Pobjedom protiv Clippersa 107-91, košarkaši Memphisa ostvarili su 12. pobjedu sezone uz dva poraza. Šest igrača Memphisa je imalo dvoznamenkasti broj koševa, no Marc Gasol je briljirao sa 30 koševa i 12 skokova. Tony Allen je dodao 12, a Quincy Pondexter i Beno Udrih po 11 koševa.

"Bili smo agresivni i pokretljivi. Pokupili smo mnogo lopti pod suparničkim košem, što nam je otvaralo mnogo prilika za drugi napad," kazao je Gasol koji je drugu utakmicu u nizu zabio najmanje 30 koševa. U najzanimljivijem susretu večeri Denver je u Staples Centru nakon produžetka pobijedio Los Angeles Lakerse 101-94 nanijevši Lakersima šesti poraz u sedam domaćih susreta ove sezone, te jedanaesti poraz ukupno. No, moglo je biti i drugačije.

Nakon što je Danilo Gallinari realizirao samo jedno slobodno bacanje za 86-86, Lakersi su imali 15 sekundi za posljednji napad i pobjedu. Loptu je uzeo Kobe Bryant, no promašio je. U produžetku su gosti bili bolji i 'overtime' su dobili 15-8. Denver su do sedme uzastopne pobjede protiv Lakersa, te četvrte uzastopne pobjede ove sezone predvodili Wilson Chandler sa 19 koševa, Ty Lawson sa 18 koševa i 16 asistencija i Timofej Mozgov sa po 13 koševa i skokova.

"Pokazali smo da možemo igrati i obranu, posebice u produžetku," kazao je Chandler. Kod Lakersa najefikasniji je bio Bryant sa 27 koševa, dok je Jeremy Lin dodao 17 koševa.

Dramatično je bilo i u American Airlines Areni u Miamiju gdje je Heat slavio protiv Charlotte Hornetsa 94-93. Gosti su u posljednje 24 sekunde imali tri prilike za pobjednički koš, no nisu uspjeli. Dva puta je promašio Kema Walker, a zatim i Al Jefferson.

"Šteta, bili smo blizu pobjede. Dobro su me zatvorili kod zadnjeg šuta," kazao je Walker koji je zabio 16 koševa uz sedam skokova. Miami su do pobjede predvodili Luol Deng sa 26 koševa, Chris Bosh sa 20 koševa i 10 skokova, te Mario Chalmers sa 20 koševa i 10 asistencija.

U preostala dva susreta igrana sinoć Portland je slavio u Bostonu 94-88, dok je Golden State na gostovanju bio bolji od Oklahoma Cityja 91-86.

Pobjedom protiv Clippersa 107-91, košarkaši Memphisa ostvarili su 12. pobjedu sezone uz dva poraza. Šest igrača Memphisa je imalo dvoznamenkasti broj koševa, no Marc Gasol je briljirao sa 30 koševa i 12 skokova. Tony Allen je dodao 12, a Quincy Pondexter i Beno Udrih po 11 koševa.

"Bili smo agresivni i pokretljivi. Pokupili smo mnogo lopti pod suparničkim košem, što nam je otvaralo mnogo prilika za drugi napad," kazao je Gasol koji je drugu utakmicu u nizu zabio najmanje 30 koševa. U gostujućim redovima najefikasniji su bili Chris Paul sa 22 koša, te Jamal Crawford sa 18 koševa. Blake Griffin je imao lošu večer, ubacio je 12 koševa uz očajan šut iz igre 5-17.

U najzanimljivijem susretu večeri Denver je u Staples Centru nakon produžetka pobijedio Los Angeles Lakerse 101-94 nanijevši Lakersima šesti poraz u sedam domaćih susreta ove sezone, te jedanaesti poraz ukupno. No, moglo je biti i drugačije.

Nakon što je Danilo Gallinari realizirao samo jedno slobodno bacanje za 86-86, Lakersi su imali 15 sekundi za posljednji napad i pobjedu. Loptu je uzeo Kobe Bryant, no promašio je. U produžetku su gosti bili bolji i 'overtime' su dobili 15-8. Denver su do sedme uzastopne pobjede protiv Lakersa, te četvrte uzastopne pobjede ove sezone predvodili Wilson Chandler sa 19 koševa, Ty Lawson sa 18 koševa i 16 asistencija i Timofej Mozgov sa po 13 koševa i skokova.

"Pokazali smo da možemo igrati i obranu, posebice u produžetku," kazao je Chandler. Kod Lakersa najefikasniji je bio Bryant sa 27 koševa, dok je Jeremy Lin dodao 17 koševa.

Dramatično je bilo i u American Airlines Areni u Miamiju gdje je Heat slavio protiv Charlotte Hornetsa 94-93. Gosti su u posljednje 24 sekunde imali tri prilike za pobjednički koš, no nisu uspjeli. Dva puta je promašio Kema Walker, a zatim i Al Jefferson.

"Šteta, bili smo blizu pobjede. Dobro su me zatvorili kod zadnjeg šuta," kazao je Walker koji je zabio 16 koševa uz sedam skokova. Miami su do pobjede predvodili Luol Deng sa 26 koševa, Chris Bosh sa 20 koševa i 10 skokova, te Mario Chalmers sa 20 koševa i 10 asistencija.

U preostala dva susreta igrana sinoć Portland je slavio u Bostonu 94-88, dok je Golden State na gostovanju bio bolji od Oklahoma Cityja 91-86.
