnje manjeg SUV automobila. Službena potvrda ovih informacija, međutim, nikad nije stigla...
