Splitska policija pronašla je ‘snajperista‘ koji je u subotu na stadionu Poljud, sa zapadne tribine bacio staklenu bocu s kojom je u glavu pogodio Erica Bjorkandera, nogometaša Istre 1961 nanijevši mu lakše tjelesne ozljede.

Iz PU SD izvijestili su da je dovršeno kriminalističko istraživanje vezano uz događaj od 2. rujna 2023. godine, kada je za vrijeme održavanja javnog okupljanja - nogometne utakmice između HNK Hajduk i NK Istra 1961 lakše ozlijeđen 27-godišnji muškarac. Naime, nakon opisanog događaja, policija je započela kriminalističko istraživanje, utvrđen je identitet osobe i 40-godišnji muškarac je doveden u službene prostorije radi provođenja istraživanja.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 40-godišnjak 2. rujna 2023. godine oko 23:11 sati na gradskom stadionu Poljud u natjecateljski prostor bacio staklenu bočicu koja je pogodila 27-godišnjaka, od čega je zadobio lakše tjelesne ozlijede. Opisanim ponašanjem 40-godišnjak je ostvario obilježje prekršaja iz članka 4. stavak 1. točka 6. Zakona o sprječavanju nereda na sportskim natjecanjima i danas je uz optužni prijedlog doveden na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu.

Kako saznajemo, 40-godišnjem muškarcu je izrečena uvjetna kazna od šest mjeseci i u tom roku ne smije počiniti prekršaj iz Zakona o sprječavanju nereda na sportskim natjecanjima. Ako u roku od šest mjeseci počini takav prekršaj, morat će odslužiti 50 dana zatvora.

Ujedno je dobio i zabranu odlaska na Hajdukove utakmice u trajanju od dvije godine, uz obavezu javljanja u policijsku postaju.

Splitska policija pronašla je ‘snajperista‘ koji je u subotu na stadionu Poljud, sa zapadne tribine bacio staklenu bocu s kojom je u glavu pogodio Erica Bjorkandera, nogometaša Istre 1961 nanijevši mu lakše tjelesne ozljede.

Iz PU SD izvijestili su da je dovršeno kriminalističko istraživanje vezano uz događaj od 2. rujna 2023. godine, kada je za vrijeme održavanja javnog okupljanja - nogometne utakmice između HNK Hajduk i NK Istra 1961 lakše ozlijeđen 27-godišnji muškarac. Naime, nakon opisanog događaja, policija je započela kriminalističko istraživanje, utvrđen je identitet osobe i 40-godišnji muškarac je doveden u službene prostorije radi provođenja istraživanja.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 40-godišnjak 2. rujna 2023. godine oko 23:11 sati na gradskom stadionu Poljud u natjecateljski prostor bacio staklenu bočicu koja je pogodila 27-godišnjaka, od čega je zadobio lakše tjelesne ozlijede. Opisanim ponašanjem 40-godišnjak je ostvario obilježje prekršaja iz članka 4. stavak 1. točka 6. Zakona o sprječavanju nereda na sportskim natjecanjima i danas je uz optužni prijedlog doveden na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu.

Kako saznajemo, 40-godišnjem muškarcu je izrečena uvjetna kazna od šest mjeseci i u tom roku ne smije počiniti prekršaj iz Zakona o sprječavanju nereda na sportskim natjecanjima. Ako u roku od šest mjeseci počini takav prekršaj, morat će odslužiti 50 dana zatvora.

Ujedno je dobio i zabranu odlaska na Hajdukove utakmice u trajanju od dvije godine, uz obavezu javljanja u policijsku postaju.

Policija privela muškarca koji je bocom raskrvario glavu igrača Istre, evo koliku je kaznu dobio

Splitska policija pronašla je ‘snajperista‘ koji je u subotu na stadionu Poljud, sa zapadne tribine bacio staklenu bocu s kojom je u glavu pogodio Erica Bjorkandera, nogometaša Istre 1961 nanijevši mu lakše tjelesne ozljede.

Iz PU SD izvijestili su da je dovršeno kriminalističko istraživanje vezano uz događaj od 2. rujna 2023. godine, kada je za vrijeme održavanja javnog okupljanja - nogometne utakmice između HNK Hajduk i NK Istra 1961 lakše ozlijeđen 27-godišnji muškarac. Naime, nakon opisanog događaja, policija je započela kriminalističko istraživanje, utvrđen je identitet osobe i 40-godišnji muškarac je doveden u službene prostorije radi provođenja istraživanja.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 40-godišnjak 2. rujna 2023. godine oko 23:11 sati na gradskom stadionu Poljud u natjecateljski prostor bacio staklenu bočicu koja je pogodila 27-godišnjaka, od čega je zadobio lakše tjelesne ozlijede. Opisanim ponašanjem 40-godišnjak je ostvario obilježje prekršaja iz članka 4. stavak 1. točka 6. Zakona o sprječavanju nereda na sportskim natjecanjima i danas je uz optužni prijedlog doveden na Općinski prekršajni sud u Splitu.

Kako saznajemo, 40-godišnjem muškarcu je izrečena uvjetna kazna od šest mjeseci i u tom roku ne smije počiniti prekršaj iz Zakona o sprječavanju nereda na sportskim natjecanjima. Ako u roku od šest mjeseci počini takav prekršaj, morat će odslužiti 50 dana zatvora.

Ujedno je dobio i zabranu odlaska na Hajdukove utakmice u trajanju od dvije godine, uz obavezu javljanja u policijsku postaju.
