Jednom godišnje vaša banka dužna vam je dostaviti izvještaj o svim obračunatim troškovima i naknadama povezanim s financijskim instrumentima koje vam je preporučila ili prodala te s investicijskim i pomoćnim uslugama koje vam je pružila u protekloj godini. Iz izvještaja su jasno vidljivi i zasebno prikazani naplaćeni troškovi po različitim stavkama, piše Tportal.
Ako vam se čini da ste su izdaci preveliki, možete usporediti naknade koje naplaćuje vaša banka s naknadama drugih banaka putem internetske stranice HNB-a. Servis omogućuje usporedbu naknada za najčešće tražene usluge povezane s računom za plaćanje te bankarske pakete koji uključuju vođenje eurskog tekućeg računa.
Uvidom u listu naknada, možete odabrati najpovoljniju banku s obzirom na svoje potrebe te zatražiti prebacivanje računa za plaćanje u tu banku.
Prelazak iz jedne banke u drugu odnedavno je puno jednostavniji nego prije. Za uslugu prebacivanja računa trebate se obratiti banci koju ste izabrali i ispuniti punomoć sa svim detaljima o zatvaranju starog i otvaranju novog računa. Nakon toga banka preuzima sve administrativne zadatke u postupku prebacivanja, slično kao prilikom promjene telekom operatera.
Dakle administrativna procedura je maksimalno skraćena, a prebacivanje se provodi bez odlaska u staru banku.
U punomoći danoj odabranoj banci može zatražiti zatvaranje ili zadržavanje računa u računa u staroj banci. Ako želite zadržati stari račun, svoje poslovanje i transakcije obavljat ćete na novootvorenom računu, ali će račun u staroj banci ostati otvoren.
Ako u punomoći navedete da želite zatvoriti račun, stara će banka učiniti to u skladu s punomoći, pod uvjetom da nemate nepodmirenih obveza po tom računu. U punomoći se navode i drugi elementi važni za nastavak financijskog poslovanja. Primjerice, od nove banke možete zatražiti zadržavanje stare ili ugovaranje nove usluge izravnog terećenja i/ili trajnog naloga, prijenos pozitivnog stanja iz stare banke u novu, obavještavanje poslodavca o otvaranju novog računa i sl.
Nova banka za samo prebacivanje računa ne smije naplatiti naknadu, a za pojedinačne usluge može je naplatiti u skladu sa svojim važećim tarifama (npr. naknadu za ugovaranje trajnog naloga i izravnog terećenja, naknadu za transakciju prebacivanja salda i sl.).
Rok za prebacivanje računa za plaćanje traje najviše 12 radnih dana, a Zakonom o usporedivosti naknada, prebacivanju računa za plaćanje i pristupu osnovnom računu propisano je da stara i nova banka za korištenje usluge prebacivanja ne naplaćuju dodatnu naknadu.
Premda za uslugu prebacivanja računa za plaćanje banke prema tom zakonu ne smiju naplatiti naknadu, one to mogu učiniti ako zatražite uslugu prebacivanja, a u međuvremenu odustanete od tog zahtjeva, piše Tportal.

Nakon toga banka preuzima sve administrativne zadatke u postupku prebacivanja, slično kao prilikom promjene telekom operatera.
Dakle administrativna procedura je maksimalno skraćena, a prebacivanje se provodi bez odlaska u staru banku.
U punomoći danoj odabranoj banci može zatražiti zatvaranje ili zadržavanje računa u računa u staroj banci. Ako želite zadržati stari račun, svoje poslovanje i transakcije obavljat ćete na novootvorenom računu, ali će račun u staroj banci ostati otvoren.
Ako u punomoći navedete da želite zatvoriti račun, stara će banka učiniti to u skladu s punomoći, pod uvjetom da nemate nepodmirenih obveza po tom računu. Ako na računu za plaćanje imate nepodmirenih obveza, stara banka dužna vas je obavijestiti o tome i u izravnoj komunikaciji dogovoriti uvjete i način zatvaranja računa.
U punomoći se navode i drugi elementi važni za nastavak financijskog poslovanja. Primjerice, od nove banke možete zatražiti zadržavanje stare ili ugovaranje nove usluge izravnog terećenja i/ili trajnog naloga, prijenos pozitivnog stanja iz stare banke u novu, obavještavanje poslodavca o otvaranju novog računa i sl.
Nova banka za samo prebacivanje računa ne smije naplatiti naknadu, a za pojedinačne usluge može je naplatiti u skladu sa svojim važećim tarifama (npr. naknadu za ugovaranje trajnog naloga i izravnog terećenja, naknadu za transakciju prebacivanja salda i sl.).
Rok za prebacivanje računa za plaćanje traje najviše 12 radnih dana, a Zakonom o usporedivosti naknada, prebacivanju računa za plaćanje i pristupu osnovnom računu propisano je da stara i nova banka za korištenje usluge prebacivanja ne naplaćuju dodatnu naknadu.
Premda za uslugu prebacivanja računa za plaćanje banke prema tom zakonu ne smiju naplatiti naknadu, one to mogu učiniti ako zatražite uslugu prebacivanja, a u međuvremenu odustanete od tog zahtjeva, piše Tportal.
