Mesna industrija ‘Braća Pivac‘ iz Vrgorca probila se među deset najvećih dioničara ‘Spana‘, prve domaće IT kompanije koja je izašla na Zagrebačku burzu. Prema izvješću burze, ‘Braća Pivac‘ osmi su po veličini dioničar ‘Spana‘ s 34 tisuće i 546 dionica ili s 1,76 posto vlasničkog udjela u toj zagrebačkoj tvrtki, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Kada broj dionica pod kontrolom ‘Braće Pivac‘ u vlasničkoj strukturi ‘Spana‘ stavi u odnos s zaključenom cijenom u trgovini dionicom ‘Spana‘ u srijedu na Zagrebačkoj burzi od 60 eura, dolazi se do vrijednosti njihova vlasničkog udjela od dva milijuna eura. Potonji iznos znači da je ‘Span‘ još uvijek jedno od manjih ulaganja na tržištu kapitala ‘Braće Pivac‘ koja su se po ulaganjima u dionice drugih tvrtki možda pročula i više od stvaranja mesne industrije u Vrgorcu i preuzimanja drugih tvrtki iz te branše poput karlovačkog ‘PPK‘-a i ‘Vajde‘ iz Čakovca.

Svakako najpoznatiji pothvat ‘Braće Pivac‘ na tržištu kapitala je ovladavanje zagrebačkim ‘Krašom‘ u kojem trenutno drže 55 posto vlasništva. U posljednje vrijeme najviše pozornosti privlači njihovo napredovanje u vlasničkoj strukturi koprivničke ‘Podravke‘ gdje su trenutno osmi po veličini vlasnik dionica s udjelom od 3,3 posto. Gledajući zaključne cijene trgovanja dionicama ‘Kraša‘ i ‘Podravke‘ u srijedu, vlasnički udio ‘Braće Pivac‘ u tim dvjema kompanijama vrijedan je 85 milijuna eura, od čega u ‘Krašu‘ oko 61 milijun eura.

Prema poslovnom izvješću MI ‘Braća Pivac‘ za 2021., najveći udio u dugotrajnoj imovini kompanije vrijednoj 330 milijuna kuna čini vrijednost dionica i udjela u tvrtkama procijenjena na 154 milijuna kuna. U toj se godini, prema istome izvoru, vrgoračka mesna industrija dijelom zadužila i radi kupnje dionica ‘Podravke‘, a kupovala je i dionice karlovačkog ‘PPK‘ i ‘Vajde‘ kojih je sada 100 postotni vlasnik.

Kada je u pitanju vlasnička struktura ‘Spana‘ i dalje je najveći dioničar osnivač tvrtke Nikola Dujmović s 35,67 posto vlasništva. Iz ‘Spana‘ je u srijedu priopćeno kako je broj dionica ‘Spana‘ u vlasništvu same tvrtke smanjen za 4615 dionica, odnosno s udjela od 0,86 na 0,62 posto.

Mesna industrija ‘Braća Pivac‘ iz Vrgorca probila se među deset najvećih dioničara ‘Spana‘, prve domaće IT kompanije koja je izašla na Zagrebačku burzu. Prema izvješću burze, ‘Braća Pivac‘ osmi su po veličini dioničar ‘Spana‘ s 34 tisuće i 546 dionica ili s 1,76 posto vlasničkog udjela u toj zagrebačkoj tvrtki, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Kada broj dionica pod kontrolom ‘Braće Pivac‘ u vlasničkoj strukturi ‘Spana‘ stavi u odnos s zaključenom cijenom u trgovini dionicom ‘Spana‘ u srijedu na Zagrebačkoj burzi od 60 eura, dolazi se do vrijednosti njihova vlasničkog udjela od dva milijuna eura. Potonji iznos znači da je ‘Span‘ još uvijek jedno od manjih ulaganja na tržištu kapitala ‘Braće Pivac‘ koja su se po ulaganjima u dionice drugih tvrtki možda pročula i više od stvaranja mesne industrije u Vrgorcu i preuzimanja drugih tvrtki iz te branše poput karlovačkog ‘PPK‘-a i ‘Vajde‘ iz Čakovca.

