I u šestoj utakmici Europskog prvenstva Hrvatska je došla do pobjede. Iako smo već osigurali polufinale, a protiv Španjolaca svakako odlučujemo o konačnoj poziciji u skupini, trebalo je odraditi i Češku. Odmorili smo najvažnije igrače i pritom produljili pobjednički niz – dovoljno za zadovoljstvo izbornika Lina Červara.

- Ispunili smo glavni cilj. Mlađi su igrači dobili priliku nadmetati se, trebaju im ovakve utakmice. Kontrolirali smo utakmicu, iako smo imali nepotreban pad, no to se uvijek može ispraviti. Obrana je ključna, a napad ne smije biti rastrošan i gubiti lopte. Odigrali smo koliko je trebalo – rekao je Červar za RTL.

Dočekali smo Marka Mamića koji je s pet golova bio naš najbolji strijelac, Matej Ašanin skupio je devet obrana (među njima i sedmerac), Matej Hrstić imao je čak šest asistencija, pivoti su odradili solidan posao... Uz neke nedostatke, obrana je ipak ponovno bila na visokoj razini.

- Ašanin je živnuo i dobio samopouzdanje. Mamić je bio raspucan, pogotovo u prvom poluvremenu. On je velik potencijal, može još više. Svjestan je toga. Bitan nam je igrač. U obrani se dobro snašao Brozović, Marić je igrao duže... Pokušali smo razigrati one s manjom minutažom jer nam svaki od njih može pomoći i bitno utjecati na rezultat. Preuzeli su odgovornost da odigraju utakmicu do kraja. Probali smo i obranu 6-0 koju ne igramo često. Odigrali smo dobro i borbeno – zadovoljan je bio Červar.

Sada slijedi Španjolska s kojom sutra igramo za prvo mjesto u skupini.

- Važna utakmica. Opet ćemo biti kompletni. Nismo pod pritiskom, želimo nastaviti niz pobjeda, ali moramo razmišljati o našoj igri jer kvalitetna igra donosi kvalitetan rezultat. Ako odemo iz Beča kao pobjednici, bit će to dobra uvertira za polufinale – rekao je Červar ne želeći pričati o potencijalnom suparniku iz druge skupine.

- U toj skupini još nije čista situacija. Trebamo biti strpljivi i psihički se dobro pripremiti.

Mamić je s nekoliko „bombi” iz daljine podsjetio na moć svog arsenala.

- Cilj je ispunjen. Pobijedili smo i odmorili igrače koji su do sada dosta igrali. Bilo je grešaka, što je možda i bilo očekivano, ali nije bilo nervoze među nama. Osjećali smo se sigurno, išli smo na glavu i htjeli pobijediti.

A uoči Španjolske je poručio:

- Idemo na pobjedu bez obzira na drugu skupinu koja je vrlo otvorena. Teško je pogađati s kim možemo igrati. Moramo gledati sebe i probati poboljšati još neke stvari u obrani i napadu te otkloniti neke pogreške. Uvijek može bolje. Vjerujem da možemo napraviti veliki rezultat.

I u šestoj utakmici Europskog prvenstva Hrvatska je došla do pobjede. Iako smo već osigurali polufinale, a protiv Španjolaca svakako odlučujemo o konačnoj poziciji u skupini, trebalo je odraditi i Češku. Odmorili smo najvažnije igrače i pritom produljili pobjednički niz – dovoljno za zadovoljstvo izbornika Lina Červara.

- Ispunili smo glavni cilj. Mlađi su igrači dobili priliku nadmetati se, trebaju im ovakve utakmice. Kontrolirali smo utakmicu, iako smo imali nepotreban pad, no to se uvijek može ispraviti. Obrana je ključna, a napad ne smije biti rastrošan i gubiti lopte. Odigrali smo koliko je trebalo – rekao je Červar za RTL.

Dočekali smo Marka Mamića koji je s pet golova bio naš najbolji strijelac, Matej Ašanin skupio je devet obrana (među njima i sedmerac), Matej Hrstić imao je čak šest asistencija, pivoti su odradili solidan posao... Uz neke nedostatke, obrana je ipak ponovno bila na visokoj razini.

- Ašanin je živnuo i dobio samopouzdanje. Mamić je bio raspucan, pogotovo u prvom poluvremenu. On je velik potencijal, može još više. Svjestan je toga. Bitan nam je igrač. U obrani se dobro snašao Brozović, Marić je igrao duže... Pokušali smo razigrati one s manjom minutažom jer nam svaki od njih može pomoći i bitno utjecati na rezultat. Preuzeli su odgovornost da odigraju utakmicu do kraja. Probali smo i obranu 6-0 koju ne igramo često. Odigrali smo dobro i borbeno – zadovoljan je bio Červar.

Sada slijedi Španjolska s kojom sutra igramo za prvo mjesto u skupini.

- Važna utakmica. Opet ćemo biti kompletni. Nismo pod pritiskom, želimo nastaviti niz pobjeda, ali moramo razmišljati o našoj igri jer kvalitetna igra donosi kvalitetan rezultat. Ako odemo iz Beča kao pobjednici, bit će to dobra uvertira za polufinale – rekao je Červar ne želeći pričati o potencijalnom suparniku iz druge skupine.

- U toj skupini još nije čista situacija. Trebamo biti strpljivi i psihički se dobro pripremiti.

Mamić je s nekoliko „bombi” iz daljine podsjetio na moć svog arsenala.

- Cilj je ispunjen. Pobijedili smo i odmorili igrače koji su do sada dosta igrali. Bilo je grešaka, što je možda i bilo očekivano, ali nije bilo nervoze među nama. Osjećali smo se sigurno, išli smo na glavu i htjeli pobijediti.

A uoči Španjolske je poručio:

- Idemo na pobjedu bez obzira na drugu skupinu koja je vrlo otvorena. Teško je pogađati s kim možemo igrati. Moramo gledati sebe i probati poboljšati još neke stvari u obrani i napadu te otkloniti neke pogreške. Uvijek može bolje. Vjerujem da možemo napraviti veliki rezultat.

I u šestoj utakmici Europskog prvenstva Hrvatska je došla do pobjede. Iako smo već osigurali polufinale, a protiv Španjolaca svakako odlučujemo o konačnoj poziciji u skupini, trebalo je odraditi i Češku. Odmorili smo najvažnije igrače i pritom produljili pobjednički niz – dovoljno za zadovoljstvo izbornika Lina Červara.

- Ispunili smo glavni cilj. Mlađi su igrači dobili priliku nadmetati se, trebaju im ovakve utakmice. Kontrolirali smo utakmicu, iako smo imali nepotreban pad, no to se uvijek može ispraviti. Obrana je ključna, a napad ne smije biti rastrošan i gubiti lopte. Odigrali smo koliko je trebalo – rekao je Červar za RTL.
