To što četiri mjeseca usporava promet maloprodaje u Hrvatskoj ne znači da smo prestali biti šopingoholičari, već nam je realna vrijednost plaće oslabila, burze građanima ne donose prinose kao prije, a i banke su mnoge kredite prepolovile.
Tako bi glasio slobodan prijevod analize ekonomskih stručnjaka Privredne banke Zagreb koji navode da je kretanje trgovine od kolovoza do početka prosinca 2008. odskakalo od proteklih godina, i to padovima od 1,4 do 11 posto u studenome.
Plasmani rasli 9,3 posto, a preklani 17 posto
Tih se mjeseci smanjivao promet gorivima, promet u nespecijaliziranim prodavaonicama prehrambenih namirnica i ostalim nespecijaliziranim prodavaonicama te prodaja voća i povrća.
Prve tri “kategorije” čine 55,2 posto prometa maloprodaje, a analitičari PBZ-a kažu da se pad prometa goriva može dijelom objasniti padom njihovih cijena. To što ostale proizvode kupujemo manje rezultat je činjenice da su rasle cijene, pa je u srpnju zabilježena najveća inflacija na godišnjoj razini od 8,4 posto.
Od lanjskog svibnja do kolovoza prosječna neto plaća padala je od 0,3 do jedan posto. Utanjio je i dotok novca iz zaduživanja: u 11 lanjskih mjeseci plasmani građanima rasli su 9,3 posto, a u istom razdoblju 2007. rasli su 17,1 posto.
Stopa rasta kredita po karticama iznosila je 13 posto, a godinu dana ranije 27 posto, autokrediti su pali 0,6 posto, a u 2007. su rasli 1,9 posto. Analitičari PBZ-a navode da je u tom razdoblju i štednja stanovništva pala na godišnjoj razini, a u listopadu i u studenom i na mjesečnoj.
Pad stambenog kreditiranja
Prepolovljen je i rast stambenih kredita s 20,6 posto na 10,4 posto, što za sobom povlači, ističu analitičari PBZ-a, manji promet na tržištu nekretnina i manju potrošnju za opremanje stanova.
Kako podataka o prometu u prosincu još nisu imali, analitičari PBZ-a vele da ne mogu biti sigurni je li došlo do stvarnog zaokreta ili je riječ o kratkotrajnoj epizodi usporavanja prometa.

To što četiri mjeseca usporava promet maloprodaje u Hrvatskoj ne znači da smo prestali biti šopingoholičari, već nam je realna vrijednost plaće oslabila, burze građanima ne donose prinose kao prije, a i banke su mnoge kredite prepolovile.
Tako bi glasio slobodan prijevod analize ekonomskih stručnjaka Privredne banke Zagreb koji navode da je kretanje trgovine od kolovoza do početka prosinca 2008. odskakalo od proteklih godina, i to padovima od 1,4 do 11 posto u studenome.
Plasmani rasli 9,3 posto, a preklani 17 posto
Tih se mjeseci smanjivao promet gorivima, promet u nespecijaliziranim prodavaonicama prehrambenih namirnica i ostalim nespecijaliziranim prodavaonicama te prodaja voća i povrća.
Prve tri “kategorije” čine 55,2 posto prometa maloprodaje, a analitičari PBZ-a kažu da se pad prometa goriva može dijelom objasniti padom njihovih cijena. To što ostale proizvode kupujemo manje rezultat je činjenice da su rasle cijene, pa je u srpnju zabilježena najveća inflacija na godišnjoj razini od 8,4 posto.
Od lanjskog svibnja do kolovoza prosječna neto plaća padala je od 0,3 do jedan posto. Utanjio je i dotok novca iz zaduživanja: u 11 lanjskih mjeseci plasmani građanima rasli su 9,3 posto, a u istom razdoblju 2007. rasli su 17,1 posto.
Stopa rasta kredita po karticama iznosila je 13 posto, a godinu dana ranije 27 posto, autokrediti su pali 0,6 posto, a u 2007. su rasli 1,9 posto. Analitičari PBZ-a navode da je u tom razdoblju i štednja stanovništva pala na godišnjoj razini, a u listopadu i u studenom i na mjesečnoj.
Pad stambenog kreditiranja
Prepolovljen je i rast stambenih kredita s 20,6 posto na 10,4 posto, što za sobom povlači, ističu analitičari PBZ-a, manji promet na tržištu nekretnina i manju potrošnju za opremanje stanova.
Kako podataka o prometu u prosincu još nisu imali, analitičari PBZ-a vele da ne mogu biti sigurni je li došlo do stvarnog zaokreta ili je riječ o kratkotrajnoj epizodi usporavanja prometa.