Svakako najpoznatiji pothvat ‘Braće Pivac‘ na tržištu kapitala je ovladavanje zagrebačkim ‘Krašom‘ u kojem trenutno drže 55 posto vlasništva. U posljednje vrijeme najviše pozornosti privlači njihovo napredovanje u vlasničkoj strukturi koprivničke ‘Podravke‘ gdje su trenutno osmi po veličini vlasnik dionica s udjelom od 3,3 posto. Gledajući zaključne cijene trgovanja dionicama ‘Kraša‘ i ‘Podravke‘ u srijedu, vlasnički udio ‘Braće Pivac‘ u tim dvjema kompanijama vrijedan je 85 milijuna eura, od čega u ‘Krašu‘ oko 61 milijun eura.

Prema poslovnom izvješću MI ‘Braća Pivac‘ za 2021., najveći udio u dugotrajnoj imovini kompanije vrijednoj 330 milijuna kuna čini vrijednost dionica i udjela u tvrtkama procijenjena na 154 milijuna kuna. U toj se godini, prema istome izvoru, vrgoračka mesna industrija dijelom zadužila i radi kupnje dionica ‘Podravke‘, a kupovala je i dionice karlovačkog ‘PPK‘ i ‘Vajde‘ kojih je sada 100 postotni vlasnik.

Kada je u pitanju vlasnička struktura ‘Spana‘ i dalje je najveći dioničar osnivač tvrtke Nikola Dujmović s 35,67 posto vlasništva. Iz ‘Spana‘ je u srijedu priopćeno kako je broj dionica ‘Spana‘ u vlasništvu same tvrtke smanjen za 4615 dionica, odnosno s udjela od 0,86 na 0,62 posto.

‘Braća Pivac‘ bacila oko i na poznatu hrvatsku IT tvrtku! Drže dionice vrijedne čak 2 milijuna eura

Mesna industrija ‘Braća Pivac‘ iz Vrgorca probila se među deset najvećih dioničara ‘Spana‘, prve domaće IT kompanije koja je izašla na Zagrebačku burzu. Prema izvješću burze, ‘Braća Pivac‘ osmi su po veličini dioničar ‘Spana‘ s 34 tisuće i 546 dionica ili s 1,76 posto vlasničkog udjela u toj zagrebačkoj tvrtki, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Kada broj dionica pod kontrolom ‘Braće Pivac‘ u vlasničkoj strukturi ‘Spana‘ stavi u odnos s zaključenom cijenom u trgovini dionicom ‘Spana‘ u srijedu na Zagrebačkoj burzi od 60 eura, dolazi se do vrijednosti njihova vlasničkog udjela od dva milijuna eura. Potonji iznos znači da je ‘Span‘ još uvijek jedno od manjih ulaganja na tržištu kapitala ‘Braće Pivac‘ koja su se po ulaganjima u dionice drugih tvrtki možda pročula i više od stvaranja mesne industrije u Vrgorcu i preuzimanja drugih tvrtki iz te branše poput karlovačkog ‘PPK‘-a i ‘Vajde‘ iz Čakovca.

Svakako najpoznatiji pothvat ‘Braće Pivac‘ na tržištu kapitala je ovladavanje zagrebačkim ‘Krašom‘ u kojem trenutno drže 55 posto vlasništva. U posljednje vrijeme najviše pozornosti privlači njihovo napredovanje u vlasničkoj strukturi koprivničke ‘Podravke‘ gdje su trenutno osmi po veličini vlasnik dionica s udjelom od 3,3 posto. Gledajući zaključne cijene trgovanja dionicama ‘Kraša‘ i ‘Podravke‘ u srijedu, vlasnički udio ‘Braće Pivac‘ u tim dvjema kompanijama vrijedan je 85 milijuna eura, od čega u ‘Krašu‘ oko 61 milijun eura.

Prema poslovnom izvješću MI ‘Braća Pivac‘ za 2021., najveći udio u dugotrajnoj imovini kompanije vrijednoj 330 milijuna kuna čini vrijednost dionica i udjela u tvrtkama procijenjena na 154 milijuna kuna.
