Upravno vijeće Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) izdalo je dodatne preporuke za sektor leasinga, a s čime su na današnjem sastanku upoznati i predstavnici prijevoznika udruženih u udrugu „Glas poduzetnika“ koji su tom prilikom skrenuli pozornost na konkretne probleme, izvijestili su iz ove agencije.

Istaknuo je kako je HANFA je još 30. ožujka ove godine donijela preporuke leasing društvima da zbog izvanrednih okolnosti ne poduzimaju mjere prisilne naplate prema do tada urednim platišama leasinga, do 31. ožujka 2021., a radi zaštite korisnika usluga leasinga i ublažavanje posljedica novonastale krize.

Nadalje, HANFA je od leasing društava zatražila pojašnjenje procesa odobravanja moratorija na leasing te je slijedom svega navedenog u srijedu uputila dodatne preporuke leasing društvima, a one se odnose na: mogućnost ugovaranja moratorija na razdoblje duže od tri mjeseca, prestanak naplaćivanja obračunatih kamata u razdoblju moratorija, zatim obustava svih postupaka prisilne naplate tijekom ugovorenog razdoblja moratorija za ranije uredne korisnike leasinga.

Također HANFA traži da se tijekom odgode ne obračunavaju i ne naplaćuju zatezne kamate onim primateljima leasinga kojima je odobrena odgoda plaćanja.

Navedene dodatne preporuke HANFA-e izdane su s ciljem olakšanja obaveza koje poduzetnici imaju prema leasing društvima te sprječavanje pogoršanja financijske situacije u toj djelatnosti.

Analizirajući stanje HANFA-e je utvrdila da leasing društva najčešće odobravaju odgode plaćanja na tri mjeseca te da se, za financijski leasing, tijekom odgode zaračunava i naplaćuje redovna kamata, a što s obzirom na novonastalu situaciju poduzetnicima nije dovoljno.

Većini primatelja leasinga zbog krize izazvane koronavirusom znatno su smanjeni prihodi iz poslovanja te im je čak i plaćanje kamate, bez plaćanja glavnice, izuzetno otežano.

Iako podaci pokazuju da su leasing društva odobrila većinu zahtjeva za odgodom plaćanja leasinga HANFA smatra da društva trebaju poduzeti dodatne napore kako bi se dugoročno riješila novonastala situacija.

Do 1. svibnja 2020. leasing kuće odobrile su reprogram za 67,7 posto leasing ugovora, odnosno za 77,5 posto vrijednosti svih ugovora, dok je preostali dio zahtjeva u obradi.

U pojedinim leasing kućama postotak reprogramiranih ugovora o leasingu iznosi čak 100 posto zatraženih reprograma, koje se često naziva i moratorijem na leasing.

To znači da su leasing društva primateljima leasinga do početka svibnja odobrili reprogram za 22 tisuće ugovora o leasingu ukupne vrijednosti 4,5 milijardi kuna.

- Poduzetnici su upućeni da od društava kod kojih imaju sklopljene leasing ugovore zatraže reprogram (moratorij), jer je isti moguće dogovoriti isključivo kroz izravnu komunikaciju korisnika i leasing društva. HANFA svakodnevno prati nove razvoje situacije te će i dalje pravovremeno donositi odluke i postupati u skladu sa svojim nadzornim ovlastima, a u cilju stabilizacije tržišta leasinga, ali i ukupnog financijskog sustava u cjelini - poručuju iz HANFA-e.

Upravno vijeće Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) izdalo je dodatne preporuke za sektor leasinga, a s čime su na današnjem sastanku upoznati i predstavnici prijevoznika udruženih u udrugu „Glas poduzetnika“ koji su tom prilikom skrenuli pozornost na konkretne probleme, izvijestili su iz ove agencije.

Istaknuo je kako je HANFA je još 30. ožujka ove godine donijela preporuke leasing društvima da zbog izvanrednih okolnosti ne poduzimaju mjere prisilne naplate prema do tada urednim platišama leasinga, do 31. ožujka 2021., a radi zaštite korisnika usluga leasinga i ublažavanje posljedica novonastale krize.

Nadalje, HANFA je od leasing društava zatražila pojašnjenje procesa odobravanja moratorija na leasing te je slijedom svega navedenog u srijedu uputila dodatne preporuke leasing društvima, a one se odnose na: mogućnost ugovaranja moratorija na razdoblje duže od tri mjeseca, prestanak naplaćivanja obračunatih kamata u razdoblju moratorija, zatim obustava svih postupaka prisilne naplate tijekom ugovorenog razdoblja moratorija za ranije uredne korisnike leasinga.

Također HANFA traži da se tijekom odgode ne obračunavaju i ne naplaćuju zatezne kamate onim primateljima leasinga kojima je odobrena odgoda plaćanja.

Navedene dodatne preporuke HANFA-e izdane su s ciljem olakšanja obaveza koje poduzetnici imaju prema leasing društvima te sprječavanje pogoršanja financijske situacije u toj djelatnosti.

Analizirajući stanje HANFA-e je utvrdila da leasing društva najčešće odobravaju odgode plaćanja na tri mjeseca te da se, za financijski leasing, tijekom odgode zaračunava i naplaćuje redovna kamata, a što s obzirom na novonastalu situaciju poduzetnicima nije dovoljno.

Većini primatelja leasinga zbog krize izazvane koronavirusom znatno su smanjeni prihodi iz poslovanja te im je čak i plaćanje kamate, bez plaćanja glavnice, izuzetno otežano.

Iako podaci pokazuju da su leasing društva odobrila većinu zahtjeva za odgodom plaćanja leasinga HANFA smatra da društva trebaju poduzeti dodatne napore kako bi se dugoročno riješila novonastala situacija.

Do 1. svibnja 2020. leasing kuće odobrile su reprogram za 67,7 posto leasing ugovora, odnosno za 77,5 posto vrijednosti svih ugovora, dok je preostali dio zahtjeva u obradi.

U pojedinim leasing kućama postotak reprogramiranih ugovora o leasingu iznosi čak 100 posto zatraženih reprograma, koje se često naziva i moratorijem na leasing.

To znači da su leasing društva primateljima leasinga do početka svibnja odobrili reprogram za 22 tisuće ugovora o leasingu ukupne vrijednosti 4,5 milijardi kuna.

- Poduzetnici su upućeni da od društava kod kojih imaju sklopljene leasing ugovore zatraže reprogram (moratorij), jer je isti moguće dogovoriti isključivo kroz izravnu komunikaciju korisnika i leasing društva. HANFA svakodnevno prati nove razvoje situacije te će i dalje pravovremeno donositi odluke i postupati u skladu sa svojim nadzornim ovlastima, a u cilju stabilizacije tržišta leasinga, ali i ukupnog financijskog sustava u cjelini - poručuju iz HANFA-e.

Leasing društva odobrila reprogram ugovora ukupne vrijednosti 4,5 milijardi kuna. HANFA izdala nove preporuke za ublažavanje posljedica korona-krize

Upravno vijeće Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) izdalo je dodatne preporuke za sektor leasinga, a s čime su na današnjem sastanku upoznati i predstavnici prijevoznika udruženih u udrugu „Glas poduzetnika“ koji su tom prilikom skrenuli pozornost na konkretne probleme, izvijestili su iz ove agencije.

Istaknuo je kako je HANFA je još 30. ožujka ove godine donijela preporuke leasing društvima da zbog izvanrednih okolnosti ne poduzimaju mjere prisilne naplate prema do tada urednim platišama leasinga, do 31. ožujka 2021., a radi zaštite korisnika usluga leasinga i ublažavanje posljedica novonastale krize.
